By 8:20 am, the vehicle was captured near a petrol pump close to Okhla Industrial Area. At 3:19 pm, the car entered the parking area near the Red Fort complex, where it remained parked for nearly three hours. At 6:22 pm, it exited the parking lot and moved towards the Red Fort. In a sense, some Indians might be a bit relieved that they were getting into a body where the Americans now wanted to emphasise the security aspect of it, much more than India would prefer, because we have, right from the start, while being a member of the Quad, always tried to emphasise other dimensions of the Quad. Broadening the agenda to critical and raw materials and technologies, to climate change, to HADR (Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief), to illegal shipping, human smuggling and stuff like that, so as to give a more lasting agenda to this four-power cooperation rather than limiting it only to the security part.
