Wazirx is holding Townhall tomorrow. I have made a list of 13 Important questions that users can ask. Q1. You mentioned in the affidavit that Wazirx is in talks with 11 exchanges & trading businesses. However, these businesses had a concern over an ongoing dispute between Wazirx & Binance regarding ownership due to an ongoing court case. So till the time the ownership dispute is resolved, do you guys have the authority to close deals with these white knights? If yes - please let us know how. Q2. In the affidavit you mentioned that total user funds on the day of the hack were approximately $570 million & hacked crypto was worth $234 Million. If we go by these numbers, means 41% of crypto was hacked, which you guys also mentioned in the hack report which was later changed to 45%. Can you clarify on this? Q3. You recently changed the total crypto holding number on the day of the hack from $570 Million to $546 Million in the affidavit, you guys mentioned that it was a mistake. Can you please clarify more on this? Also, How can you include INR for Zattai, it is only supposed to manage crypto, for INR Zanmai is the one that manages it. Q4. Wazirx has been mentioning in its POR that they hold surplus crypto, why was this not mentioned in the affidavit and can you please share the number of the surplus? Q5. In the affidavit you guys mentioned that you have taken out Rs 100 crore ($12 Million) from user funds for legal expenses, that’s 5% of the remaining customer funds. Why are you doing this and why there is no contribution from the Wazirx team? Q6. Earlier you guys shared the idea of 55/45, with the Singapore scheme of arrangements - What percentage can we expect to be returned to each user out of the remaining funds? Almost 20 days ago, you guys announced that you will be moving the remaining crypto to new wallets & will publish blockchain addresses, What’s taking so long & meanwhile can you publish addresses where these crypto are currently stored for transparency? WazirX Solution is Not Acceptable? 1) The snapshot should have been taken on or before 18th July 2024. 2) WRX foundations were allocated 30% of WRX tokens. The team and Foundation made some money on WRX tokens that can be paid off. 3) Why should the users with Non-Stolen tokens be penalized and compensated for stolen token users? Is this fair? 4) Who will bear the taxes and TDS issues? Why should users pay taxes on top of their losses? 5) Why has Wazirx not realized its financials, like profit, loss, and balance sheet? The victims should be compensated for that profit. 6) Exchange used to take money from listing altcoins. That money can be used to pay off victims. 7) Why is the WazirX team not taking a hit and expecting the users to compensate for the losses?

the last time crypto was at these levels was early 2024. this should make you extremely bullish you have an opportunity in the future to run back what we just went thru mid-late 2024 and early 2025 again. as long as you are alive, you have infinite chances you have single stocks moving 3x the valuation of Solana in after hours overnight, its hard to not be bullish crypto here in the long term the opportunity and glory presented with red like this inspires me. i don't mean to be insensitive, i understand crypto has been cooked the past year and half, but this is truly a blessing in disguise after 2024-2025 it seemed like all the catalyst for crypto happened. i watched this small asset class i dominated turn into everything i knew it would become, but some sense of sadness in realizing it all happened came after. but this long bleed combined with stocks ath after ath and everyone rotating + quantum fud is a perfect combo for.. crypto to have the downside it needs for there to finally be upside AGAIN
