Ty, we moved my dad to private physicians due to the poor quality of care. I hope these improvements continue to better serve our vets.

I have a suggestion, appoint a local veteran ambassador to get real feedback and observations of local facilities! Not a paid job ! This way you can get the real problems and issues, also get what’s working well CSM r

Thank you for working to help the veteran experience with the VA better. Shortening the backlogs, and shortening the time that veterans wait for healthcare would be huge improvements

With all due respect, we are still waiting. Claim, claim denied, appeal, re-file claim, claim denied, appeal….repeat! Meanwhile illegals get SS benefits and politicians get rich

the VA filed the same claim 93 times on my private insurance - dont worry, the EOBs are being boxed and sent to you - the VA cannot do ANYTHING RIGHT

Do better with VA claims. My brother in law, 24 yrs in the AF as a pilot, injured his eye, causing total blindness and grounding him permanently. The VA clsim stated he has 20/20 vision in his eye that was literally stabbed with plyers. So, as far as I can tell, your 1st 2 months aren't looking that great, and I have supported you over the past 2 months!! DO BETTER VA! Our Vets deserve it.

Start having claims reviewers work three shifts until they get caught up. Then give the whole claims processing to AI.

This is still unsat and unnecessary. Still waiting for access we used to have under Choice. Still waiting...and waiting....and waiting...

You still have a problem with provider retention. You will lose more until you stop treating every VISIN and HCS on the same page.

Maybe baby steps, why have I been waiting 2 years to see a cardiologist? Why is Doctor Slappy still working for the VA?

I still see pronoun signs in our local facilities, let’s get rid of those.
