My question doc is if someone is on medication as you have said their viral load goes down - some times undetactable. Does it mean that their HIV test for example the home kits can come back as negative because of the low viral load and how safe are the results of the home kits?

Yes the home kit may give a negative result in that case (undetectable viral load).

Be careful of misinforming people. HIV is still wreacking havoc, & it still kills. It looks like Southern Africa has the most favourable conditions for it, unless it's to do with poor management of the virus. America, a land with an lgb population of ±3 million..
