Feels just a little sluggish. Maybe shorten the pose after the player characters have attacked and have them return a bit faster? Try that and see how that feels.

This looks fun, I don't like turn based games because of how it just makes you press 1 button to play and wait for the enemy to attack, but this is different

The UI is empty and confusing. The sound effects lacks of impact. Please rework that in the future for the final product, goodnight.
