WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE! We are witnessing one of the greatest feats in sporting history, a human running an official marathon in under 2 hours! The script for the sub 2 hour marathon has belonged to Kenya from the very beginning. Eliud Kipchoge first shattered the physical barrier in an unofficial exhibition, and the late, great Kelvin Kiptum set the official world record at 2.00.35, proving that the dream was within reach. Now, Sabastian Sawe has officially dipped under 2 hours with a jaw dropping 1.59.30 at the London Marathon! 🇰🇪 Thanks to Kenya, humans just got faster.
