No one’s wants to acknowledge the push in the back, nooooooooo

Not even trying to be a biased broncos fan here but the shove in the back is what did it for me. Egregious DPI? No. But the “horrific” bad call against the rams everyone is whining about this morning? Also no.

Saying there’s no illegal contact there is visually dishonest. Full stop! Was it ticky tac, maybe! So what is to blame: - the RAMS had the chance to put their boot on the neck up 16 and a 3 and out after halftime! -instead the RAMS gave up 2 TD’s and 2 two point conversions. -Stafford threw a pick six at the worst time. -Stafford threw another pick with the game on the line. -RAMS defense gave up 30 second half points! At this point blaming a call when there was at the very least illegal contact is just denial and the 1st stage of grief!

WR slows down and CB is trying to make a play on the ball. WR grabs his shoulder pad to make it seem like he’s being held and flops. I agree. Blatant OPI

Stopping it where he’s shoved makes it so obvious. Especially full speed. Gotta call it and they did.

First, the WR is not 5 yards beyond the line of scrimmage! Second, you are editing out the blatant BS from Bryant where he grabs onto the shoulder pad of Wallace and yanks him while flailing his other arm and hand like he is in the NBA FLOP!!! If anything, it should've been a no call because, as a receiver in the NFL, if you can't create separation in man coverage, there is going to be lots of "incidental contact". INSANE CALL BY REFS...especially in that situation! THIS AIN'T FLAG FOOTBALL!!!

Crazy what happens to a fanbase, who for years have claimed the NFL is 'rigged' for the Chiefs, when a game changing bad call goes their way lmao. Everything becomes unrigged so fast!

if its not PI, it is illegal contact

DB has equal right to the ball and didn't change directions while looking back at the ball. The WR looked away, changed his pattern which ran into DB and caused the contact. Blatant part was WR pulling on jersey for 5 steps.

You Denver fans aren’t even hiding the bias 😂 Jesus Christ

That’s not a penalty. He didn’t grab nor did he shove the receiver. You can see his fingers never grabbed the receiver jersey and his arms never extended forwards to shove the receiver.

I really don’t understand why it even needs to be broken down. The dude was all over Pat. Only reason he even got into position to intercept the ball is because he was pushing and shoving THROUGH the receiver

Oh, come on, you expect people to watch the ENTIRE play instead of just the part they want to complain about?

It doesn’t fit the media narrative though!! 😢

Bro you guys are delusional if you think touching the small of the receivers back is DPI. If that’s the case your beloved PS2 should get flagged literally every single down and thats not an exaggeration. The defender played the ball perfectly and the receiver flopped. Worst call.

The penalty of flopping

This, or worse, happens on most pass plays. If the situation was reversed and the defender was a Bronco, you’d hate this call.

Just being intentionally dense. If the jerseys were switched you’d be singing to a different tune.

You can touch someone in the back.... But you can't pull then down by their jersey:

Tbh it definitely looks like wr takes step back to get in CB way. Should’ve been an easy no call & interception. Gotta let them play. CB didn’t prohibit wr from route.

The amount of people screeching about the right call is mind blowing. People are genuinely so stupid

Please. Not a blatant penalty. Is there contact?...Yes...by both players. How about offsetting penalties and replay the down. In hockey...there might be a call for interference AND a call for imbellishment.

No way Denver media who covers the team says blatant penalty. Give me a break dude, it’s a no call and you’d be the first to whine if it went the other way.
