It’s crazy to me to see all these leaders, not just Biden, be so detached from the horrendous pain and suffering in Gaza and that of the hostages. How can he smile about such a serious topic? If only he, along with Netanyahu and Haniyeh, had more empathy, Oct 7 and this war may have never happened, and we may have even had a two-state solution by now.

Reporters attempted to get President Trump to clarify remarks he made earlier in the day on Wednesday which appeared to support Iran’s ballistic missile program, to which he responded: “I’m saying that if other countries have them, it’s a little bit unfair for them [Iran] not to have some. A ballistic missile is not the same thing as what we’re talking about, when we talk nuclear. But if Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and they all have some, I would say, in relative proportion, I think it's okay.”

Gambling thrives on many of our communities treating money like this boogeyman we never talk about. It feeds on people’s terrible relationship with money and a false pride they have in wanting to do things by themselves. The dopamine hits, the hope, the isolation and worshiping of money. It’s even worse now that it’s not just in casinos but its clicks away on our cell phones.

In 15 AAA games since his injury, Jacob Melton is slashing .333/.415/.614 with 4 HRs and a 18.5% K rate. He looks ready to join the Rays. It’s just tough because they have 5 other MLB caliber OFs who deserve a spot on the team. Vilade and DeLuca obviously aren’t going anywhere as they are the only 2 RHH OFs, Simpson isn’t either. That leaves Mesa Jr. and Mullins, who have both shown their value. Getting rid of Mullins means a trade or DFA, which really impacts the OF depth. Given the fact that some of the OFs on the team have had extensive injury concerns in the past, that would be tough to do. Mesa Jr. seems the likeliest option to go, but he’s been really impressive since coming up. Overall this is a good problem to have, but it’s a difficult spot to be in.
