This is a great tracker but it vastly understates how much money the @MTA has lost form not having a reliable stream of $1b/year that they could have leveraged into bonds=$15b. There's simply no way to replace that from general revenues & no will to tax more to do it in the spurned legislature. It'll be up to the courts to decide if @GovKathyHochul violated the law & MUST implement #CongestionPricingNow. I hope the lawsuits proceed speedily before @realDonaldTrump regains the White House & embarks on his revenge agenda against New York.
