It's all very simple. Channel midfielders drag full-backs with them, clearing space for the advanced wing-backs. The overlapping centre-backs offer wide support and overloads. My advanced wing-back now has plenty of time to pick out Sesko, who always scores from here.

Aké deserved a proper send-off from the fans, just like Bernardo and Stonesy. I get it, maybe there was a chance he could've stayed, so things weren't certain. Maybe at the time he didn't have offers lined up like the other two. But I really wish the club could do something for him. He was the most consistent defender in terms of performances whenever he was fit and available. A centre-back who slotted in at left-back during that Treble season when Pep switched to playing centre-backs as full-backs and pushed Stones into midfield. Reliable, composed, never complained. Leaves with my full respect. Always will. 🩵

Frimpong used to do this all the time from wing back for Leverkusen, if he can stay injury free he would fit into the Iraola style very well He has the energy to get up and down that wing from full back (he is not a right winger) Do you think he fits Iraola?

And here is how computers are better drivers than humans!! This happened to me a few days ago. My car with full self-driving capability onboard saw the pedestrian early, predicted its path and started a smooth braking maneuver (maximum of -0.3 G force). The driver responsible for the car from the left was probably distracted, saw the guy way too late, hit the brakes hard. This could've ended all kinds of ways... Always pay attention, people, or at least get a car that has advanced assistance systems!

You don’t know it yet girls but after spending your life in often cramped and unnatural conditions and working as egg machines that little door is your gateway to the life you deserve. Sun ( and rain) on your backs , sand to bathe in , worms to scratch and a flock to make friends in…thanks to the ever fantastic British Hen Welfare Trust who have now rehomed over 1 million hens… to live out their lives as they should.Thanks to you for being there for them and thanks to all the wonderful rehomers … although I think we all know we are the lucky ones!!

On a personal note, this season has had plenty of highs and plenty of lows. Blessed as ever to attend games, appear on multiple Sky Sports shows, represent Man United on the newly launched Fanalysis app, be invited to hospitality days and events, it will never feel real. I get my fair share of stick but the positives always outweigh the negatives❤️ Next season will hopefully involve more success on the pitch and it’s good to feel we are on an upward trajectory. Grateful for those who endlessly support me and have my back- you know who you are🫶🏼
