This is sad, one bad choice of him resisting the police turns up an officer killed in the line of duty and him losing his life too. Him showing remorse won’t bring back the life he took; an eye for an eye. Moral of the story: don’t resist the police; if you’re not breaking the law you got nothing to worry about.

Meanwhile a Texas cop struck and killed my uncle and no charges were ever filed. He literally was speeding with zero reason to and hit a random vehicle smh.

They were able to convict him because he was evading law enforcement when he struck the officer so it was committed during the commission of another felony (which is one of the acceptable elements for the death penalty in TX.) A disgusting & evil sentence nonetheless.
