I had many fond memories of this chip. I had one in my Altair (MITS 8800) computer. Altair is also the name of one of the main characters in my first novel. 😎

memories? we actually use it! 😅 it is processor used in the Siemens VSE2 line simulator, probably a kind of product developed only for internal use, but so well constructed that is working fine even today! 🔥
