@PharmD_intheED @headdock It is heart breaking to see chronic or acute pain not being adequately treated. Unfortunately my state ins will no longer cover narcotic medication for chronic pain now EXCEPT for sickle cell, cancer or hospice. I wish you would fight for all pain patients.

Asked Jaylen Brown how he looks at failure and success, and whether anything short of a title feels like a failure: “It's hard to reflect on it just right now, because it's so fresh from the moment. But, obviously this organization is used to playing later into the season. I think this is my first time having a first round exit. But this season, what the expectations were and how we came out and we rose to meet that level of uncertainty with this group. There's nothing more I could ask for. I had a great time with my teammates. We played hard. Feel like we left it all out there. Tonight, we came up short.”

Despite all the drama and chaos these past few months, I am still extremely proud of all the work I have done but it's time for me to move on. So, after 6+ years it's time to say farewell to the Dr Disrespect brand and begin a new chapter. Ithumba isn't only a home for the orphans we raise. Wild bulls drift through all the time – drinking at the troughs, sharing a mouthful of lucerne with the dependent orphans, some lingering to spar with the ex-orphans before heading back out into Tsavo. They come because, over the years, they've learned it's safe. The clearest proof is a bull we call Dad, a great tusker who has fathered at least two of our wild-born calves. Back in 2015, Dad arrived carrying wounds from a poisoned arrow – and he'd brought two injured companions with him. It's not hard to conclude he led them to Ithumba because he understood they'd be helped there. All three were treated and recovered. It remains a great privilege each time we see a wild elephant take sanctuary around Ithumba and each visit reaffirms a bond of trust we have with them. Have you had the privilege of seeing an elephant in the wild – and if so, how did it change the way you see them?

If you take strong action and it is very different action from what your country has known before...you can only be confident that your action is right if it is founded on strong principles. Mine was founded on the belief that governments are there to serve the liberties of the people under a rule of law, a free enterprise economy, and strong defence. After we lost the election in 1974, and the Labour Government came in, we had departed from our fundamental principles. And I set up a great study with many people—not only politicians but businessmen, academics, journalists—and we redrafted our whole principles. From the principles, we decided the policies and we sorted out what needed to be done and how it was to be done when we got into power. That took four years. I had confidence we were in the right and our policies would achieve the right. Although, as you know, great change means great dislocation. We had to cut expenditure; we had to privatise; we had to get down taxation; we had to cut the bureaucracy. All of the people objected, and for two and a half years my name was marred. It's always difficult to do the right thing. But my father had taught me to persevere: It's easy to be a starter, but are you a sticker-to? It's easy enough to begin a job, it's harder to see it through. And I saw it through. After three years, all of a sudden, the good things in the economy began to show through. At the same time, we had the Falklands, and against all odds we won. Although, the world thought it was really rather astonishing that Britain sent a fleet 8,000 miles away into the bitter cold Antarctic against a foe that had air cover from land when we only had it from aircraft carriers. So the two reinforced one another. But I couldn't have done it unless I had been confident that we had the right principles and that if we persisted, it would show through to the benefit of our people. I was never defeated in an election by the people of my country. That is my proudest boast.

Resolute is all about taking care of our team and ensuring they feel valued by us. The Wednesday and Thursday before the Kentucky Derby we treated the farm crew to our suite and a day of racing fun. Many of these guys rarely get to see these horses actually at the track and I think it’s important to show them what all their hard work on the farm is for I was shocked to learn one of our guys, a groom of over 20 years had never been to a horse race before. We made sure he not only went but took a visit to the paddock and right on the rail up close for a race I’m happy everyone had a great time and grateful we can extend these opportunities to them 🐴

He goes full send through the entire beachside resort, from the beach and even spotting a local pup, showing off every contributing staff member, the full bar on display, a follow-through of the same cart he's riding in, the beautiful pool, into an interior view of a room and back out to the lobby, to where the guests would arrive. All back to an aerial view you couldn't get anywhere else. An amazing trip and POV that most would never encounter, to say the least. How'd you like it?

One of the best parts of the work In The (D3FB) Huddle & I do for #d3fb is getting to meet new teams -- especially the players -- who we talk about all the time on our show. During our Pregame Show Thursday, UW-La Crosse Football players recognized me eventually and obviously had read "Quick Hits" on D3football.com (knowing that I picked against UWL in the game). As you could expect, this didn't set well with the UWL players, so they razzed me all pregame, during-game, and postgame about the pick & the score. However, it was all in great fun, and JB & I know how to laugh it off with the players. Below, you'll see a part of our Pregame Show where the UWL players took the field -- and let me have it as they were behind us -- and a part of our Postgame Show where during our @UWLCoachJanus interview, Nate Wilcher gave me one last blast from off camera. We brought him on our set and had a great impromptu moment with him. Again, all in great fun. UWL has a great team -- my pick deserved to be panned by them early & often. But more importantly, the team was respectful & appreciative of the work we do to promote them. That made all of our work yesterday a pure pleasure. We look forward to making the trek to Wisconsin someday -- or perhaps see them in Texas in January -- to continue to build this friendship. Thanks to Coach Janus & everyone associated with the team for a great time in Troy, along with the good folks at RPI Athletics & RPI Football who made sure our live shows could be a reality Thursday night.
