Had it for a while. Was getting worse but its gone. How I beat it in 4 days: 1) sleep. Been running a wake 4 hrs sleep 3 hrs routine. Sleep longer if possible. 2) gargle warm salt water to kill germs 3) elderberry & vitamin D 4) amoxicillin (combat swollen glands) - I had that on hand Cleared it right up.

I am with you. But some things are needed. Folks I know get certain meds direct from supplier. Antibiotics, Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, etc. And get it at costs around $0.30/dose I don’t use RX other than the ones that have been around forever and are proven.

I’ve had good success helping myself and my family duck illness Anytime there’s something going around. We take L-Lysine (a supplement with anti viral properties. Effective enough they use it in veterinary medicine for cats with viral infection) and a mega dose of vitamin C about 3000mg. Sometimes zinc for good measure. Do what you want with that information.

Indiana here. My 27 year old son has been sick for 2 weeks. Runny and stuffy nose, cough, sore throat. Symptoms seem to come and go a little but never go completely away. Weather has been up and down. Today was 50, but 2 days ago it was upper 20’s.

Not an expert, but you could try nicotine gum, 2% or 2 g see if that helps
