Want a natural alternative to Tylenol? Learn how to make your own herbal version in our latest reel. I’ve always been of the mind that a fever is our body’s natural way to fight infection; and will, generally, not treat a fever so long as the ailing seems to be managing. I do, however, like to give a fever reducer at bedtime so sleep and good rest can be had. Word on the street is, there’s a Tylenol shortage. While we’re fairly well supplied, knowing there’s a shortage is all the motivation I need to begin preparing herbal alternatives. And likewise, it’s a good opportunity to make sure I have fever reducing herbs (and seeds for next season’s garden) stocked, now. An Herbal ‘Tylenol’ Alternative Tincture ingredients: •a glass jar •equal parts White Willow Bark, Yarrow, Elderflowers, & Feverfew herb •Brandy or Vodka Instructions: 1)Fill your jar to half full with equal parts of each herb. 2)Pour over Brandy or Vodka, filling jar. 3)Stir until well combined. 4)Cover jar with lid and leave sit in a cool, dark place for 6-8 weeks before straining and bottling liquid. To use: I would give 6-12 drops to my young children and 20-30 drops to us adults, up to 3 times a day, as needed. *Its important to note that I am simply a girl on Instagram. Don’t listen to me, talk to your healthcare professional about what’s best for you and your family. I’m just sharing this small, beautiful piece of how I tend & care for the health of my family💚

INTRODUCING SYMPHONY REWARDS: SWAP, EARN, & POWER UP New Infrastructure Upgrade and Campaign Goes Live at ~1pm ET/5pm UTC tomorrow, Tuesday, October 14, 2025 Symphony Exchange ( was built to be the most efficient, intuitive, and transparent DEX aggregator on Sei. While we're still in the early stages of our journey, one thing has always been clear: our community deserves to be rewarded for participating in the ecosystem we’re building. Today, we're excited to introduce Symphony Rewards, a long-term incentive program designed to reward real traders, build loyalty, and track participation for future rewards, including future Symphony tokens. Rewarding You With $SEIYAN Although Symphony does not yet have a native token, we’re enabling rewards through our sister project SEIYAN on SEI, which will also serve as a foundation for future incentive programs. ~5,000,000 $SEIYAN has been initially allocated for Symphony Rewards in its current phase. 2 basis point rebate (value calculated at the time of your trade) is rewarded per swap, excluding stablecoin-to-stablecoins and wrapping/unwrapping. Rewards claimable weekly, subject to ongoing adjustments and updates to anti-cheating mechanisms (including protections against sybil and wash trading; excessive attempts may result in exclusion of the wallets) This current campaign phase starts mid-day on October 14th and will last until all rewards are distributed. Power Level: Your On-Chain Reputation Every trader on Symphony will have a Power Level, which represents your aggregate trade volume across the platform. Your Power Level is more than just a number -- it's a reflection of your activity, consistency, and contribution to the Symphony ecosystem. This metric will be used as a tracking mechanism for potential future rewards, including the eventual Symphony token and other partner initiatives. Major Product Upgrade Alongside the launch of Symphony Rewards, we’re introducing two key improvements to enhance your trading experience: -Portfolio & Activity Log: You can now view your on-chain holdings and trade history directly by clicking the wallet button after connecting. -Speed Boost: Our quoting system has been optimized for sub-second response times, ensuring faster and more reliable trade execution across supported pools: Average old version API response time: 2828.84ms Average new version API response time: 395.98ms This translates to a whopping ~2.5 second average time difference! The Road Ahead Symphony is committed to building a sustainable and community-driven liquidity layer for Sei. Symphony Rewards is just the first step in that journey -- a way to recognize early adopters and contributors who are helping us shape the future of DeFi aggregation on Sei. We will also continue to explore ways to integrate more tightly with SEIYAN on SEI as well as other tokens on Sei. Trade. Earn. Build your Power Level. And stay tuned -- the Symphony has only just begun.

My secret project that has been in the works is finally done!! Adopted 2 benches for Bin at Esplanade, Singapore! 💜🤍 Starting this project as a little secret of mine helped me cope with the grief I had in my heart, because it made me look forward to something, and I really wanted to give something back to Bin for all the times he brought light in my life~ it’s the last precious memory that Bin and I will share together so I’ll keep close to my heart! 🫶🏼 It all started since a few days after the news broke… It started as a thought of “what if I can adopt a bench in Singapore?” after finding out that the Seoul bench adoption will expire in a few years… then the thoughts sparked into an action and after so long it’s finally completed 🥹 23/4/23: the thought process started and the search for a project began 26/4/23: contacted Esplanade 28/4/23: first viewing of the available benches 3/5/23: second viewing of some selected benches, decision to adopt & donation made 29/5/23: Plaques on benches installed It was tough choosing the locations, but what finally got me to decide was the amazing view and breeze at the waterfront bench 🌃🌬️, and the sighting of some butterflies and the moon at the Forecourt garden bench 🦋🌙 Bin-ah I asked you multiple times to tell me what you wanted since I couldn’t decide, and it seems like you wanted both (hence the strong winds like you were giving me a hug at the first bench and the moon at night at the second bench)… so I got you both are you happy?🤭 You can choose to sit at the waterfront bench and enjoy the breeze and pretty waters which I know you’ll love, or you can go to the forecourt bench and lie down and sleep because it’s so big 😂 The waterfront bench has a 10 year renewal so I’ll renew every 10 years as I renew my promise to remember you and live well~ and the Forecourt garden bench is a lifetime adoption which means you’ll always be remembered~ But Bin-ah was it your doing? I wanted the plaques to be up on the 26th of May since 26 is a special number because of your birthday, but there was a delay so it couldn’t be done! Then I requested for 6th June as it’ll be the 49th day of you leaving to a happier place but… suddenly the admin staff told me they were installing it yesterday??? What were the odds? It was right after my exams… was that you delaying the project because you wanted me to focus on my exams?🥹🥲 I wrote in my letter that I wanted you to bless me for my exams and I guess you did by celebrating with me with such news after the exams 😌 I guess you also wanted to visit earlier 🤭 It’s a bittersweet feeling really… I’m really happy with what I’ve done yet it hurts thinking of the reason of why I even thought of this project to do… I’ll come often when I miss you so please visit often okay! You did mention that you wanted to come to Singapore for the fancon, so now I’ve made a place that’s specially for you so please visit often!! 😄 My favourite moon, you’ll always shine the brightest! I’m always thankful to have known you in my lifetime and I’m always so grateful for all our memories together! You’re a genuine, silly, lovable human being and I’m always filled with joy in your presence! I hope that you’ll continue to smile brightly, and I hope that you’re happier and healthier now! I’ll always love and remember you~ 💜🤍 With lots and lots of love, Debbie~ 31.05.23 01.26AM KST #문빈 #MOONBIN #ASTRO #아스트로ASTRO 아스트로

On Independence Day, I had the privilege of reading a *very powerful* historic letter on the main stage of Freedom 250 on the National Mall: Major Sullivan Ballou's civil war letter to his wife, written a week before he was mortally wounded at the First Battle of Bull Run. There are many things that are beautiful about America, perhaps first and foremost is the profound patriotism of the many who fought and died to defend the ideals that this nation represents. I find Ballou's letter profound and deeply moving. He's going to war to save his nation, and, facing his own mortality, struggles between his love for his wife and children and his love of country. I have always described myself as an American exceptionalist Canadian. May the spirit of freedom and liberty of this nation never die. America, Happy 250th birthday! Here's an abridged version of the letter I read, from Ken Burns' Civil War film series: July the 14th, 1861. Washington, D.C. Dear Sarah, The indications are very strong that we shall move in a few days, perhaps tomorrow. Lest I should not be able to write to you again, I feel impelled to write a few lines that may fall under your eye when I am no more. I have no misgivings about, or lack of confidence in, the cause in which I am engaged, and my courage does not halt or falter. I know how American civilization now leans upon the triumph of the government, and how great a debt we owe to those who went before us through the blood and suffering of the Revolution. I am willing, perfectly willing, to lay down all my joys in this life to help maintain this government and to pay that debt. Sarah, my love for you is deathless. It seems to bind me with mighty cables that nothing but Omnipotence can break. And yet, my love of country comes over me like a strong wind, and bears me irresistibly, with all those chains, to the battlefield. The memory of all the blissful moments I have enjoyed with you comes crowding over me, and I feel most deeply grateful to God and to you that I've enjoyed them for so long. How hard it is for me to give them up, and burn to ashes the hopes of future years, when, God willing, we might still have lived and loved together, and seen our boys grown up to honorable manhood around us. If I do not return, my dear Sarah, never forget how much I loved you. Nor that when my last breath escapes me on the battlefield, it will whisper your name. Forgive my many faults and the many pains I have caused you. How thoughtless, how foolish I have sometimes been. But, oh, Sarah! If the dead can come back to this earth, and flit unseen around those they love, I shall always be with you, in the brightest day and the darkest night, always, always. And when the soft breeze fans your cheek, it shall be my breath; or the cool air on your throbbing temple, it shall be my spirit passing by. Sarah, do not mourn me dead. Think I am gone, and wait for me. We shall meet again.

This is the wrap up to my social experiment going undercover on a dating website as a man trying to get a good woman. (I meander more than a little, but hopefully you find some nuggets in here helpful.) These are the conclusions I've come to about why men are struggling so badly on these dating websites. Men face many battles women do not. 40% of female profiles are gold diggers, hookers or bots. Men greatly outnumber women, and they get discouraged quickly. Reasons men fail on dating websites: 1. Refusing to develop your communication skills. My generation has a phrase, "Don't hate the player, hate the game." Be funny, charming and fun, or don't cry when she picks someone else who is. 2. Half-assing your dating profile. Mating rituals exist in all walks of the animal kingdom, so if you refuse to show her why she should pick you then don't expect to be picked. We all sell ourselves to the opposite gender in some way. It's just a fact of human life, and whining about it won't serve you well, change that fact, or get the girl. 3. A cringeworthy user name. Sure, your frat buddies will find, "EatYouAllNight69" hilarious, but it's not going to get you anyone worth a damn. Trust me, high value women hate that. 4. You don't want a pen pal, so go in with the idea that your goal is to get her number and get her off that site as soon as possible, or someone else will. Women are desperate for a strong, masculine man she can trust to lead and protect her from the dragons at the gate. A nice guy is too weak and desperate to do it, and a jerk is just mean and abusive. Again, mating rituals exist in every walk of the animal kingdom and humans are no different. You will only get out of this life and a potential mate the effort you are willing to put in, and that includes developing your mind and body to be the best version of yourself. Not just for her, but for you too. A needy guy with low self-esteem is never going to get the girl. Good boundaries and a healthy self image equals success, so get back into the gym and start eating clean. The better you look the better you'll feel. The better you feel the more success in life you'll have. A 300lb girl with 5 kids with different fathers is never going to get a good man. Control your reproduction and stop being a wh*re. Despite what feminists tell you, girls, your body count does matter to him. Keep it low and maintain your dignity. Research has shown time and again that women are instinctively drawn to certain traits like bravery, intelligence, and a willingness to take risks. Basically, if it would keep you from getting voted off the island on Survivor, she’s going to think it’s hot. Make sure your profile highlights these kind of personality traits in an attractive way. Stop whining about height! We DGAF about how tall you are just so long as it's taller than us. Your insecurities will make you desperate, needy and totally hamstring your chances. Bottom line: Without effort don't expect success. In anything, really. You'll always find an excuse to stay exactly where you are and you'll only change your stars when the place your living becomes more painful/difficult then than they journey you need to take for a better life.

#LaqueResistancexBecky #Beckysangels |#beckyarmstrong [AI-Subs][EN/中][20250614] Full Version: L'Oréal Paris Laque Resistance Lipstick Launch Interview. (🤣 Her hair's black this time — BecBec’s been teasing the Angels every single day! Becky Armstrong ) . 🧚‍♀️: Okay. Oh, it was absolutely amazing. Like I said, L'Oréal's events are always grand. And today's event was especially well done. It was the launch of the Laque Resistance lipstick series. It's a lipstick I really love — it's beautiful and very long-lasting. Even after so many interviews today, the lipstick still holds up and stays hydrated. 🧚‍♀️: Oh, today I’m wearing shade 225 — it’s an orange gradient design. Since I have black hair now, I feel like this color really makes me stand out more. Today I only used 225, but normally I also like 601 and sometimes 614. It depends on my makeup and the tones of the clothes I’m wearing that day. It’s about the overall vibe and the look I want to present that day. 🎤: Does it hold any special meaning for you? 🧚‍♀️: Ah, it’s very meaningful. It’s one of the sources of my confidence. I feel like I can go out without any pressure. Even if I’m not wearing any makeup. But lipstick is something I must always carry. I think it really makes me feel more attractive. Once I put on lipstick, I feel ready to head out. Oh, for L'Oréal, I only need to reapply three to four times a day. That’s not much at all. Considering we work, eat, and talk throughout the day, that’s just right. 🧚‍♀️: Wow, my fans are really sweet — they’ve always been lovely. Lately, we haven’t had many chances to meet up closely or hang out and chat. Because I’ve been working every day, waking up at 4 or 5 a.m. and working until 10 or 11 p.m., so I’ve been focused on other things. But whenever I get free time, I’m really happy to meet everyone and recharge with my angels. 🎤: Will you have more collaborations with L'Oréal in the future? 🧚‍♀️: Oh, there’s a lot more. Many things are already planned, but I can’t reveal them just yet. My personal projects? A lot. Like I mentioned, I’ve been working from 4 or 5 a.m. until 10 p.m. — going home and repeating the same routine. Working every single day. So I’m really happy I got to see my fans — I miss them so much. 🧚‍♀️: I would tell myself—You’re already doing really great. Sometimes I feel like I’m not doing enough, or that I’m not perfect. Then I’d give myself a hug and say—You’re already amazing. That’s it. 🎤: Yes. You don’t have much time to rest, so how do you take care of yourself? 🧚‍♀️: Oh, I really don’t have much rest, but I try to sleep as much as I can. Then…I try to eat healthy. If I have time, I also try to exercise. I try to, but there’s just not enough time. Oh, I try not to eat fried foods or anything too greasy. I avoid those. Most of the time I eat simple meals. I choose dishes where the oil is drained well — that’s how I usually eat. 🧚‍♀️: Please support this event as well — and support L'Oréal. Because it’s really good! You have to try it — like Chompoo Mom said, when you update your makeup bag, you must have the Laque Resistance lipstick in it. 🧚‍♀️: And please support all of my projects too. Please check out and follow all of my work. There’s really a lot — please stay tuned. L'Oréal Paris TH REBECCA LOREAL MAKEUP BA #LOrealParisTH #LOrealMakeupTH #LaqueResistanceTH #centralwOrld

.Naval: Are we running out of resources? No, we’ve never run out of a single resource, ever. There’s not a single resource you could point to that was a resource in the classic commodity sense that had any real value, where we ran out in some harmful way. Because technology is the act of substituting away from one resource to another. As we ran out of burning wood, we started burning coal. As we ran out of coal—we didn’t actually run out of coal, but we went from coal to oil. And before we could even run out of oil, despite all the peak oil nonsense around the year 2000, we’ve gotten nuclear, we’ve got solar, we’ve got wind. The universe is full of unlimited resources. The universe, the multiverse, whichever version you take, is staggeringly large, way beyond your ability to cause to run out of resources. We haven’t even wrapped a Dyson sphere around the sun and extracted all of that energy. There is unlimited energy. Even in the so-called empty cubic meter of space, there’s plenty of energy. It’s literally just a question of knowledge. Dark matter, dark energy, E=MC^2, nuclear fusion—there’s unlimited energy. The only thing that’s holding us back is knowledge. The same is true of any resource. Are we running out of wood? No. We can grow wood, we can grow unlimited trees. We can plant unlimited trees. So eventually, we might find a future civilization may be able to synthesize trees, maybe it’ll synthesize long-dead trees. So it is always a question of knowledge. So that should put the resource argument to rest, although it won’t. Because there are people who are dogmatically committed to the idea that we’re running out of resources and they’re not fallibilists, to use your earlier phrase, and they’re not going to revise their worldview based on mere logic.

I WISHED THAT HEAVEN HAD VISITING HOURS 😭 A month ago today.......My beloved Mum passed away 😭😭💔💔💔 When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure."...........🌼🌹 A beautiful soul in and out. We were beyond blessed to have you as our Mum. Where do I even begin????? My heart is broken in so many different ways💔 Deeply shattered and devastated 💔 😪 When Dad passed away on May 1st 2021, we knew it was going to be very hard most especially on you Mum. You and Dad were 5&6. After being married for 49 years....you were besties. You called him "kwatak nzugu" meaning "My Shoe" because you both did everything together. For the 33 years that you worked at Dental Centre @ ABU teaching hospital KD, Dad took you to work & brought you back home too when you closed. You had lunch & dinner together except for days where he was out of town. You never learnt how to drive because Dad was always available to take you everywhere. Loosing Dad, your soul mate, left you completely broken. You had struggled for 15 years with a neuro degenerating disease and every Doctor that came in contact with you said you were a walking miracle. Such was the faith that you had, not many will survive what your body endured for as long as you were able to . We knew it was going to be really hard for you carrying on with life without Dad. As your health deteriorated, we prayed like we never did, I had all the hope that you will be here with us for the long haul. We had dreams, we played out all the fun places we were going to travel to, we made a promise to Dad that we were going to take good care of you and will do everything humanly possible to give you the very best. I am glad that we did the best we could in the 2 years that Dad left us. It still feels surreal that you are no more here with us 💔 One thing I know for sure is that you have reunited with the love of your life...you struggled so much without Dad, we had one too many medical emergencies with you, days we thought we were going to loose you but then you will open your eyes and ask us to take you back home. Give Dad lots of hugs & kisses from me. I know for sure that you have reunited with your soul mate and the love of your life. I remember the wide smile you kept flashing at us whenever we call you 'Mrs Lucky" even while you were unconscious. I knew for sure that Dad was right there beside you holding your hands. If our words could make you stay and keep you here on earth for so many years, it would have happened. I will forever cherish the unforgettable memories we created with you in the last 2 years that we lost Dad. I lost count of the number of times we were in and out of the hospital but through it all we never lost faith. A strong woman of faith, your strength of character was unmatched and unrivaled, selfless & sacrificial.....you gave your all even to those whom we felt are undeserving of your love. You spoke your uncomfortable truth at all times. A phenomenonal mother you were. Everything we have and are today, we owe it to You and Dad. You both were amazing and gave us all that you could afford to. You had the most infectious smile, everyone who came in contact with you said that of you. You smiled all through your pain and had the most positive outlook all through your health challenges ✨️ You were our biggest cheerleaders and support system. The midnight prayers, the morning and evening prayers, waking up to see you at midnight on your knees saying your rosary for all for us, for our success and well being.....kai death 😭😭 I feel really lost right now and cant find meaning in what has happened . Loosing you and Dad in the space of 2years is something i never pictured would happened 😞 Life seems so incredibly cruel. RIP Queen Mother 💖🙏😇💜🧡 I miss you both so dearly 💔😭 I wished I had the right words to just go on and on...... Rest on Mummy.....until we meet to part no more 🙏 Your light will shine on forever!!!! 🌟 🤩 ⭐️

You’ll want to watch this whole video🔥🤝 Wise leaders don’t spray their money across 20+ tickers and pray for financial freedom. They have a system to get rich for SURE. Here’s my current portfolio: 1. #XRP: Positioned to become the bridge currency for global institutional settlement. I believe this is one of the most asymmetric positions available right now. I am continuously more bullish. 2. #Tesla: Exposure to the greatest entrepreneur of our generation + the AI, robotics, and energy shift. I believe Tesla will be a $20 trillion+ company in the coming years. 3. #Gold & #Silver: God’s money. Real money. A hedge against worthless, degenerating fiat money and inflation. Plus a hard asset I can pass to my kids. 4. #STRC: Short-term cash-flow engine—currently giving me 11.5% monthly. Pretty sweet. That said, I may roll this into a dedicated XRP treasury or other dividend stock once I meet my liquidity goals. 5. IUL (Indexed Universal Life): Tax-advantaged life insurance policy linked to the S&P. This vehicle has infinite banking mechanics and a death benefit that protects my family if I croak. Big fan of life insurance—thanks shamie♥ I used to have over 20 assets in my portfolio. And if you include my allocation in the S&P 500, among other ETFs, I had over 500 assets. I have researched every single one of the investments I now hold extensively. These are long-term positions for me and assets I am stacking every month inside our family treasury. As we scale, I will diversify into other asset allocations💰 Remember, concentration builds wealth. Diversification preserves it. It’s time to rise and get your shit together! Love you guys xo.

On the second day of recruiting myths… Myth #2: “The name on the front of your jersey doesn’t matter.” There is some truth here. But people usually say this to make you feel better if you’re not on a team in the “recruiting bubble.” And yes of course there are always outliers. If you’re Montana Fouts, you could show up playing for the Butterflies and coaches would still be lined up drooling at the fence. But for most of us? The jersey does matter. Especially if you don’t have true 5-star size or can’t blow people away with elite metrics. I know this because I’ve been on both sides of it. Same player. Same work ethic. Completely different response from coaches. Why does the jersey matter more than people admit? First impressions. If a coach doesn’t recognize your club as one that consistently produces players at their level, you have to overwhelm them with performance and numbers just to get the same look. What matters even more than the jersey name is the coach attached to it. My last club, Rising, was brand new. But my coach, Steve Appel, had a lot of successful former players at top 25 programs. Coaches knew him. Trusted him. We were at the best fields and no one cared what was on the front of our jerseys. At my first tournament with that team, I saw more college coaches than I had in my entire recruiting journey before that. It’s true. College coaches aren’t recruiting a jersey. They’re recruiting you. But your jersey affects: •what fields you play on •who stops to watch •how risky you look on paper A well-known club with proven coaches comes with built-in credibility. Can you get recruited without that? Yes. I did. But if you’ve read my book, you know how many things had to line up for that to happen. So is there truth to this myth? Yes. But most of the time, when people say it, they’re trying to protect you from a harder truth: Recruiting isn’t just about how good you are. It’s also about who’s willing to vouch for you. And your jersey is a powerful indicator of that before a coach sees you even pick up a ball. #RecruitingRules Rule #6: The lifeblood of recruiting is relationships. And whether you like it or not, the front of your jersey is part of that. Photo Caption: Top image my OG team, AZ Steel after winning the Colorado Sparkler Supplemental Power Pool. Bottom image with steve appel after winning PGF Nationals. My original team eventually made it into the “recruiting bubble” the summer after I committed. We were a solid competitive team at the national club level, but having played for both, no one will ever convince me that my recruiting opportunities would have been the same regardless of which jersey I was wearing. Completely different worlds. I wouldn’t change my path. I ended up exactly where I always dreamed to be, and my path made me who I am, but in my case believing this myth for so long cost me time and my family money.
