Landlords have been vilified for years by government I sold the most of my portfolio as have many more as Starmer has to go back to the PRS for help and I’m hoping the remaining private landlords charge a fortune .Pity Brits won’t be able to compete

Of course some landlords will take up the offer. A friend of mine rents an old cottage. Always got issues. The rent is already £1650pm. 2 bed. Given the chance of 5 years fully maintained she’s already worrying about her future….
