It’s been a great day of progress for Lady given where she started… First the bad stuff… 🚑 Vet visit found she has 2 types of blood parasites with a third starting. 🩸 She has serious anemia 🦴 Her hip was broken in an injury some time ago and... not treated Now the good stuff… ✅ Lady has full feeling throughout body including tail. It’s nothing spinal 🐜 She is now totally flea and tick free 🧼 She got her 2nd bath and the water is running clear. She smells great ✂️ We finished her grooming. I made a small mistake on her head with a buzz cut but she forgave me. 🥱 Lady is eating, sleeping, drinking and doing toilets great. 💊 She has started a full course of medicines to build up her strength. I don’t have more answers than that right now. All I can do is work through some steps to make her better with treatment. The improvement in 30 hours has been superb. Lady is about 10-11 years old and had been in agony for months if not longer. We’ll take it one day at a time and hope tomorrow is as good for her as today was. Lady is the best girl ever. She deserves it all 🥰🙏show more

This is Tina today. She’s on top top form but her vet results were not good. Her kidney failure has gotten worse. I wanted to explain how and why today is a great day though… 👩‍⚕️ A team of vets (yes Tina has a team around the world offering their services for free) have said there is nothing more that can be done. It’s time to just manage her comfort. ⏰ Tina might have a few weeks or at best a few months left. 💊 She has blood pressure medicine and everything else she could need (her kidneys can’t support any more medicines) 🥘 She has a special diet that a very kind lady donated to her. The best of the best. Now the good stuff… ☀️ Tina is still feeling great. She is full of energy and went on numerous walks in the sun today 🎾 She still plays non stop with her beloved tennis balls 🥰 Tina gets endless messages of support and love from around the world. I tell her about them every single day. 😁 Tina is happiest when with her human. I’ve tailored my life so she is barely ever alone. She thrives with company and it relaxes her. 🤷‍♂️ I know people will wonder how today is a good day? It’s a good day because Tina is happy, feeling good, loved and playing. She has everything she ever dreamed of. Dogs don’t think about yesterday or look ahead to tomorrow. They live in the moment. And in the moment everything is great for Tina. ❤️ There will be tougher days ahead but today is a great day. One of Tina’s favorite Sundays ever. I can tell she’s never been happier. Her world is complete. Tina doesn’t know what is coming and my role is to just help her love her life and enjoy every second she has. Tina could have been dead alone and sad months ago and never have known any of this. She’s touched people all over the world and people think about her daily. She has her ball, her human, her friends and even though her kidneys are failing her heart couldn’t be more full. After Tina’s start in life she has shown me and others how to live in the moment. And in this very moment, today in the sunshine Tina is having the best day she ever had. 🥰🎾❤️🙏

This is Cindy Crawford. She is a street dog that lives between a 7-11 and some restaurants. She is well known and everybody in the area feeds her. When I spotted her this morning she had given up and I had to lift her off her dangerous position with a kind Thai lady. You could quickly see that this was more serious than just an overfed dog. She’s losing all her fur and it’ll be gone in a week or two. She is riddled with parasites and she is 43kg / 90 Lbs when she should be half that at the very most. She seems to only be about 5 years old. Despite lots of locals and tourists feeding her she is clearly a very sick dog who needs special treatment. That has now started. She can hardly walk 10 yards and she had trouble standing up on her little legs. My dream is to see her running after the moped one day in the future with the other dogs full of energy. It might take a while but we’ll get you there Cindy Crawford. You were down but not out.

Britney Spears is our longest resident here at Happy Doggo after I rescued her 2.5 years ago. Today she was getting some big news which is remarkable considering her back story… 🔓 She was dumped in the jungle with her puppies. She was incredibly vicious. We think she could have been used for fighting 🦷 She bit 2 other volunteers 🏡 The only place she could stay was with me. She caused mayhem attacking snoop, Jumbo and a friend. 📅 For the first year I was pretty much the only one who could handle her. 🌴 She came to the land and had many fights with other dogs. She was learning but she kept letting herself down 🛵 I developed a system of running her which she loves. Its when she would come alive and feel free 🧍‍♂️ She expanded her circle of humans slowly and now is friends with about 20 people. She also has some dog friends. ✅ It’s been 6 months since Britney had any sort of fight or incident. She is very loving now. We are still careful but she has calmed down So after 2.5 years I promised Britney 2025 is the year she would get her own forever home. She will do great but it will need to be a very specialized home and we’ll have to do it slowly and carefully. I wouldn’t even attempt it if I didn’t think it was right but it is. Britney has finally gotten to a place where she needs to be. The land is great for her but a home is always even better. This won’t happen overnight but it will in 2025. I’ve promised her. Anybody who has followed from the start knows how big a deal this is. Also how cool is Britney’s new camera attachment. Best present ever she said 🎁

She is only 27 , her Husband is late and she has a son. She’s in terrible pain. Please let’s pray for her father Lord God you’re the greatest healer of all time Lord God heal this young lady cover her in the blood of Jesus Amen

Great news for Cindy Crawford today… Cindy Crawford was morbidly obese laying outside a 7-11 in Thailand. You could pull huge clumps of her skin out and she was covered in pressure points and sores. Her blood pressure was sky high and she couldn’t even walk 20 yards without needing a rest. In short she wouldn’t have lived much longer. Fast forward just 6-7 short weeks and everything is changing for the better. ⚖️ She is down 5kg or 10lbs 🧼 Her skin is healthy and her fur looks greats 💊 We just got her tests back and she is diagnosed with an under active thyroid. Rather than being a bad thing it’s great to know as it’s totally treatable. We think he weight loss will increase and her health improve further 🐶 She is interested in the world again. Hank is her best friend and she loves walking with him. She also loves all the humans. Compared to laying on the road unable to move and uninterested in life she is turning into a new dog 🏡 We’ll wait a couple of months to get her fully better and the weight down but Cindy Crawford will need a forever home so she can get her medicines daily. She won’t be going back on the streets ever again Not bad progress for the most beautiful girl the world has ever seen. She was down but she wasn’t out 🥰🙏

This lady walks into a gold and silver dealer to sell some of her old jewelry she doesn’t wear anymore, she’s doing this in hopes of getting $400 for a used computer for her daughter who is in boarding school, she is totally unaware of the high prices gold has been reaching. She has 202 g before she adds in the last piece that’s roughly 7 ounce of 14 karat gold which is half the value of 28 carat, the price of gold now is $3900 an ounce roughly so for conversation sake let’s say it was $3500 when she made the transaction so $1750 would be the value of those 7 ounces and that equals $12,250, so they were fair with her in my opinion. Not bad, she walked in looking for 400 and walked out with $12,000, and she kept the good stuff in her purse, hopefully she went home and bought a small safe and called her insurance agent😬

She says she’s been the best girl ever… 💧 Doing her drip and being very patient 🥘 Only eating her kidney diet and not even one single treat as it hurts her kidneys. 💊 Taken all her daily supplements on time 🧴Looking after her skin with creams She says most of all she’s been sleeping well, being nice to all the other dogs, being kind to humans and keeping a positive attitude. She wanted to get some fresh air and enjoy the sun with her human today so as she is in top shape for tomorrow 🙏 The best girl there ever was 🥰

ON THE CASE OF Lady B - IYALODE OF X SHE IS A FEMALE MALE A lot of people started tagging me to it, and I got confused. When I was planning to visit Nigeria, Lady B asked that she wanted a laptop, so I added her to the list, and she later reached out to me to say, she will like to meet with me upon arrival in lagos, but she wants me to know that her real face isnt what shes using online, so, she said she can call me on video so I can see her face, I just told her not to worry that it was fine. I didnt have the time to meet with her while I was in Nigeria but Sandra Ibeh was the one in constant conversation. So, i have been speaking with Lady B, and I know her voice, I have lots of voicenotes from her, I decided to call her on a video call. At least the device that changes voice wont be in her throat. I did a video call, I told her I will record and post it so people who have heard her voice before can compare if the voice on the video call is different. In life, we should be very careful how we quickly throw others under the bus. For what I know, she has been of great help publicly posting about the laptop project, she is always posting and reposting. She stepped forward to make this facts known, why treat her like a criminal? It is unfair. I attached the video call recording for our perusal. God bless you all.

Eve - Love Will Always Beat Hate 🥰🙏🐶 Christmas Eve was when the messages started coming in about a dog who had oil and water thrown over her. A tourist had spotted her and been trying to care for her. Initially we’d been told it was an accident but the story started to get fairly confused in person. Some locals told me and my friend Sybille it had been done intentionally and she’d been allowed to shelter in the 7-11 as she was in so much pain. There’s no point getting angry in these situations as the dog is the only priority initially. Eve had a very tough first 24 hours as the vets couldn’t do much for her beyond pain meds. She wouldn’t eat a thing, drink water or even pee. She was like a rock and shaking in pain. We actually were so worried about her we had to force feed her with a syringe and get her medicines injected. I think a lot of it was pure shock mixed with pain. Shes started to trust us now and relax. She is an unbelievable patient as I think Eve knows we are helping her. She’s still not eating much and clearly has a huge journey ahead but we hope she is out of immediate danger. Given what she has been through I thought it was only right to give her one of Tina’s old collars and bandanas to give her a little dignity and hope. 🌸 It’s only been 4 days but things are looking up for little Eve 🙏🥰

I help street dogs and the most common question I get is… Why don’t you take them home or find them a home? The answer is because we feed about 800 at the moment. Poppy here is a really good example because I adore here and I thought I’d explain what she gets… ✂️ It took me 2 months to build up trust but I caught her and got her sterilized meaning no more suffering with puppies. 🩸 While getting that operation the vet discovered major complications (Pyometra) which was about to kill her. Luckily that’s all fixed up and her stitches came out this week. 👷🏽‍♂️ I found her a place with some migrant workers. They don’t own her but they tolerate her. Nothing bad will happen her there and she is safe from other dogs who were attacking her. 🛢️ We delivered her very own house. The locals are happy for her to live in it. She now has shelter and a safe place. 🥘 Poppy gets two wholesome home cooked meals per day delivered. 💊 She has preventative medicines to stop fleas and ticks 💉 She is up to date with all her shots 🥰 Although short she gets a little bit of love each day in passing which she has grown to enjoy. So this is the best solutions for as many dogs as I can do. It’s not perfect but it improves their lives massively and gives them a chance and some basics. All that only costs about $100 max. 🏡 I am always working on forever homes and have 5 getting their paperwork down ready to fly (Rodney, Hope, Lottie etc) but 800 dogs out there need instant solutions which is what these are. Quick wins for the dogs. It’s not perfect but it’s nice to know that Poppy is at least alive thanks to her operation, not suffering thanks to simple medicines and has shelter and is out of immediate danger. ✅

Luckily that’s all fixed up and her stitches came out this week. 👷🏽‍♂️ I found her a place with some migrant workers. They don’t own her but they tolerate her. Nothing bad will happen her there and she is safe from other dogs who were attacking her. 🛢️ We delivered her very own house. The locals are happy for her to live in it. She now has shelter and a safe place. 🥘 Poppy gets two wholesome home cooked meals per day delivered. 💊 She has preventative medicines to stop fleas and ticks 💉 She is up to date with all her shots 🥰 Although short she gets a little bit of love each day in passing which she has grown to enjoy. So this is the best solutions for as many dogs as I can do. It’s not perfect but it improves their lives massively and gives them a chance and some basics. All that only costs about $100 max. 🏡 I am always working on forever homes and have 5 getting their paperwork down ready to fly (Rodney, Hope, Lottie etc) but 800 dogs out there need instant solutions which is what these are. Quick wins for the dogs. It’s not perfect but it’s nice to know that Poppy is at least alive thanks to her operation, not suffering thanks to simple medicines and has shelter and is out of immediate danger. ✅

11 years ago today @GoldieBabu came to Minnesota from a high kill shelter in Missouri. She was out of time after spending 3 months there. I was determined to just foster her until she was adopted…as I had just started my company and had no time or money for a dog. Of course, it was love at 1st sight. Goldie laid it on THICK. Constantly nudging me for pets, laying ON TOP of me, and just begging for love. I’ve now realized she wasn’t acting, that’s just the loving girl she was and all she wanted was a home to feel safe in. I was a foster parent fail within 5 minutes of meeting her. I always celebrate her birthday (she’ll be 14) on the day I adopted her which is 2/23. I hope she makes it another month…but until then, this old lady will get all the things. Today, she got her 1st McDonald’s cheeseburger. I cut it in half so she could at least get 2 bites. Poor girl can’t walk very well and you can see her shaking at the end…but she certainly loved her anniversary meal 😂💕.

It’s hard to believe someone would dump their old and sick dog out onto the streets to fend for themselves but that’s what I found today. A lovely kind local lady had found this tiny little dog and asked us to help after being unable to find the owner. She was tiny and shaking but it’s only when I got her in that j saw just how bad she was. She’s very old and her fur is pretty much all gone from the 1000s of ticks and fleas sucking her blood. She’s very sick and she also has a major leg trauma. Who knows how long the little girl has been out on the streets battling to stay alive. Her nature is so nice and gentle and she loves human touch. I don’t know what Dolly Parton’s back story is but I do know her future will hopefully be very bright. You can see from my hands on her head just how small she is. She’s all wrapped up after her bath and sleeping tight after a good meal and her full medical treatment will start tomorrow. Come on Dolly you got this❤️

Sana Update! We got some heartbreaking news. As suspected, Sana has cancer 💔 She is now in hospice with us. She has really good pain medication and is really enjoying all of the love and snuggles she is receiving. We will continue to spoil her and show her a lot of affection.
