At a press conference in Abuja, the families called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum to make the safe recovery of the victims an immediate priority. They described the prolonged captivity as a source of “pain and anguish” and urged the government and security agencies to deploy all necessary resources to locate the victims and bring them home safely.
