With great regret, I come to inform you that I am out of the next #UFC317 competition. I suffered a foot fracture during training and, after medical evaluation, I was instructed to have surgery and focus 100% on recovery. It's not easy to stay out of something I've been preparing for with so much dedication, and without a doubt this would be the most advantageous fight of my career but I understand that this is just another challenge on the way and I trust the plans that Allah has for me! I sincerely thank everyone who is with me - we remain firm, stronger with each obstacle. The battle was only postponed... I'll be back soon!

In mid-December his unit raided Kamal Adwan hospital and abducted the hospital director, Ahmad Kahlout. Kahlout was then tortured by the Shin Bet and forced to give a "confession", on camera, for supposedly being a Hamas militant and for using the hospital as a "military base" of Hamas. Mualem shared a video of the forced confession on his Instagram story, and wrote: "Take a good luck at this d*ck". In the following story we can see the hospital director being abducted, while cuffed. Mualem captioned the video "Human garbage🤮" and "Here he is, not such a hero after we got to him" A year later, Ahmad Kahlout is still held captive in one of Israel's concentration camps. Dermot Desmond making an ultra rare appearance at Celtic Park tonight for the Dundee game. Looking every part the Wacky Races villain, Dick Dastardly, I'd suggest that this was a show of strength, asserting his authority after the Brendan Rodgers episode. The only thing missing was him twiddling his moustache in a menacing manner. Interestingly (at least, to me) he made his fellow Executive members wait until all the players had ran up the tunnel before they made their way to the Boardroom. Usually, it's a case of sprinting from their padded seats as soon as the whistle blows...or, if you're Rod Stewart, sprinting up ten minutes beforehand to have first dibs at all the freebie hospitality on offer. Full video below shows him having a little chat with Michael Nicholson. From what I could see, which was albeit sporadically (when the ball was out of play etc) as I was primarily watching the game, there wasn't much interaction with Peter Lawwell. The plot thickens.

It's been a week of romantic intrigue at Umani Springs. Predictably, Lima Lima was at the heart of it — she was in season, but she has also always enjoyed the attention of bulls! The team kept well out of the way, but managed to watch all the drama unfold. As Head Keeper Philip reported: "Since last week, Lima Lima has been attracting many wild bulls eager to win her affection. Today eight bulls arrived, each hoping to be the one she would choose. The competition quickly turned into conflict. The bulls refused to back down and fierce battle broke out as rivals fought for the chance to be with Lima Lima. In one dramatic clash, a determined bull forced his strongest competitor, and the fight ended with one of them breaking a tusk. Love in the wild can be beautiful, but it can also come at a heavy cost. Today one bull paid that price, losing a tusk while fighting for his sweetheart Lima Lima.’ Once dominance was established, all was well and Lima Lima headed back to the herd and calm was restored. Lima Lima is an orphan rescued and raised through our Orphans’ Project, and now living wild. She is a mother of one — though it looks like another sibling may be on the horizon! Revisit her story:

Honestly, I’m not too upset about the Angels losing this series. Yeah, you want them to win every time out, but that’s just not real life. San Diego is a good team, and the Angels were right there with them the entire series. One of the alleged suspects died whilst the other one sustained some injuries. The incident occurred in Verena on Wednesday, 24 December 2024. According to a report, Police as well Medical Emergency Services were called to the scene, and it was during this period when one of the men was pronounced dead, while the other was taken to the hospital for treatment. He is currently hospitalized under Police guard. The incident is believed to be linked to stocktheft incident, where 26 cattle, six goats, and a donkey were reportedly stolen from a certain farm in Verena. The Police investigation indicates that a shepherd was attacked earlier that day then robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash. Thereafter, the suspects are believed to have fled the scene in two bakkies with trailers when their vehicles got stuck in the mud, leading to their capture and attack by the mob.
