It’s crazy that the final scene of “Kill Bill 2” drops the deepest comic book/super hero philosophy ever None of the super hero movies comes close to this

@JeffHun34911855 I saw this in cinema and alright it’s a well thought out concept, it’s completely wrong at the end… everything else is accurate

Boom, lawyered. Superman identifies FIRST as Clark Kent and Batman identifies as Batman. Lasso of truth compels them to tell the truth.

Superman IS Clark Kent. Whatever happens he will always be the kid from Smallville. Batman IS Batman; Bruce Wayne the millionaire playboy is the costume he puts on.

Thats cuz QT writing has always been steeped in “funny books”. True Romance alludes to this as well. QT/KB isn’t all chop socky flicks. You write what you know. QT is pretty deep in regard to what he knows. Marvel/Disney has evolved but the writing isnt deep. No hate just facts

Tarantino is great at making his own theories about movies, songs or in this case, superheroes But it's not even closer to reality. Superman don't see people as weak, just wants to hide his identity. In the silver age of, most of the superheroes got their bases that we know now.
