This man says, “let me get this straight. When White people move into an area, it’s called “colonizing” or “gentrification”, which is bad. But if people of a high melanin count move into an area, that’s “cultural enrichment” and “diversity is our strength”, which is good. But then if those same White people don’t want any more “cultural enrichment” or are tired of “diversity” being their strength, that’s called “White Flight”, which is bad. So they don’t want White people to come or to go. It’s almost as if they don’t want them (whites) to exist at all.” He’s figuring it out.

Fourteen precision strikes—and still no World War III. But it’s more likely than ever that the Iranian people might be free, the region more stable, and less costly for America in the long run. The “gETtinG uS iNto wW3!!” crowd is wrong every time. Their motives are also deeply questionable. Why do they want to scare you into being against your own self-interest? We should be extremely skeptical of these media personalities. You know who they are. Peace through strength means a willingness to use strength wisely. Congratulations to President Trump and I hope to say the same to the Iranian people soon.

25 years of 8701…crazy how fast the time went. We can talk about the streams/sales. We can talk about the awards. But 8701 was always bigger than the numbers or any of those things. It’s the memories we made. It’s the fact that this album is what transformed me and truly put me on the map from a teen into a young man. Thank U for all the love and support. To those who call themselves anti-war in the West: Look at these two women. They were unarmed. They protested the killing of Mahsa Jina Amini for not wearing appropriate hijab and the regime answered with bullets aimed at their eyes. They wear the scars of a dictatorship that fears freedom. So tell me: Are you against war, or just against confronting the regime that wages it on its own people? Maybe the regime that declares war on its own girls is the problem. I asked Vladimir Novakovski the founder of Lighter why other platforms are still building for L1s and citing performance reasons? "idk, maybe they made a technical choice 2 years ago that's not relevant today. Those guys should go talk to Succinct." He says there's no performance limitation to L2s - Lighter could run at 1m TPS now if it needed to. "The more secure the L1, the more performant the L2." It seems Lighter is an L2 for one simple reason. A better product for users.

Physical Culture Gym is a hardcore Powerlifting and Olympic lifting gym near(ish) me. I visited a couple times 30years ago. These two guys are nationally ranked strength athletes, but look what happens when they have a sprint race (don't know if they warmed-up). The dynamic demands of sprinting exceed pure strength training. If you are older i.e. 30up, and haven't sprinted for years, injury is almost guaranteed if you run a sprint race. It's incredible that a young kid can run full pelt with no training (and no warm-up) and be totally fine. [Note: The guy is laughing but a busted hamstring is no joke, it can derail your training for months, even years if it's a full tear]

Watching this video, I feel deep, sorrow, and condemn the recent shootings against peaceful protestors in Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It is disheartening to witness such brutality inflicted upon innocent Pakistanis, exercising their fundamental right to peaceful protest. I extend my heartfelt condolences to the families of those who have tragically lost their lives, and I pray for the families' strength and solace during this difficult time. Albeit, it is imperative that these occurances are halted, resolved with urgency and justice, however to do so, and in the face of such oppression, collective agitation and steadfast resistance are much needed to bring the revolution in Pakistan once for all.

The Baltimore Ravens are entering their final week of optional organized team activities before mandatory minicamp begins on June 9. So far, the good vibes have returned, personalities are flourishing, and players on both sides of the ball have made the most of their early chances. One of those guys is Devontez Walker, who I have high hopes for this season. Since Lamar Jackson’s arrival, Walker has come alive as he looks to earn more targets. Rashod Bateman’s continued absence could give Tez the push he needs. Walker has had more time with the new scheme and has built chemistry with his QB. Can Tez Walker earn his way into a bigger role with the Ravens? Time will tell!

All the 27 member states agree that Israeli settlements are illegal under international law. However, this policy has not done much to limit trade with settlements because implementation is inconsistent. Following a request of the European Council in June, the Commission presented options to further restrict trade with illegal Israeli settlements. These include a full or partial ban on imports of settlement products, stricter export licensing requirements, and the possible use of tariffs. These are not options against Israel. These are options against the illegal settlements that undermine the two-state solution.
