Luke Butkus doesnt do anything, Stenavich is the actual OL coach and they promoted him to OC to not lose him because he was supposed to be good at his job. He is the one that needs to be fired

I’m seriously wondering is MLF any better a head coach than say Mike McDaniels???? Offensive guru, sure…. But leader of men? Nope. Worried more about appearance than being head coach. Hiring at coaches as been poor. Can’t develop any coaches. Poor culture guy. Team of quitters

Shakeups can destabilize a unit already struggling. Is the problem poor coaching or individual execution?

Is signing free agents even an option? I get the line is a collective unit that needs to function as one, so reps together are important. But nothing can be as worse than ranked last in every category, right?
