The 23rd Psalm is one of the reasons I’m standing before you today. Before every one of the 55 combat air missions I flew in an Apache helicopter over Baghdad, I prayed those words. One of my favorite things about the English dub is that they also included the Jotun language in addition to Hermes, two of the many original languages from the novel Another point to add is that giving him a British accent is a touch that, personally, adds more dynamism to the work since it's set in a Victorian era. I also LOVE the anguish in Derrick's voice—it really sounds like someone who has just lost his parents. Oh, and the tone shift between Klein's voice and Mr. Fool's is phenomenal ✨

I think that after videos like this, a lot of people are going to start seeing AI in a very different way. War cinema is one of my favorite genres, and being able to recreate the Normandy landings in such a vibrant and believable way feels like a dream come true. Just imagine the budget it would take to shoot a 3-minute sequence like this. I won’t even say that Hollywood is cooked. I’ll just say that AI cinema is already a reality, with a truly brilliant future ahead. Thanks to my friends at Kling AI for letting me create real cinema 🎬

Seedance 2.5 is sick! My first full short with Seedance 2.5 and it's a big step up for artificial performance and realism in general. A continuation of my "Here be Monsters" series this one steps into real sci-fi horror territory like the work of my personal G.O.A.T John Carpenter, it shows you how far you can go with closed sourced models . With Invideo's Agent Two and seedance 2.5 it feels like we now have real directorial control of the models, it's incredible that this has come quicker than even optimists like myself predicted. On a personal level it was amazing to see the characters my father drew come to life in this one. If you wanna learn more bout how I did that with agent two check the comments. "Insanely yours, Durandal." To celebrate Marathon's launch, I made a thing. I hope you like it. 🤙🏼 Marathon was my whole identity growing up. Some of my favorite memories of playing games with my Dad. I have a marble notebook (do people still use those?) that 2nd grade me filled cover to cover with a fan fic about my best friends and I being isekai'd up to the Marathon to fight the Pfhor and save the world. I drew the Marathon symbol on every piece of homework I ever turned in. I tried to learn Warhammer 40k so I could play Tau just because their symbol looked like the Marathon logo. I might have been a little obsessed. I can't express how important this IP is to me. And while I'm a sad that extraction shooters aren't really my thing, so my ability to enjoy it is limited, I care so much about seeing this title succeed, so that more people can fall in love with the thing that captured my imagination as a kid. And who knows, so that maybe I can find my way into it some day. Anyway, I wanted to pay tribute to one of my favorite characters – Durandal – with a reading from your first encounter with him in the original game. We kind of threw this together overnight, so apologies if it's rough around the edges. - So much love to Mr. Fox @ AnimeNYC for his amazing audio work. - Footage from a number of Marathon docu-videos and one or two cinematics. - Music from the game. - Love and begging forgiveness of the Bungie team. - All voice work is my own.

This is honestly one of my favorite explanations of how magic works and why it's not openly available in the universe. The metaphor of the wall as a psychological barrier we humans as creatures of logic put up on ourselves as we even with it before us can not accept it as real. Sorcerers are the rare few who are not slaves bound to the laws of logic and science. Heck, it took Stephen hell to even just be a beginner, and it all felt earned... truly beautiful in a way.

I am so truly sorry that you’ve had to endure being a Jets fan your entire life KFC . But my tears were not from just the Patriots being in the Super Bowl, I didn’t grow up with money or going to Patriot regular season games every week. I grew up with three other siblings and a father who was a construction worker who broke his back to bring us to a pre-season game every summer or two. It was truly such a beautiful moment and a moment I will never forget in my life because of Dave Portnoy seeing a football game from that perspective , instead of squishing around a TV watching my favorite team at my family’s house during Sunday dinner like how I grew up doing. I truly hope in your lifetime you can feel the same from your pathetic franchise that has let you down for so long.

Something miraculous happened Sunday morning. After hitting our knees hard Saturday night, feeling lost, and just praying for God to make his will plain to us we woke up to a large donation specifically for a milking cow. So many of you fine people offered to redirect your fire relief donations to us, but we will never touch that money unless it's to help those it was promised for. We lost one, albeit an amazing cow, but there are people losing everything to the wildfires. Helping others through their hardship brings light in a dark time. Being able to be of service is a joy & we're able to because of you fine folks. So, because of this donation that was specifically made for the future of our farm, we're able to get a good cow, from a reputable dairy. No more Craigslist cows. We are beyond humbled. Beyond grateful. Seeing that donation had both of us in tears. God works so powerfully in our lives through you guys. I hope you know that. 🤍
