Not everyone will understand the choices you make, especially when those choices are about protecting your peace. You don’t need everyone to understand your journey. You only need the courage to keep walking toward the life you know you deserve.

Don’t be scared, it’s a nervous system reset People look at me funny when I do facial yoga in public 🤪 Your eyes are directly connected to your nervous system. Doing vision work is direct nervous system work Most people’s ocular muscles, jaw, and face are chronically tight from stress, screens, trauma, and survival mode. Rolling the eyes (bringing the eyes to end range in an upward position), stretching the face, opening the jaw, and releasing tension patterns helps improve circulation, relax’s the nervous system, sharpens focus, and improves vision over time. If you can bring your eyes to their end range and look as high as you can in the most painful spot, a lot will align for you! Good things will happen :) Untie your knots!

It’s an invitation only sanctuary for women who lead and men who listen, built for real adults who crave structure, elegance, and devotion under feminine authority. No bots. No catfish. No censorship. Just intentional connection, clear consent, and a community that understands Female Led Relationships without apology. If you’re a confident woman who knows her worth, this is where your standards finally feel normal. If you’re a man who finds peace in discipline and fulfillment in service, this is where your devotion is valued.

Stand on one leg. Close your eyes. Count to 10. Did you fail? Your nervous system is aging faster than your body. This isn't a party trick. It's one of the strongest predictors of early death we have. Here's why and how you can reverse it: = Thread =

When you realize playing off two feet gives you MANY more options than off one, your game completely changes and opens up! Especially for undersize/less athletic players. If it’s good enough for JALEN BRUNSON , it’s good enough for you!🤷🏻‍♂️🏀 #basketball #basketballtraining

Acting in one or two TV serials doesn’t make anyone a great actress. Couldn’t you find even a single Hindu Swamiji to bless your salon inauguration, Deepika Das? Instead, you chose to take blessings from a Maulvi. Conduct your business only with people from the Maulvi’s community who blessed you. Mysore Hindus, stop watching, promoting, or nurturing such third-grade actresses and poisonous snakes within our society. Hindus should never support those who show no respect for Hindutva. Those who don’t value our Dharma are worthless. #RespectHindutva #HinduUnity
