Dave Smith: "The idea of the 5th Amendment is that if the government's trying to deprive you, a citizen, of your liberty, then you have certain rights before they can take your liberty away. And, one of those rights, is that you have the right to not incriminate yourself. "That's very different from saying a government employee has the right to not incriminate himself when being asked questions about depriving all of the American people of their basic rights. It's pretty obvious to see what a basic perversion that is."

Charlie Kirk spent his life advocating for the first amendment rights of people who he disagreed with. Now these self proclaimed “civil rights advocates” celebrate his demise. Ridiculous.

We should take back our temples before it’s too late. Look at the audacity of this mullah. He is not ready to talk about this temple. He is claiming this structure called Dargah is there for hundreds of years and pushing him away, telling to get out of there, even tried to snatch his phone. ICE isn’t making rare mistakes. This is the point. When an agency can grab people first and sort out rights later, if they bother at all, everyone is at risk. Citizen or not.
