Dear @cenbank Sterling bank is failing to provide customers with good service. I made a transfer and till this moment my funds haven’t reflected and they aren’t responding either!

All this complaints from customers and nothing and nobody cares? Money of customers hanged and no urgency at all from your organization? I rated your bank highly.. This is very bad PR...

Why on earth would someone not be able to receive money that was sent since two days ago which was successfully sent to me. And no customer has been calling or even replying all my texts , this is just not good 😐 😕

Please attend to my complaint before words get unkind. Transferred money to myself from Zenith bank and have not received value til now. Sent dm, no response. Let's do things right and quickly,please.

@Sterling_Bankng it doesn't take you guys 10secs to debit my account. But it will take you ages to credit d account of d receiver. I made a transfer of 73k to someone on Friday, it took till Tuesday before you could reverse the money back to me.

@Sterling_Bankng I did some transactions and was debited but waited for 24hrs and yet to receive a reversal. One was was last week Thursday while the other one was done yesterday. The mode were through bank app and pos respectively.
