I have received a KYC invitation but the facial verification keeps failing. Please provide a solution.

First resolve the mess you created with kyc process. I downloaded version 5.0 within minutes of its availability on the appstore and here I am 23 days later still "in queue".

If I stake my coins for a maximum period of, say, 5 years, and don't log into the app for 5 years and log in only after 5 years, what will happen to my coins?

What about our Queue for submitting the documents we've been waiting months ago but still not fix this.

Speed up the KYC process so you can have more users. It's a human network? Then verify people. Don't worry, we won't be selling the thousands. I prefer to get paid monthly like working for a company.
