BREAKING: 22 year old Sean Hogg’s rape conviction has been overturned by the Appeal Court in Edinburgh. Lady Dorian said that due to an ”insufficiency of evidence”, the appeal “must succeed”.

@RadioForthNews @rapecrisisscot The courts have to be transparent in this. If an appeal has demonstrated that the original conviction was unsafe, how did the judge not realise during the original trial that a conviction would be unsafe? Was there political pressure to get a conviction?

Think of that. If he does not understand Moorov should not be on the bench, Verdict was not competent at the time.
