When I was at the #NYR game vs. Vegas, I caught JT Miller on the bench constantly talking to the guys. When they were down, he was amping everyone up. It’s unfair to say these players don’t care — they’ve been playing hockey since they were 3 years old, of course they want to win. Sometimes teams just don’t gel right away. New coach, new system, new players — that stuff takes time to figure out.
