A protest against the attack on minorities across the country: Cheragi Circle at Chattogram --- Listen the voices from the Hindu in #Bangladesh. It's the real scenerio here, not what Chief Adviser of the Government of Bangladesh and the controlled media is saying. "If the army can hand over a Hindu (Utsab) boy at the hands of mob, then why the same army come to defend those who throw water and brick chips on us. Why so hypocritical stance? It seems they have freedom to frame us on charges of hurting their sentiments arbitrarily but we don’t have any right to get justice when they (Islamists) attack us for our religion. Don’t we deserve equal rights? Journalists are censoring our voices. What we should call them? Why #civilsociety members and #humanrights defenders keeping mum? Why they are turning a blind eye when minorities are attacked everyday?" #BangladeshCrisis #SaveBangladesh #SaveBangladeshiHindus UN Human Rights UN in Bangladesh Amnesty International Human Rights Watch Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sajeeb Wazed Volker Türk Assistant Secretary Riley Barnes UN Human Rights Asia FIDH European Union in Bangladesh U.S. Embassy Dhaka International Human Rights Foundation UN Special Procedures SiteIntelHub Alex Gray Republic Michael Kugelman CPJ Asia Committee to Protect Journalists Journalists for Human Rights (JHR) UN Human Rights Human Rights at FCDO @RFKHumanRights Assistant Secretary Riley Barnes VOA বাংলা Suhasini Haidar barkha dutt Palki Sharma Sarah Cooke Canada in Bangladesh Chris Blackburn European External Action Service - EEAS 🇪🇺 Nadine Maenza UNSR on freedom of religion or belief Elbridge Colby Amnesty International

Today, the European Commission fined Elon Musk’s X €140 million for, it says, breaking laws requiring social media transparency. Specifically, said the Commission, which is the executive branch of the European Union, X broke the law by making its blue checkmarks available to anyone, failing to make its advertising repository transparent, and failing to provide researchers with special access to its data. “Today’s decision has nothing to do with content moderation,” insisted the Commission’s spokesperson. In truth, the Commission’s fine has everything to do with “content moderation,” which is censorship. The EU wants X to give its data to government-selected “researchers” so they can identify which posts and advertisements should be censored. This is a censorship-by-proxy strategy. The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) from 2020 to 2022, and Europe today, have authorized government-funded NGOs to demand censorship of social media platforms in an attempt to deceive the public. As such, the European Commission is spreading disinformation in order to demand censorship, and is openly engaged in a deception campaign aimed at confusing the people of Europe and the United States about what it is doing. Many Americans may rightly wonder why they should care about what the European government is doing. President Donald Trump shut down much of the US censorship industrial complex, including by the DHS. The reason we should care is that the goal of the European Commission, like that of the governments of Britain, Brazil, and Australia, is to censor the American people. As Public was the first to report in October, a pro-censorship activist think tank, the Stanford Cyberpolicy Center, hosted a gathering of global censorship officials to censor American social media platforms and American citizens. The Stanford Cyberpolicy Center was home to the fake “researchers” who oversaw the DHS censorship-by-proxy effort from 2020 to 2022. Moreover, the EU is now in direct violation of the NATO Treaty, under which the US is militarily obligated to defend Europe. The NATO Treaty requires member states to have free speech and free and fair elections. France and Germany are actively and illegally preventing political candidates from running for office for ideological reasons, namely their opposition to mass migration. And the Romanian high court, with the support of the European Commission, nullified election results under the thin and unproven pretext of Russian interference, after a nationalist and populist presidential candidate won. The X fine comes in the wake of a renewed push for governments to break encryption and read private text messages, known as “Chat Control.” The ostensible goal of this is to combat child abuse, and yet there is little evidence that such a system is needed. The heads of Signal and Telegram have strongly opposed the effort as a violation of privacy and a backdoor that others could exploit. And last month, the European Commission launched a “Democracy Shield” program consisting of more funding for NGOs and “fact checkers” to “ensure swift reactions to large-scale and potentially transnational information operations. An independent European Network of Fact-Checkers will be set up to boost fact-checking capacity in all EU official languages…” In the past, activist NGOs have demanded that social media companies censor content based on fact-checks, including false ones. The European Digital Services Act (DSA) rests upon a model of censorship by proxy. The proxies are NGOs, law enforcement organizations, and industry groups designated “Trusted Flaggers.” Noted Lorcán Price of the Alliance Defending Freedom in his testimony to Congress in September of year, “When a Trusted Flagger speaks, the service provider must listen and prioritize the review of the flagged content before that of its regular users. The service provider must review the flagged content to determine whether it violates the law of an EU member state or the EU itself. If so, the service provider must remove or disable access to the content.” Notably, the European Commission announced its X fine on the same day that the Trump administration released its new security strategy, which reads, “We will oppose elite-driven, anti-democratic restrictions on core liberties in Europe, the Anglosphere, and the rest of the democratic world, especially among our allies.” The document implicitly threatens US commitment to military security for Europe. “It is far from obvious whether certain European countries will have economies and militaries strong enough to remain reliable allies.” The European Constitution states that “Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers.” Why then is it now seeking to deny those rights? This is General Abdullahi Ali Caanood, the spokesperson for the Somali Ministry of Defense declaring to mobilize insurgency groups within Somaliland, Jigjiga, and Godey. I am not going to provide word for word translation but in a concise summary of his statement, General Caanood revealed that they have initiated contact with former Somali soldiers in Hargeisa, Awdal, Jigjiga, and Godey, aiming to instigate insurgency activities from within. Additionally, he says efforts have been made to recall ex-Somali army members residing in the diaspora to return and join. When questioned about how a war with Somaliland/Ethiopia is realistic, he mentioned his men are going to utulize speed boats provided by EU Delegation Somalia and Arab countries to launch attacks on Zeila, a coastal city in Somaliland's Awdal region, with the intent of disrupting the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Somaliland and Ethiopia. And If you do not know about General Caanood, he is a Somali military general and ally of president Hassan Sheikh Mohamud. Gen. Caanood is also the brother of hardline cleric "Sheikh Mustafa Ali Caanood" who recently announced a fatwa "authorizing the killing of Sufi followers in Mogadishu". To add to this. On 27 Nov 2023, EU Council said it had adopted an assistance measure worth €1 million to support the Somali National Army with military equipment designed to deliver lethal force (Statement: My humble question with a concern: Are the taxpayers of European Commission European Parliament European External Action Service - EEAS 🇪🇺 aware of this? ‼️Hindus Are Not Safe in Bangladesh‼️ Let's listen to the Hindu women about the on-going situation in #Bangladesh. 🎙️ Under the current interim government, how is your life as a Hindu in Bangladesh? 🗣️ We are not doing well. The joy we used to have before is gone. Every time we step outside, we feel a constant fear. You have seen how children are being tortured. If such things can happen to a little child, do you think this country is in a good state? The student community claims that everything they have done is for our benefit. But have they really done anything good? I throw this question to the entire nation—have they done anything good at all? I don’t think so. I only see destruction. We can already predict what the future generations will be like. Today is Holi, and in previous years, we celebrated it with great joy. But this year, we couldn’t celebrate it properly. I heard that everything was canceled because of Ramadan, so we Sanatanis could not enjoy our festival. The law enforcement system that existed before is now completely gone! The administration is doing nothing for us, nor is the government. We are in a very bad state. We live in constant fear. Before, even at 2 AM, we could move freely. Now, we are scared. We don’t dare go out. Even people going out to buy medicine are getting mugged. They lose their money, sometimes even their lives. #BangladeshCrisis #MassArrests #WeWantJustice #BangladeshUnderFascism #AllEyesOnBangladeshiHindus #SaveBangladeshiHindus #SaveBangladeshiMinorities INSIGHT UK Australian Hindu Media Hindu Forum Britain Hindu American Foundation Lemkin Institute for Genocide Prevention IRF Secretariat Religious Freedom Institute meenakshi ganguly Amnesty International South Asia, Regional Office UN Human Rights Asia Amnesty International UN Human Rights Council UNSR on freedom of religion or belief Chris Blackburn European External Action Service - EEAS 🇪🇺 Bangladesh Watch UN in Bangladesh Amnesty International Human Rights Watch Ministry of Foreign Affairs Volker Türk ICJ - Asia and the Pacific Mujib Mashal Chief Adviser of the Government of Bangladesh Office of International Religious Freedom Knox Thames IRF Summit IPPFoRB CSW Advocacy (INACTIVE) Sam Brownback Mary Lawlor Donald J. A shocking video clip (with English translation) ⬇️ out from the violently occupied #Irob district, Eastern Zone of #Tigray, confirms only what we already know: The #Eritrean regime is forcing a false Eritrean identity on the indigenous #Irob minority people with denial of aid & essential services & threatening them to comply with its compulsory 🇪🇷|n national military service (known as an indefinite slavery program) as they have forcibly been annexed to Eritrea. The video was filmed at a locality called #Alakalo, at Masi-Dage (junior high school) in Adgadi-Are/Edalgeda (northern subdistrict of Irob). #EritreaOutOfTigray Department of State Foreign Policy CAN Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office European External Action Service - EEAS 🇪🇺 Mike Hammer Getachew K Reda Office of the Prime Minister - Ethiopia African Union Office of the 4th President of Kenya. UN Human Rights Human Rights Watch Amnesty International Here is the English translation of the video clip in Tigrinya: “As Eritreans, you too have to support the struggle of Eritreans and the Eritrean government. We are all Eritreans; there isn’t a distinction between you and us. • All Eritreans must know that the Eritrean government was forced into the struggle and the suffering that is being faced; it had no desire to take part in it. • Weyane (TPLF) is an agent; it doesn’t have the strength to challenge the Eritrean government. Both in the past (Ethio-Eritrean war) and presently, it is doing the bidding of other forces which are backing it. • The struggle of the people and government of Eritrea is also your struggle. You should be proud of it. You should understand that the Eritrean government is winning by enduring all the sanctions and challenges not against the TPLF but the world. You should be proud of it if you are Eritrean. • One elderly man has said, “We (the people of Irob) have gotten used to unlimited democracy under the TPLF leadership. Now you are telling us that we are under your administration. But you won’t be able to tolerate our ways.” This talk is what continues to be propagated. When we tread on this land of martyrs, we tread on it softly. But what has been coming from this side (TPLF) is very much despicable. You are people. But this is Eritrean territory. If you are Eritreans, you have to defend against what comes from the other side and collaborate with the Eritrean army. • What is being reported is that there is no one from Irob who is providing information or collaborating with the Eritrean army. We will investigate it. • The other thing is, it is being said that the Irob, although they consider themselves as Eritreans, have disagreements with the Eritrean government regarding humanitarian aid and the national service. But if you are Eritreans, whether you like it or not, you will have to go through the things that every Eritrean experiences. • During the armed struggle, fighters who joined the Eritrean struggle from Irob have done their national duty and been martyred. Although, during the war, the land (of Irob) may, at different times, have switched hands between Eritrea and the TPLF, you know that your children and brothers have paid sacrifices for Eritrea during the armed struggle. • If there is anyone who believes they are Ethiopian, the Eritrean government will not force anyone to remain here. But this territory belongs to Eritrea. And Eritreans reside on Eritrean territory. And Eritreans must abide by Eritrean rule like the other (Eritrean) people. If there is famine, you should starve like everyone else. If a few grains come, then you divide it with them and live like that. There will not be any preference. • Regarding security in particular, lawlessness has been prevailing. They come from Adigrat and spend the night here; they go from here and spend the night in Senafe. And you don’t report this to us. Unless you provide information, the social service that you have been asking will not be provided. If you defend your homeland and your area, adequate social service will be provided as it will be able to continue preserving its peace. If you don’t collaborate, however, your demands will not be addressed. So, who is going to suffer? It is you who will suffer.” 1/2👇

//The Wire//2000Z September 17, 2026// //ROUTINE// //BLUF: SAUDIS CLAIM THAT THE EAST-WEST PIPELINE WILL BE REPAIRED SOON, DESPITE THE TOTAL DESTRUCTION OF SEVERAL PUMPING STATIONS. UNITED STATES WEIGHS MITIGATION ACTIONS TO PREVENT DIESEL CRISIS FROM EXPANDING. PRESIDENT XI AND PRESIDENT RAMAPHOSA REPORTEDLY FELL ILL DURING BRICS SUMMIT.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events- India: Multiple world leaders have reportedly fallen ill after attending the BRICS summit in New Delhi. Chinese President Xi Jinping skipped the gala dinner and returned to China early, and South African President Cyril Ramaphosa also had to depart India early due to an unspecified illness. His Deputy President, Paul Mashatile, also fell ill at the same time, as has been confirmed by the South African government. Analyst Comment: Right now, it's not clear as to if the illnesses are the result of malign action, or just the natural reaction to being in India. Multiple leaders from separate countries falling ill at around the same time is a big clue, but Chinese sources are speculating that President Xi might have had a stroke. At the moment, there is nothing confirming this as Xi's personal life tends to be extremely private, and there has been no official confirmation regarding why he departed the BRICS summit early. Saudi Arabia: Repair work up and down the East-West Pipeline continues, along with repairs at Yanbu. Saudi forces have also requested air defenses from various European nations, as the United States has declined to become involved in defending their refineries. -HomeFront- Washington D.C. - Concerns continue to mount regarding the status of Senator Mitch McConnell. Yesterday, he was transported to the Capitol to vote on an agricultural spending bill, and footage of him continues to indicate that he is very visibly not well or coherent. Sen. McConnell has generally been conscious, but unresponsive to verbal comments made by journalists attempting to ask him questions. USA: Around the nation, reports of gasoline and diesel shortages are beginning to manifest, as several gas stations have announced that they are out of gas. Gas stations in North Texas, Florida, and California have all reported being out of gas as of last night. Analyst Comment: Right now it's hard to pinpoint exactly what is causing these specific shortages. To be sure, a handful of gas stations running out of gas is not indicative of a dire and imminent nationwide shortage; based on the EIA's Weekly Status Report, last week gasoline stocks in the US were only down 4.6% from what they were last year. However the empty pumps don't lie, and right now the most likely explanation for localized gasoline shortages is a combination of logistical issues delaying shipments to individual gas stations...and panic buying which will drain a gas station much faster than normal. Due to oil execs saying gas prices are going to increase over the next few days, people are probably trying to get ahead of the curve. Since most gas stations only have a day's worth of gas (and rely on nearly daily deliveries to refill their underground tanks), it doesn't take much of an increase in demand to generate a localized shortage. -----END TEARLINE----- Analyst Comments: Saudi oil contracts continued to be canceled as the scale of Houthi attacks continues to expand. All oil onloading at Yanbu has been halted for at least six days, and the only other source for Saudi exports is now through smaller ports, or through Ras Tanura via the Strait of Hormuz. Despite the devastation, some Saudi officials claim that the East-West Pipeline will return to at least 50% of it's capacity within a few days, though this appears to be wishful thinking at best. At the moment, formalized force majeure declarations have not taken place, but Aramco has "deferred" deliveries of crude for the rest of the month of September, and various contracts continue to be canceled. As it stands, Saudi Arabia is seriously in trouble and it's extremely unlikely that Saudi Arabia will be exporting any sizable amount of oil for a while. European oil traders seem rather adamant that Saudi Arabia has already canceled most of their contracts with various customers for oil deliveries, however Saudi officials assure the world that everything is fine and they will be back to full capacity soon. Saudi sources have claimed that the SUMED pipeline (with it's capacity of 2.5 million barrels per day) can be used as a partial-backup to the East-West Pipeline being down. However there is one problem with this plan...geography. The SUMED pipeline is not in Saudi Arabia, it's in Egypt. And the only way that the Saudis can use this pipeline, is to load oil at Yanbu, sail it on ships across the Red Sea, and deposit the crude in Egypt to be sent down the pipeline. The single point of failure for this "backup" pipeline is the same point of failure for the East-West Pipeline...Yanbu. Which is currently offline due to Houthi strikes. Whatever the truth is regarding exactly how much oil is able to exit the Middle East, it will be discovered rather quickly as crude cannot be conjured up out of thin air, and at some point the sheer lack of volume will have to be acknowledged. Within the homeland, the United States has begun more serious mitigation efforts due to the Saudis being offline for presumably a long time. The Department of Transportation has issued a 90-day waiver for truckers carrying fuel, easing Hours-of-Service (HOS) regulations to allow truckers to drive more hours in a 24 hour period. The White House is also still considering an export ban on diesel, in order to ease rising costs in the United States. If this were to be enacted, domestic prices would probably dip, but the shock to the system could result in unintended consequences in the long term. In the case of H.E Simon Ekpa, the Finnish court relied on intelligence provided by Nigeria. However, Nigerian intelligence is corrupt, compromised by terrorist influence, and even infiltrated by terrorist recruits. By relying on such tainted information, Finland undermined its own democratic principles and credibility in this matter. - Dr David Nyekorach-Matsanga Finland’s Shame: Trading Human Rights for Nigerian Gas and Blood Money Finland’s handling of the H.E Simon Ekpa's case has stripped away any pretense of neutrality or respect for democratic principles. Instead of upholding the rule of law, Finland has aligned itself with Nigeria’s corrupt and terror-compromised intelligence network; an institution even the Canadian judiciary has described as a terrorist ruling class. By relying on such tainted “evidence,” Finland has not only humiliated its judiciary but also brought shame upon the free world. A Decision Driven by Money, Not Justice Finland publicly tied Ekpa’s case to bilateral relations. While presenting her credentials in Abuja, Finland’s ambassador Sanna Selin said: “Simon Ekpa has been hindering bilateral relations. The cooperation between our two countries is going very well now, and the National Security Adviser has been providing all the evidence.” A fast-moving “criminal” case with significant diplomatic applause from Abuja. Nigerian state media and multiple outlets publicly praised Finland for “intervening” in Ekpa’s case. That praise, paired with the ambassador’s framing (above), deepens the optics that the prosecution aligned with bilateral priorities. - Reliance on Nigeria’s terrorist intelligence. The Finnish court admitted to basing its decision on intelligence from Nigeria. This is indefensible. Nigerian intelligence is not only corrupt, but it has been infiltrated by terrorists and weaponized to crush dissent. Using such sources discredits Finland’s courts and undermines its democratic claims. - Economic payoff in plain sight. Shortly after the unlawful detention of H.E. Simon Ekpa, Wärtsilä Energy, a Finnish firm, was awarded a major gas contract in Lagos. This timing exposes what is really at play: Finland traded away justice for business interests. - Medical projects as diplomatic cover. Finland’s ambassador to Nigeria has now announced plans to build medical facilities in the country. These so-called humanitarian projects are nothing but political sweeteners to cement Finland’s deals with a regime guilty of ethnic cleansing. Why that matters for human rights Labeling dissent as “terrorism” amid a documented pattern of abuses is chilling. Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch have reported extrajudicial killings and violent repression of pro-Biafra peaceful protesters since 2015; U.S. State Department reporting continues to flag serious violations. In that environment, a European democracy appearing to echo the Nigerian government’s framing of advocacy as “terrorism” risks normalizing repression rather than encouraging due process and de-escalation. Democratic credibility: When an EU state’s envoy explicitly links a defendant to “hindering bilateral relations,” then touts imminent business/health cooperation, it creates pressure on judicial independence; whatever the merits of any charges. That alone undermines fair-trial rights and chills transnational advocacy; Finland’s decision doesn’t just hurt H.E Simon Ekpa, it aims to send a warning shot to all Biafran and African human rights activists abroad that their speech and organizing would be criminalized to please authoritarian states. Why This Is a Global Shame - Criminalizing resistance to genocide. By echoing Nigeria’s narrative, Finland has branded Biafrans resisting ethnic cleansing and genocide as “terrorists.” This is not only false, it is a betrayal of every democratic principle Finland claims to uphold. - Population scale of injustice. There are over 70 million Biafrans; more than ten times the population of Finland; who reject this criminal decision. Finland has trampled on the voices of a nation, siding instead with a state apparatus the world knows is murderous and illegitimate. - Shame upon the free world. Finland has reduced itself from being a respected democracy to a willing partner of a terrorist regime. It has chosen contracts and convenience over conscience and credibility. We hold Finland accountable for betraying justice and aligning itself with terror. Human rights organizations, democratic states, and global civil society must condemn Finland’s complicity, expose the dirty deals behind this decision, and stand with the Biafran people in their struggle against extermination and state-sponsored terror. Even though the Finnish court has acknowledged Biafra’s right to independence, we categorically reject the verdict against our Prime Minister in its entirety. This decision will be appealed, with full confidence that the judiciary will seize the opportunity to cleanse Finland of the stain imposed upon it by Nigeria’s corrupt influence. Intelligence Agency Alleges “Pro-Russia” TikTok Accounts Are Interfering In Czech Elections Despite speculation, there is no evidence tying social media accounts to Russia by Cecílie Jílková alex gutentag and Michael Shellenberger Almost 1,000 accounts on TikTok are promoting pro-Russian narratives in support of “extremist” parties ahead of this week’s elections in the Czech Republic, according to a Czech intelligence agency and a group of analysts who identify as the “Center for Online Risk Research.” And some in the Czech news media are suggesting that Russia may be behind the accounts. “Secret services have discovered hundreds more pro-Russian accounts that want to influence the election,” reported Denik N, a Czech news publication, this morning. “They have millions of views.” But neither BIS nor the Center for Online Risk Research says they can link the Russian government to any of the accounts. “We don’t know,” said researcher Vendula Prokůpková to Public. “We don’t have the tools to find out.” The BIS declined to comment. A TikTok spokesperson told Public, “We have proactively implemented additional safety and security measures ahead of the elections in Czechia, including an in-app Election Center to provide access to authoritative information about the vote. We continue to aggressively counter deceptive behaviour, and we have already prevented and removed millions of fake likes and follow requests in Czechia since the start of August.” Notably, the Czech media and the Center are making similar arguments to those used by a Romanian court last year to nullify the presidential election, which legal scholars viewed as unconstitutional. The case may seem unimportant to Americans, given the relatively small size of the Czech Republic, which has 11 million people, and since the Romanian intelligence agencies made stronger claims about Russian interference than the Czech BIS or the Center for Online Risk Research have made. And the possibility remains that Russia, or Russia-linked bot networks, are indeed engaged in algorithm manipulation to help the Czech parties opposed to continuing arming of Ukraine. In Romania, intelligence officials accused the Russians of creating fake accounts and manipulating algorithms. But the information comes at a moment when Internet censorship is a sticking point between the Trump administration and the EU over a trade deal, and just days after the European Commission leaked plans that it could fine Meta’s Instagram and Facebook up to six percent of its global revenue if it doesn’t make it easier for users to flag posts for censorship. The Commission is currently investigating Facebook and Instagram for supposed failure to stop “disinformation” and “deceptive advertising” in advance of last year’s European Parliament elections. The EU has made no secret of its desire to censor social media worldwide, not just in Europe. Meanwhile, Americans are obligated under NATO to defend both Romania and the Czech Republic, and the NATO treaty requires its members to hold free and fair elections, which Romania did not do. Romania’s intelligence officials presented no evidence to support their claims, and subsequent analyses revealed that the Romanian ruling party had funded at least some of the allegedly pro-Russian TikTok accounts. Where the Romanian TikTok accounts supposedly promoted a right-wing populist, the Czech Center claims that the Czech language TikTok posts, back the “far-right SPD party, which ranks third in most polls with around 13% support, and the far-left Stacilo!,” according to Reuters, “which is gaining just over the 5% threshold needed to secure parliamentary seats.” Notes Reuters, “Both parties advocate for Czechia to leave NATO and the European Union.” Prokůpková said, despite its name, that “Center for Online Risk Research” is “not an organization. We are an initiative.” However, she also said, “My partner is the CTU,” referring to the Czech government’s Telecommunications Office. This office organized a meeting on August 29th due to the upcoming Czech elections, which was attended by the European Commission, Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, and X. “The participants discussed their readiness to address potential systemic risks in connection with the parliamentary elections and respond to possible incidents,” a European Commission spokesperson told Public today. Prokůpková also said, “I proceed in accordance with the DSA,” the EU’s Digital Services Act, which entitles anyone to report false accounts or misinformation on social media to the Czech Telecommunications Office.”We are ordinary citizens and we use the R programming language,” she explained. One of the Center’s members is Josef Šlerka, who collaborated with “The Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project,” which the US State Department created in 2008, and which the USAID funded. After President Trump cut off USAID funding, the European Commission began to financially support OCCRP. In January, Šlerka and the director of the Czech government’s Security Information Service (BIS), the equivalent of the FBI and DHS in the US, briefed Czech members of Parliament about the Romanian TikTok case as a potential model for the Czech Republic. Now, the BIS has sent a report on Czech-speaking pro-Russian TikTok accounts to the president, prime minister, and Czech Telecommunications Office. Earlier this year, a Czech Army group admitted to monitoring opposition figures. Leaked documents show the group monitored “the opinions and attitudes of these [opposition] individuals towards the activities of the Ministry of Defense, its leaders, senior representatives of the Czech army, and the war in Ukraine.” General Karel Řehka later defended the Army’s actions by alleging that it was just a military exercise in case of possible future interference in the elections. A few weeks ago, Romania’s Interior (security) Minister said the intelligence agencies of the Czech Republic and those in other nations admire what Romania did. “I believe that what happened in Romania last year is currently being studied by all intelligence agencies in the Western world,” said Cătălin Predoiu. “Conclusions are being drawn and countries are taking defensive measures, inspired by how Romania defended itself.” He went on to say that “my Czech colleague, who is a good friend of mine, approached me and said, ‘We also have elections in the fall, and we are watching very closely what has happened in your country.’” From left: Vít Rakušan, Czech Minister of the Interior and Deputy Prime Minister, and Marian-Cătălin Predoiu, Romanian Minister of the Interior and Deputy Prime Minister, at the Round Table (Justice and Home Affairs Council) on December 12, 2024. Source: Other groups are involved in the possible influence operation. A liberal website called Voxpot recently published a list of websites that repost content from Russian state platforms, but provided no information about any links to or financing from Russia. The Independent Journalism Foundation financed the Voxpot report. And Seznam, a news website that has advocated for EU government censorship of “misinformation,” finances the Foundation. Finally, GLOBSEC, the Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD), and CEDMO (Central European Digital Media Observatory), all of which appear to have links to the intelligence community, published a report warning of the alleged risks of Russian interference; however, it contained no evidence to support these claims. Major military contractors, including Lockheed Martin, KNDS, and Saab finance GLOBSEC, while the US, UK, EU, and other Western governments finance ISD and CEDMO. While the allegations focus on alleged pro-Russian support for the nationalist-populist SPD party and the radical Left-Wing coalition Stacilo!, party, the latest polls show that the ANO party, led by former Prime Minister and billionaire Andrej Babiš has over 33% support, which is 12 points more than the centre-right SPOLU (Together) coalition, which the current Prime Minister leads. Like the SPD and Stacilo!, Babiš is running directly against the EU’s agenda, including on migration, climate change, the Ukraine war, and censorship. His party rejected NATO’s new defence spending target and called for halting ammunition supplies to Ukraine. With the SPD and Stacilo! expected to win roughly 18% of the vote, and given their shared opposition to arming Ukraine, they could join in a coalition government with ANO to end further military support. “If the electoral contest were close, then even several tens of thousands of votes that voters cast for someone (or conversely decided not to cast) could determine whether, for example, the Czech ammunition initiative, crucial aid for defending Ukraine, will continue,“ confirms in today’s article the Czech liberal newspaper Deník N. Czech President Petr Pavel is a former NATO general and a strong supporter of supplying Ukraine in its war with Russia. Nothing happened after the Romanian court nullified its election. Romania remains a member of NATO and the EU. Indeed, the EU supported the judicial coup. The same could happen in the Czech Republic. Others think that’s unlikely. “I don’t think we are approaching what is known as the ‘Romanian scenario,’” wrote Lukáš Prchal, a journalist who has written on the TikTok scandal for Deník N, in an email to Public. Whatever the case, the fact remains that there is no evidence of Russian government interference in the Czech elections, and any effort to nullify it based on allegations about anonymous TikTok accounts would violate the Czech Republic’s constitution, the European Union’s constitution, and the NATO treaty. “There is an attempt here,” a source told Denik N, “but the potential and significance are not essential. It is an unsuccessful attempt.”

Yesterday’s elections in Georgia have put an end, once again, to all speculations about who the Georgian people are, where the Georgian people stand, how many Georgians there are, and who can speak on their behalf. Georgian people went to the polls yesterday, which was definitely more than just local self-government elections. Yesterday, Georgian people supported the Georgian state, the country's constitution, law and order, democracy, and national interests. I thank every voter who came to the polls, regardless of who they voted for. I thank every one of our supporters who strengthened our government. And a special thanks to each candidate involved in Georgian Dream’s election campaign, members of our electoral headquarters, who brought our main message to the voters. Yesterday, all alternative agendas, fabricated and false realities were put to an end. At the same time, yesterday, Georgia escaped Maidanization, bloodshed, chaos, and a return to the dark past. We survived not because some extremists or their foreign instructors came to their senses. We survived because law enforcement officers defended their country. I thank every police officer, special forces officer, security service officer, and government security officer who yesterday, at the risk of their own lives and health, prevented internal and external enemies from disrupting peaceful development of our country. Internal and external forces, which have been trying to destabilize Georgia for years, attempted to stage a decisive battle against the Georgian people and suffered a bitter defeat. Yesterday, we saw people led from abroad who were ready, driven by their ambitions, hatred, and revenge, to overthrow the legitimately elected government and, along with it, to overthrow the future of Georgia, our people, and our children. Today, it is no longer worth talking about the few adventurers who led the attempt to overthrow the government. Their crimes have been weighed, their guilt has been measured, and they will be given the appropriate punishment. Today, it is the most shameful, cowardly, and shameless participants of yesterday’s events who must be held accountable for what they had sewn and what they tried to reap. I am talking about those leaders of the radicals who actively participated in planning the crime, mobilizing the people, promoting hatred. When they saw that their attempt to overthrow the government failed, they fled and are now trying to shift the blame to the perpetrators who directly resorted to violence. We must also not allow anyone to distract us from the nature of yesterday's gathering. Society will not tolerate this naivety anymore neither from Georgians nor from foreigners. Each participant of yesterday's gathering knew very well that at 4 pm, on October 4th, they were going to overthrow the government. The time, place, plan, and the goal were precisely set. Several thousand people who gathered yesterday knew very well where they were going and what they were doing. These are those several thousand people angry about their lives and their country who, in March 2022, from the same place, demanded Georgia's involvement in the war in Ukraine; those who, in June 2022, from the same place, called for the government to transfer power to foreign NGOs; those who in March 2023, from the same place, threw a Molotov cocktail for the first time; those who lost elections in October 2024, and instead of accepting the defeat, launched another unsuccessful attempt to destabilize the country. These are a few thousand people flying the flag for someone else, and who would trade our country's independence for the obedience to someone else. It is symbolic that yesterday, these several thousand rioters, flying the flag for someone else, were defeated right on the Freedom Square. After yesterday's failed coup attempt, we should not lose sight of the foreign propaganda support that yesterday's attempt to overthrow the government mustered. Throughout the day, a constant stream of disinformation flowed from Georgia to international media platforms, while inciting calls were heard from abroad by people who, no one doubts, were rubbing their hands with glee in anticipation of bloodshed. We saw the culmination of this external support during the storming of the Georgian President's residence, when coordinated statements by people, already well-known to our society, appeared, claiming to be external supporters of Maidanization. Pay attention to the fact that neither during the preparation of the crime, nor during its course, nor after, not a single foreigner, not a single Brussels bureaucrat, nor an official from an individual country, not even distanced oneself from violence and crime, let alone condemned it. We heard only the slogans supporting the crime and, also, general, empty phrases about democracy and freedom, which seemed even more cynical against the backdrop of the massive crime that the entire world was watching live. Moreover, a few days ago, we heard a statement from the European Commission spokesperson expressing solidarity with the anti-government rally announced for October 4. We have repeatedly pointed out the harmful nature of this statement. However, no one has distanced oneself from it. Of course, the society will not forget this open support, and expects an explanation. Their deafening silence on the failed violent overthrow by the extremists embraced by foreign funders and patrons, clearly demonstrates how much real value they place on democracy, human rights, and peaceful development of the Georgian people. The failed coup d'état of October 4 should serve as a final warning to everyone, both inside and outside the country. There are already calls made to pretend that yesterday's attempt to overthrow the government was only a temporary setback, and that there is a need to change the tactic, continue provocations and they will definitely achieve their goal. It is unimaginable to chronicle greater cynicism, contempt, and outright betrayal of the homeland than these people are doing. However, the lesson of October 4 has been learned. Within the framework of the Constitution and the law, the Georgian government will do everything possible to ensure that the country is protected, the people have peace, and Georgia and our children have a future. With calmness, strength, dignity, loyalty, and love, good has triumphed over evil.

The Global Election Fraud Cartel and how U.S. taxpayer dollars, A-WEB, and USAID, fuel and manage a global web of election fraud, with lies, manipulation, and election equipment technology. In a world where democracy is hailed as the ultimate beacon of freedom, a shadowy alliance of international organizations and tech firms is accused of turning ballots into battlegrounds. (High quality link to documents in video at bottom of post). At the center of this storm? The Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB), a South Korean-led entity bankrolled by American taxpayers through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), alongside controversial players like Miru Systems, Smartmatic, and Dominion Voting Systems. What started as a noble quest to "export democracy" to developing nations has devolved into a whirlwind of fraud allegations, bloody riots, and overturned results across continents. Buckle up, this isn't just about rigged votes, it's about your hard-earned dollars propping up a system that critics say is eroding trust in elections worldwide, including right here in the U.S. and over 100+ countries worldwide. The birth of A-WEB, a Korean export with American funding. Founded in 2013 under the auspices of South Korea's National Election Commission (NEC), A-WEB bills itself as the world's largest network for sharing election know-how. With over 100 member countries, it promotes "best practices" through training, tech exports, and free central servers for electronic voting systems. Sounds altruistic? A-WEB's operations are fully funded by the NEC, which in turn receives U.S. support via USAID. In 2014, A-WEB inked Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with USAID and other U.S.-backed groups like the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), Democracy International (DI), the National Democratic Institute (NDI), and the International Republican Institute (IRI). These pacts focus on capacity building, election law reforms, and tech dissemination in emerging democracies— all subsidized by American foreign aid, which totals billions annually. But here's the catch, critics allege A-WEB isn't just sharing expertise, it's exporting vulnerability. Using Official Development Assistance (ODA) funds, A-WEB has installed central servers and facilitated electronic voting machine deals in nations like Fiji, Argentina, El Salvador, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Ecuador, Romania, Dominica, Kyrgyzstan, Iraq, Bolivia, South Africa, and Belarus. In nearly every case, scandals erupted. A-WEB's first Secretary-General, Kim Yong-hee, faced a 2018 probe by South Korean prosecutors over cash bribes from Miru Systems, a key supplier. Though cleared, the NEC slashed A-WEB's budget amid the fallout, highlighting a rift fueled by persistent suspicions of collusion. USAID's role? As a major funder of global democracy programs, it pours taxpayer money into these initiatives under the guise of advancing "free and fair elections." Yet, recent scrutiny reveals USAID's broader controversies. From accusations of interfering in foreign politics to "brainwashing" recipients through aid strings, critics like the Global Times argue it's a tool for U.S. hegemony. In Trump's second term, cuts to USAID have sparked debates about militarizing aid or withdrawing from international bodies, but the election tech pipeline persists. Miru Systems. The "Cheating Machines" at the heart of global chaos. Enter Miru Systems, a South Korean firm with a mere handful of years in the game, yet it's become A-WEB's go-to for electronic voting tech. Allegations paint Miru as the villain in a string of electoral disasters. Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi fired commission members on corruption charges, with fingers pointed at collusion between Iraqi officials and Miru. Iraq (2018), Miru snagged an exclusive $150 million contract via A-WEB's push, supplying machines for the parliamentary elections. Chaos ensued. Explosions at ballot storage sites, fraud claims, and a manual recount flipped winners. The media exposed how Iraq's election commission ignored warnings about the machines' vulnerabilities to hacking and manipulation. An opposition leader even flew to Seoul to protest. Democratic Republic of Congo (2018), A-WEB brokered a $160 million deal for 107,000 Miru touchscreen units. Western nations, including the U.S., warned of fraud risks under President Joseph Kabila. Post-election riots killed dozens as locals dubbed them "cheating machines." The South Korean government distanced itself, but protests spilled to Miru's headquarters. Kyrgyzstan (2020), A-WEB-provided servers fueled protests over rigged results favoring President Sooronbay Jeenbekov's allies. The Central Election Commission annulled the vote amid corruption claims tied to Miru's tech. Critics argue these systems, prone to hacking, with QR code readers and wireless laptops, are blueprints for manipulation, mirroring South Korea's own 2020 controversies. Miru's woes extend to the Philippines, where it's bidding on 2025 elections despite fraud tags from Congo and Iraq. Smartmatic and Dominion, the U.S. connection, and a regime change global operation. While A-WEB and Miru dominate the export narrative, U.S.-linked firms Smartmatic and Dominion add fuel to the fire. Smartmatic, a Venezuelan-founded giant with operations in London, the Philippines, and Taiwan, showcased its touchscreen machines at a 2014 A-WEB event in Seoul, attended by USAID partners. It boasts success in the Philippines and Venezuela but faces bribery scandals. In 2023, executives were indicted for a $1 million scheme to rig Philippine contracts. A fugitive exec even pushed Smartmatic tech in Texas. Dominion, a Canadian-U.S. firm with servers in Serbia and Germany, licensed software from Smartmatic (leading to a 2012 lawsuit). Owned by Staple Street Capital (with ties to UBS Securities and Chinese board members), it's been dogged by 2020 U.S. fraud claims, "debunked" in court but amplified in defamation suits against media like Fox News, settling for $787 million, that is now looking like this ruling could be reversed or a new lawsuit could be in the works, especially with multiple states now confirming new evidence that is brewing behind closed doors. Direct A-WEB links are pushed aside, as USAID was in America, but whistleblowers allege global cartels involving CCP influence, with USAID's democracy funds indirectly enabling tech proliferation. The proof is in the results and outcomes of these countries elections, and one thing is for sure. Someone is funding these operations to steal elections worldwide and A-WEB and USAID are in the line of sight. Other players? IFES, NDI, IRI, and the Asia Foundation, all USAID collaborators, focus on "capacity building," but critics see them as vectors for influence, echoing U.S. laws banning foreign meddling in domestic elections. The taxpayer trap. Funding fraud or fostering freedom? As Trump-era cuts loom, voices demand accountability. Trump recently announced on the world stage in Davos that prosecutions are coming soon for the stolen 2020 elections. Former lawmaker Min Kyung-wook's push for a UN team echoes global calls. The verdict? Without transparency, the ballot box remains a black box, rigged and sold out to the highest bidder, your dollars are in play. Time for a recount on foreign aid? U.S. foreign aid, exceeding $50 billion yearly, includes election support to counter rivals like China and Russia. Yet, allegations persist. A-WEB's ties to Miru mirror broader concerns about unverified tech in poor nations, sparking riots and eroding trust. In South Korea's 2020 election, similar systems faced fraud claims, with calls for international probes. Whistleblowers link it to a "global cartel" pushing communism, funded by USAID, shady NGOs with a front for "freedom and diversity," the Democrat Party, and globalists using YOUR U.S. taxpayer dollars to steal elections and install communist regimes all around the world. It's time to expose the ones behind it all and the programs disguised funding it. We will NOT go along with this any longer. The time for change is now. A witness from the terrorists' family has testified! The truth of this revolution, which began with massacres and dirty sectarianism, has been revealed. Where are the revolutionaries in Europe now? Go ahead and live in Syria as long as you have achieved the freedom you want!? Or, after you destroyed the country, did you discover that you cannot live with Abu Amsha and Abu Qatada? What is the fault of the Syrian people after you unleashed the devils of the earth on them and you are now living in a secular, liberated and safe Europe while promoting extremist Islamic rule in Syria? For 14 years, we have been saying that overthrowing the regime with weapons and in cooperation with the West will make the alternative terrorism, which is what we see today of daily slaughter and abuse. If Sarout is the symbol of this revolution, what do you expect from it? Sarout is the one who sang about slaughtering the Alawites and slaughtered 13 people with his own hand, by his own admission!! The videos are there and we will bring down every sectarian who defends him and his revolution and you will be in international courts, you who called for terrorism. On March 15th, 2021, an anonymous Twitter user asked Harvard Medical professor Martin Kulldorff a question. “Do you think younger age groups and or people who have already had the virus need to be vaccinated?” Who is Martin Kulldorff? He’s a Harvard Medical School professor for 21 years, a well-known Swedish biostatistician who developed widely used software for disease mapping, the co-author of the Great Barrington Declaration on how to deal with the COVID pandemic, and an advisor to the world’s leading health organizations. What he said was that “Thinking that everyone must be vaccinated is as scientifically flawed as thinking that nobody should get COVID. Vaccines are important for older high-risk people and their caretakers. Those with prior natural infection do not need it, nor do children.” Natural immunity. Is it a myth — a “conspiracy theory” — that once you have been sick from a virus, then you won’t get sick, or as sick, again? In fact, we’ve known for 2,500 years that natural immunity is real. “The same man was never attacked twice, never at least fatally,” wrote Thucydides, describing the plague of Athens. He observed that recovered individuals could safely nurse the sick without falling ill themselves. And yet Twitter censored Martin Kulldorff’s tweet. “Learn why health officials recommend a vaccine,” read a warning that Twitter employees put on it. For most people, the Tweet cannot be replied to, shared or liked. In other words, Twitter had decided that this professor at Harvard Medical School was wrong, and that natural immunity wasn’t really something that could protect you from COVID. Jay Bhattacharya, who’s currently our Director of the National Institutes of Health, and thus one of the highest-ranking public health officials in the world, was a Stanford epidemiologist before that. Twitter put him on a “Trends Blacklist.” Not long before we discovered this, we were told that shadow-banning was a conspiracy theory, because Twitter had said it didn’t shadow-ban. Now the European Commission is trying to censor the entire global internet. They want to put a 140 million Euro fine on X. They want to end anonymity, which was what allowed that question of Kulldorff to be asked. They want to use a “Democracy Shield” program to shield the Commission from democracy. And the Commission wants to impose “chat control” so they can read your private messages. It just gets worse and worse. Unsubstantiated and likely false claims of Russian government election interference through TikTok and social media were made in Romania and in the Czech Republic. Truth is not something that anybody holds as a possession and rather emerges through dialogue. We’ve known that since Plato and Socrates. We need free speech for science, public health, and national security. It’s essential to journalism, democracy, and human freedom. Free speech enabled civilization; censorship threatens it. This is the only political cause that I would die for. And yet there is currently an active coordination between Stanford, Brazil, Australia, and others to impose what I think we can call, without exaggeration, global totalitarianism. They’re pushing for digital identification that will end anonymity online. Why is that? Why are these guys behaving in this way? When Elon Musk took over Twitter on October 28th, 2022, unprecedented insight into multiple secret government mass censorship efforts emerged from this exploration. We had unlimited access to Twitter files. They revealed that the mainstream news reporters, who don’t deserve the name, were demanding censorship. No true journalist demands censorship of his fellow journalists. What emerged from this was an understanding of something we call the “Censorship Industrial Complex,” which directly grew out of the military industrial complex and was run by active or former intelligence community officials who often operate under that banner. It led to multiple congressional investigations and hearings, and it spread across every social media platform. So we now know the censorship that occurred, not just at Twitter, but at YouTube, at Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. What is the Censorship Industrial Complex? The model isn’t that complicated to understand. The government chooses people whom they call “researchers” to serve as censors. These are government-funded individuals who often come from the intelligence community and foreign policy establishment. They work at non-governmental organizations funded by governments or at universities funded by governments. They conduct “fact checks” to serve as “trusted flaggers.” These “trusted flaggers” demand censorship by social media platforms. It’s all done in secret. They’re looking to censor narratives. This is essential because, as decades of good cognitive science have shown, people understand and retain information through storytelling. We think in terms of stories, not bullet points. And so they were out to censor whole narratives. From the Stanford censorship project on COVID, the “Virality Project,” they said they wanted to censor “true stories” of vaccine side effects. Why? Because it might “fuel hesitancy.” In other words, they want to control your behavior. They don’t want you to receive true information that might lead you to not get the vaccine. If that isn’t totalitarianism straight out of 1984, I don’t know what it. These people were on the verge of passing legislation in the United States that would’ve authorized the National Science Foundation to choose these “researcher” censors. I’m presenting slides to Europeans and the world for situational awareness into what totalitarian politicians and bureaucrats have planned because this is still going strong. Stanford helped the US government censor COVID dissidents, and then they lied about it. You might be detecting a pattern. They’re really not interested in censoring “misinformation.’ They’re very interested in censoring true information. The censors flagged an Israeli preprint which came out in December, 2020 and found, lo and behold, that natural immunity is a real thing. In fact, it’s more protective than the vaccine. But the censors flagged somebody’s Google Drive. “See the following Google Drive links being used to compile testimonies about vaccine shedding, Covid videos, showing side effects and whatnot.” Google then removed that content from that person’s Google Drive. You don’t control your Google Drive. Contrary to Stanford’s claim that the project did not ask social media platforms to remove any content, they privately said they did. And we know that many hundreds of thousands of tweets and Facebook posts were removed, even though they were a hundred percent accurate. In fact, in 2021, Stanford’s “Virality Project” flagged accurate claims that the World Health Organization did not recommend vaccinating children. The people who spread the misinformation are the people demanding the censorship. They claimed Covid couldn’t have come from a lab, that the Covid vaccine prevented infection, and that natural immunity didn’t exist. The only solution to hate speech and misinformation is free speech. If you censor false information, how would anybody get the true information? The whole point is the debate. They lied when they said false information travels faster than true information. It’s a completely bogus study and involved six seconds of content on Twitter. Who are these people? As of 2020, there were so many former FBI employees at Twitter that they called them “Bu alumni.” They created their own private Slack channel and a crib sheet to onboard new FBI arrivals. Intriguingly, we discovered that the general counsel of the FBI — arguably the second most powerful person of the FBI, or maybe the first, if you think, consider that what their actual job is to decide what the FBI can and can’t do — resigned from FBI in early 2020 and went to Twitter to take the deputy general counsel role. Isn’t that interesting? Somebody in one of the most powerful legal positions in the world would take a junior legal role at a social media company. Why would that be? This email popped up when we were going through Twitter files and it really jumped out at us. It’s from the director of policy at Twitter. “We have seen a sustained if uncoordinated” — supposedly — “effort by the intelligence community to push us to share more information and change our API policies. They’re probing and pushing everywhere they can.” The Hunter Biden laptop censorship occurred later that year. The FBI and the intelligence community discredited accurate, factual information about Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings both before and after the New York Post revealed the contents of his laptop on October 14th, 2020. How could the FBI spread false information about something that nobody knew about? Because the FBI had Hunter Biden’s laptop, which showed his family’s massive influence peddling scheme. It consisted of accepting tens of millions of dollars, including from the Chinese government. The FBI had been sitting on that laptop since December of 2019. They had been given it by the computer repair store owner, who had been given the laptop by Hunter Biden, likely because he dropped it in his bathtub or in the pool, when he was on one of his many crack and alcohol benders. The government strategy is always the same: spread disinformation first, then demand censorship of accurate information on the basis of it . “The FBI came to us in the summer of 2020,” Mark Zuckerberg told Joe Rogan two years later, “and they were like, ‘Hey, you should be on the alert. We thought that there was a lot of Russian propaganda in 2016. There’s about to be some kind of dump.’” In the summer of 2020, the New York Post had not published the story about the Hunter Biden laptop. It would only come out in October. We see something very interesting show up in the Twitter files: the Aspen Institute, an intermediary between the intelligence community and the public. It’s known as a Davos-style gab fest in the United States. It’s also the place where intelligence community operations are run. They hosted a workshop to train reporters and all of the social media’s top censorship officials, known as “trust and safety officials,” how to deal with a story they would hear in the future relating to Hunter Biden and Barisma. A few months earlier, the Stanford Cyber Policy Center had published a report attacking what we in the United States call the Pentagon Papers Principle. The Pentagon Papers Principle says that if a government official gives me, a journalist, a bunch of Pentagon documents showing that we’re losing the war in Vietnam, I, as a journalist, can publish them, and not risk prison. That was decided in a famous Supreme Court case in 1971. Stanford argued that, really, we should get rid of that principle, which may be the most important investigative journalism principle in the United States, and said, “You should cover the person who leaked the materials, not the leaked emails.” In other words, you should cover and expose the whistleblower. The person who exposed the Pentagon Papers is the real bad guy, not the DOD, CIA, and presidents who had lied to us for over a decade. Stanford was training the journalists and the social media trust and safety officers in how to cover a story that had not yet come out. This is known as “pre-bunking,” and it’s also part of the European Union strategy to shield themselves from democracy. When the Hunter Biden story appeared October 22nd, Twitter’s trust and safety censorship official said it didn’t violate its terms of service. There’s nothing illegal about any of this. The Supreme Court has made it very clear that you’re allowed to report on information that’s been leaked to you. At that moment, the former FBI general counsel, Jim Baker, argued vigorously that Twitter really needed to censor it. Baker won and they censored the story. It’s not that we didn’t hear about the Hunter Biden laptop story when it came out. I certainly did. But we had the impression that there was something wrong with it, that it was not really the whole story. And so many of us dismissed it. What they had done was a psyop on this major story. They had changed our perception of the story. And it worked. It worked on me, it worked on everybody I knew. What is the role of the intelligence community of social media companies? The former CIA people are the head of elections at Meta, and Google’s head of trust and safety. Former and current CIA officers have a history of spreading misinformation and promoting the Russiagate conspiracy theory. We now know that between 2018 and 2023, there were 36 people from the CIA 68 from the FBI 44, from the National Security Administration and 68 from the Department of Homeland Security who had moved to work at the social media platforms. This is not unique to the United States. My colleague Cecilia Jilková, the daughter of famous Czech dissidents, discovered that European Union officials claimed, days before the European elections in 2024, that a “pro-Kremlin website” was spreading propaganda and were paying off European politicians. That was the headline in Politico. We wrote to them and asked, “Where’s the evidence of this? Just go ahead and share the evidence to support your accusation days before the European parliamentary elections.” Nobody was arrested. They never produced the evidence. The former Czech president, Václav Klaus, who was accused of this, said, “We don’t even know what the ‘Voice of Europe’ is.” Another Czech politician said, “How could I have known it would be a security threat? At the time I gave the interview, they weren’t on any list.” Another said, “If they’re such a big threat, why did the European Parliament let the Voice of Europe’s journalists inside?” Nobody responded. Nobody talked to us. This was a disinformation campaign carried by Politico, which, in my view, is a suspect publication. In the spring of 2022, Barack Obama went to Stanford to give a speech at the Stanford Cyber Policy Center run by Michael McFaul, his former ambassador to Russia. Obama said misinformation harms democracy and urged support for legislation in Congress that would empower government-appointed researchers to serve as “trusted flaggers.” Six days later, the Department of Homeland Security rolled out their Disinformation Governance Board. What a coincidence that they got Obama to frame the issue for them. Facebook in 2021 censored accurate vaccine information so the White House would help it to get data from Europe. In addition to removing vaccine misinformation, wrote Facebook to the White House, we have been focused on reducing the virality of content discouraging vaccines that does not contain actionable misinformation. White House said jump, and Facebook said how high? Why did they do it? Why would they voluntarily censor? This also emerged from the Facebook files. Nick Clegg on the left wrote an email to his colleagues. He said, “My sense is that given we’ve got bigger fish, we have to fry with the administration, e.g., data flows, it doesn’t seem like a great place for us to be.” Data flows. What’s he talking about? He’s talking about billions of dollars worth of business that he has to, that they would have to pay the European Commission for if they didn’t have the support from the Biden administration to lean on the European Commission. In other words, this was a shakedown by the White House of Facebook and it worked in France, the country of Liberté. Turns out it has a special role.... //The Wire//1500Z November 27, 2025// //ROUTINE// //BLUF: DC SHOOTER IDENTIFIED AS FORMER AFGHAN SOLDIER BROUGHT TO USA AFTER THE FALL OF KABUL. HONG KONG FIRE RESULTS IN DOZENS OF FATALITIES.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events- Africa: A military coup was reported yesterday in Guinea-Bissau, with President Umaro Sissoco Embaló being arrested at his residence in Bissau. This follows a few weeks of election issues after the President disqualified his political opponent from the election. Analyst Comment: The fall of Guinea-Bissau is the latest addition to what has been colloquially referred to as the "coup belt", a line of nations stretching east-west across Africa, which have been host to overthrowing their governments over the past five years. Hong Kong: Yesterday a multiple-alarm fire broke out at a series of high-rise apartment buildings that were undergoing renovation in Tai Po. Around one thousand firefighters, medical, and police officers worked to extinguished the fires, which involved 7 of the 8 skyscrapers that comprise the Wang Fuk Court housing project. Concerning casualties, 65x fatalities are confirmed so far, however potentially hundreds of people remain missing as this complex provided housing for roughly 4,000 people. A few hours after the fire broke out, three people who worked for the construction company conducting repairs on the buildings were arrested on suspicion of arson. Analyst Comment: Although several people were arrested, it's not clear as to if this was a deliberate attack or a preventable accident. Right now, locals suspect criminal negligence: the contractor is said to have cut corners during the renovation project, by using highly flammable netting and foam insulation during construction. If this is really what happened, this would explain the rapid spread of the fire to seven different structures. An investigation will be needed to confirm the origin and explain the rapid spread of the fire, but right now this incident bears striking resemblance to the Grenfell Tower fire, which rapidly consumed the London apartment building in a similar manner back in 2017. That incident occurred in nearly the same manner, with highly flammable foam insulation being used to insulate the structure, which caught fire and allowed the flames to spread rapidly. -HomeFront- Washington D.C. - The suspect in yesterday's shooting has been identified as Rahmanullah Lakanwal, a former Afghan soldier who worked with the United States as part of the Afghan intelligence services during the Global War on Terrorism. Ramanullah was granted entry to the United States in 2021 under Operation ALLIES WELCOME, the program to evacuate Afghans who worked with the US government during the occupation. Regarding the attack itself, more details have come to light which help explain how the attack was carried out. Rahmanullah approached the two soldiers with a revolver, shooting one in the head immediately and severely wounding the other. This took both soldiers out of the fight immediately, as neither had time to react. By happenstance, one of their officers (a Major) was walking on foot in their vicinity, conducting an informal spot check of the various security posts set up in the area. This Major was not armed with a service weapon, but was the primary responder at the time of the attack. After the two soldiers were engaged, the Major took up a position of cover and concealment near the shooter. When the shooter stopped firing and began reloading, the Major attacked the shooter with a personally owned pocket knife, stabbing the attacker in the head and torso. As this hand-to-hand engagement was occurring, another armed soldier arrived and engaged the attacker with his firearm, striking the suspect several times in the extremities. From there, a dogpile situation occurred and the attacker was detained. Analyst Comment: Though details will certainly be clarified in due time, at present this appears to be a classic case of everyone doing everything right, and tragedy still being the result. Both soldiers were armed and wearing body armor at the time, however the speed and extremely close range of the attack rendered these tools ineffective. The Major who helped end the attack was not armed as he was not occupying a security post himself, so this is not out of the ordinary. The soldier who was armed and shot the suspect, arrived almost immediately after hearing the shots. Concerning the wounded, yesterday afternoon confusion emerged regarding the status of the soldiers. Governor Morrisey retracted his statement on their condition, as both soldiers have not succumbed to their wounds and still remain in critical condition at local hospitals. Prayers are strongly encouraged all around for their recovery. -----END TEARLINE----- Analyst Comments: The shooting in Washington also highlights the importance of having fast *and* accurate information during a crisis. Immediately after the shooting, one photo of the suspect being loaded into an ambulance began circulating online. However, some people took this photo and ran it through AI models to clean up the image, as a shaky photo taken with a smartphone from a long distance doesn't usually offer the best image quality. The problem is that the AI models significantly altered the face of the suspect. In short, someone tried to clean up the image with AI, but in doing so, the face of the suspect was slightly altered and no longer looked like him. The effect was subtle, but enough to actually change what the man looked like. This photo spread like wildfire, with everyone craving the higher-resolution photo of the suspect, despite this AI-manipulated photo not actually being accurate. At the height of a terror attack, the primary photo of the suspect that circulated social media...was an AI photoshop job. In most cases, the fact that this image was AI "enhanced" was NOT disclosed...people had no idea they were looking at (and sharing) a manipulated photo. As if this wasn't serious enough, a second wave of AI-manipulated photos hit the timeline shortly after the suspect was identified. The actual photo of the suspect as leaked on social media was a cellphone photo of a computer screen, and not the best quality. So, some journalists took it upon themselves to manipulate yet another photo of the suspect, which once again changed details of the suspect's face. In this case, the AI-model was a little more accurate, and did a better job of cleaning up a poor-quality image, but the concerns still stand...no one disclosed that this image was generated by AI, and based on a different photo. Sometimes, we have to be content with the information that we have at the time of a crisis. Not everything can be in 4k ultra-high resolution, and right now all AI models have shown weaknesses in producing false information at times. This would be very wise to consider as this situation is very likely to happen again; some fugitive wanted by police might only have one or two blurry photos to share with the media. And if the media decide to alter the photos themselves, changing the physical features of the suspect, the public will be on the lookout for the wrong man. During the heat of the moment, the fast-paced nature of an emergency might result in the internet not realizing that AI-models are being used by people who are not disclosing it. During a crisis, photos of suspects are often released very quickly, especially if there are continued threats. These photos are usually never high resolution or perfect quality, but due to the speed at which the public must be aware of something, authorities share what information they have at the time. If journalists are going to start taking the photos given to them by the police, and running those photos through AI models before publishing them to the public...this is a major problem. This has been a concern for some time, however now the proof is in the pudding. In effect, this was a test that most people on the internet failed. It is not just theoretically possible for inaccurate and manipulative AI-generated content to slip in during a real-time disaster...this case proves that it already happened, and very few people noticed. If we recall, this exact same situation has already happened as well. In the hours after the Charlie Kirk shooting, for example, AI-manipulated renderings of the suspect circulated more widely than the official photos as released by the FBI. In that case, a wanted fugitive was actively being sought, and the fake photos of the suspect circulated more widely than the official photos. People want pretty pictures, but this is almost never the reality of emergencies that are in progress. Nevertheless, the nature of engagement farming on social media often impacts the situation, as AI-created content is often more desirable than the truth. As such, when it comes to future emergencies, one of the major concerns will now be imagery of a suspect or a crime scene, which may be heavily manipulated by AI. WTF happened to Europe? [My speech at DiEM25's event at the National Theatre, Brussels, on 7th March 2025] We once had a dream. It was a dream of what Europe could have been. A Europe of shared prosperity, dignity, freedom – a Europe of Peace and Hope. That dream is now dead, lost, gone, kaput. Why? What the hell happened to Europe? We know what happened to Europe! We know why politicians from all over are descending on Brussels today like manic drones intent on bombarding to smithereens what is left of Europe as a Peace Project – determined to turn the flailing European Union into a War Union. We know what happened to Europe because we foretold it. When DiEM25 was inaugurated nine years ago at the Volksbühne Theatre in Berlin, we had said it loud and clear: “Europe will be democratised. Or it will disintegrate!” Well, Europe did not democratise and so it is disintegrating – it is degenerating into a Totalitarian War Union. Austerity for the many and money printing for the few begat stagnation mixed with mind-numbing inequality. Every time capitalism stagnates and inequality surges, while the official Left joins the centre in a futile attempt to prop up a Bankrupt Liberal establishment, fascism and war are never too far. Just like in the 1930s, two varieties of totalitarianism began to tussle for power. · On the one side, the Radicalised Neofascist Right promises to make us great again not through ending austerity or exploitation but through a moral reckoning – a cultural cleansing that targets the impure foreign bodies within the pure body of the Nation or of an Ethno-White-Christian-Patriarchal Europe: foreigners, trans, lesbians, Muslims and Jews, especially those who oppose the cleansing benefits of genocide are the enemy within. · On the other side, the Radicalised Totalitarian Centrists succeeded in retaining their relevance as the only bulwark against the fascists, deepening the crisis that fuels fascism and thus their claim to be our last defence against the fascism that they reinforce – a Perfect Vicious Cycle turbocharging totalitarianism. Like Tweedledum and Tweedledee, the Radicalised Totalitarian Centrists clash with the Radicalised NeoFascist Right, sucking the air out of democratic politics, making totalitarianism great again. Lest we forget: · We did not have to wait for the fascists to win government before our magnificent July 2015 referendum in Greece was overturned. · We did not have to wait for the fascists to win government before they fired Melanie Schweizer from her civil service job in Germany for not supporting genocide. · We did not have to wait for the fascists to win government before they banned me from entering Germany even via Zoom! · We did not have to wait for the fascists to win government before the Romanian presidential elections were banned because the Radicalised Totalitarian Centrists did not like the result. The only substantive difference of our times and the 1930s is that Tweedledum (the Radicalised Totalitarian Centrists) and Tweedledee (the Radicalised NeoFascist Right) have traded places when it comes to war: Today, somewhat confusingly, it is Tweedledum (the Radicalised Totalitarian Centrists) who are weaponising Military Keynesianism and demand more war and it is Tweedledee (the Radicalised NeoFascist Right) who proclaim Peace – a chilling, totalitarian Peace. Yes, we had foretold all this back in 2015. But that did not stop us from failing to stop it, a cruel reminder that being right is not enough. Why did we fail? Why did we miss the popular wave that favoured our side in 2015, allowing the fascists to exploit the revived thirst for radicalism? Yes, yes, it is true, we were ruthlessly squeezed between Tweedledum (the Radicalised Totalitarian Centrists) and Tweedledee (the Radicalised NeoFascist Right). BUT, we also made some unforced errors: · We invested too much in Green Keynesianism, forgetting the timeless lesson that, even when it adopts Keynesianism as a last resort, the ruling class will always ditch it once theirbottom line recovers – well before the many taste its fruits. Our Green New Deal was never even adopted, except partially in name. Is it any wonder that, In the mind of the struggling many, ‘green’ became synonymous with even lower living standards? · We also proved unable to liberate people from exploitation, giving them only the freedom to choose their pronouns on our web site – which of course would be fine had it not been so pathetically inadequate in the larger scheme of things. Instead of organising the precariat and auto-workers we ended up organising signifiers, appearing as a self-styled intellectual vanguard enjoying the subversive thrill of an imagined revolution with all the comforts and trappings of a ruling class soiree. · And last but not least: We thought we could mobilise existing Left and Green parties across Europe, only to discover they were not interested. And now? What must we now do? Let’s begin by acknowledging that we are at the endof a forty-year long vicious austerity-driven class war and at the beginningof a new cycle of military Keynesianism, weaponised xenophobia, totalitarianism within and technofeudalism all around. So: It's time to be bold. Time to be clear on seven crucial issues: On Peace with Security, and how to end the carnage on the killing fields of Ukraine were lives are devoured with a ruthless, mechanical precision, let us: · Reject outright Trump’s predatory seizure of Ukraine’s natural resources. · Campaign to get the whole of Europe out of NATO, immediately! · Plot a course to a non-aligned, but never neutral, Europe. · Offering to relax sanctions and return Russia’s $300 billion in frozen assets, commence negotiations with the Kremlin and Beijing on a comprehensive strategic arrangement within which Ukraine becomes what Austria was during the Cold War: sovereign, neutral, and as integrated with Europe as its citizens desire. On Green Prosperity: Oppose fiercely Military Keynesianism, replacing it with a vast Green Investment Program that combines Development with Degrowth. On Dignity, campaign for a new Monetary Commons that sidelines private banks, offers a trust fund to all, and guarantees a personal dividend - a basic income - to each. On Migration, turn the accusation of us being soft on foreigners into a virtue. Shout it from the rooftops that Europe without mass migration will die – that we wantmigrants not out of solidarity but out of self-interest. On Combating Technofeudalism, sanction immediately the Cloudalist Tech Lords, restrict Amazon, Uber, Google, Meta, Airbnb, tax them to extinction, impose interoperability, end the ban on European tech companies, like ASML, to export to China, and, above all, develop our own, socialised cloud capital - the stirrings of a magnificent Technosocialism. On Freedom: Dismantle totalitarianism now. Fight for everyone’s freedom to vote, for the freedom of expression of our enemies too – unlike the hypocritical JD Vance who rightly spoke out against Europe’s descent into censoriousness but never defended Julian Assange’s right to journalism or the free speech of opponents to the Palestinians’ genocide. Speaking of Palestine and free speech, it is clear now (is it not?) that what started in Gaza does notstay in Gaza! Such brutality couldn’t be contained. To keep it from our media, from our cultural institutions, from the streets, they had to dissolve basic liberties in the US, in Germany, in France, across the West. That’s why our final, our seventh, campaign must be: Stop the genocide. Get the whole of Europe to Boycott, Divest and Sanction the last Apartheid state – just as we did against South Africa. Friends, fellow-travellers, comrades, we have much to do. The European dream is dead. Long live the new dream we are beginning to dream tonight. Together! Carpe DiEM25

An interview by VERY DARK AND CORRUPT Wall Street Journal aired today [1] WSJ's terrible "journalists" (and I use that term lightly) made many false statements about Sarepta's worthless, dangerous drug and Vinay Prasad's firing [1,2] I explain how the FDA sausage is made in excruciating detail Buckle up To get readers up to speed -> In June, corrupt pharma company Sarepta Therapeutics paid $40,000 to lobbying group Michael Best Strategies (MBS) to deal with a problem [3] -> MBS had recently hired Chris LaCivita, who had close connections with "MAGA" influencer Laura Loomer [4] -> With stock down 88%, Sarepta needed to sell their very bad, very dangerous drug or the company would go bankrupt [5] -> After several deaths from the drug this year, FDA official Vinay Prasad said "no way" and kicked the drug to the curb [2,6] -> Sarepta panicked and paid MBS (we believe) to deal with Prasad [3,4] -> If this story is right, LaCivita recruited Laura Loomer to take down Prasad [4,7] -> Loomer said she was defending Trump, but she was lying [7] -> She was defending taxpayer-funded payouts to a worthless, corrupt company [7] -> Laura Loomer so brave A history of bad drugs and regulatory failure -> This is one of the worst pharma scandals in American history and corrupt mainstream media isn't covering it -> Sarepta has a very long, troubled history [8] -> For more than a decade, every major Sarepta FDA drug approval has required INTENSE political intervention [8,9] -> Scientists at FDA have been repeatedly overruled [8,9] -> Many scientists have resigned, very publicly, over these POLITICAL decisions, some writing scathing public criticisms of these terrible decisions [10,11] -> The most recent resignation by Vinay Prasad is not something new; it follows in a long tradition [2,10] -> In fact, standards have dramatically deteriorated since the first controversies about the company's drugs in the 2010s [8,9] -> Prasad was trying to hold the line in the face of rapidly deteriorating standards at the agency [2,6] -> For that, pharma launched a coup--a literal coup of a drug regulator [4,6] -> This is unprecedented -> Banana republic sht, unbelievably corrupt 2016: first Sarepta drug approval and the "highly unusual" decision -> The first Sarepta drug approved by FDA was called Exondys 51 [8] -> This drug was for patients with mutations in dystrophin, a muscle protein [8] -> This is a debilitating and fatal disease affecting children [8] -> Exondys 51 increased dystrophin by 0.2% of normal levels [8,12] -> Unsurprisingly, there was no good evidence the drug worked [8,12] -> Why would it? It increases the protein from zero to 1/500th of normal levels -> One reviewer wrote: "I can find no precedent of an accelerated approval for a marketing application where the effect size on the surrogate endpoint is as small as 0.3%." [12] -> The study submitted by the company included no proper control group [12] -> The techniques used were so bad not even a first-year PhD student would do a study that way -> This the level of work you would expect from a mediocre undergraduate with no guidance -> It's almost like it was so bad on purpose -> (Narrator: it was on purpose) -> Nerd time: -> One reviewer wrote: "The Western blots submitted by the applicant for Study 201 were oversaturated, unreliable, and uninterpretable." [12] -> Another wrote: "Because CDER also determined that the conditions under which the original IHC analysis was performed were inadequate, including that the reader was not masked to sequence and time, the Center requested a re-reading of the stored images by three masked pathologists under different conditions. The IHC results from the reread were not nearly as favorable, as compared to the initial IHC results reported by Sarepta." [12] -> "The lack of concordance between the IHC and the Western Blot results is 'striking'" [12] -> "Study 201/202 had fundamental flaws, including baseline biopsies from external controls who could differ in unknown ways from study subjects, Week 180 biopsies from different muscles than baseline, and potential protein degradation in stored baseline samples." [12] -> And on and on. -> FDA commissioner Robert Califf wrote at the time: the submitted study was "characterized by major flaws in the clinical study design" and "Blinded experts assembled by the FDA fundamentally debunked this study, which has yet to be retracted and continues to be cited" [9,12] -> That's right, the FDA commissioner expressed dismay that the study that the company used to gain approval hadn't yet been retracted, it was so bad [9] -> Senior FDA official Janet Woodcock decided to approve before scientific review team had even voted [9,12] -> Woodcock be like: yeah i'm going to decide before you guys can because i know what you're going to say lol -> Despite external intense pressure, FDA scientists voted against Exondys 51's efficacy [9,12] -> They then voted against its accelerated approval [9,12] -> The review team filed an appeal with FDA commissioner after "passionate" disagreement with Woodcock [9,12] -> One reviewer called Woodcock's decision "unprecedented" [12] -> In a 126-page report, FDA commissioner Califf called Woodcock's decision "highly unusual" [9] -> The FDA board wrote: "[Woodcock's] involvement here appears to have upended the typical review and decision-making process. ... Care should be taken to avoid the appearance of interfering with the integrity of scientific reviews at the lower levels of a Center." [9] -> Again, the data were unbelievably bad, literally every technique in the study was inappropriately used [12] -> I would fire an undergraduate student who did science like this, immediately -> FDA's chief scientist accused Sarepta of "serious irresponsibility" for selectively publishing only some of the data [9] -> Even Woodcock, who approved the drug, called the research "seriously deficient" [12] -> Yes, even the person who approved the drug over the heads of FDA's scientists said the research was horrible [12] -> Still, FDA tried to bury their heads in the sand and beg that, basically, Sarepta pretty please do a better job next time -> FDA commissioner: "The utmost attention should be paid to optimizing the methodological rigor of [future] trial[s]" [9] -> FDA also demanded a clinical trial "to verify the benefit" of the drug [8] -> Welp, this was in 2016 [8] -> The trial results are supposed to be available in 2026, maybe [13] -> Or maybe later, depending on how much money needs to be made first -> As an article published in Nature three years later despaired of the decision: "The approval was conditional on the company agreeing to conduct a two-year post-approval trial to show Exondys 51’s efficacy. But by August 2019, the company had yet to begin such a trial and in the meantime had profited from sales of $300 million in 2018." [13] -> If it sounds like Sarepta used political pressure to get its drug approved and then tried to avoid actually publishing the study showing it didn't work, it sounds that way because that's exactly what happened [13] -> FDA commissioner after deferring to Woodcock: "I am confident this unique situation will not set a general precedent for drug approvals under the accelerated approval pathway, as the statute and regulations are clear each situation must be evaluated on its own merits based on the totality of data and information." [9] -> This statement was profoundly naive, and the historical record bears this out [8,14] -> Three FDA scientists resigned, including the lead reviewer of the drug, understanding the grave implications of the collapse of scientific standards and where they would lead [10,11] -> One was John K. Jenkins, M.D. Director, Office of New Drugs Center for Drug Evaluation and Research/FDA [10] -> In a presentation given just before his resignation, he wrote: -> "Path taken by Sarepta NOT a good model for other development programs" [10] -> Crucially: -> "Upholding statutory standards for approval in face of hopes and desires of patients, families, sponsors, and investors is a very difficult job" [10] -> "Personal attacks on FDA reviewers creates an atmosphere of distrust and isolation rather than collaboration" [10] This brings us to WHY Sarepta's drug was approved Facebook FDA -> So why did the drug get approved? -> Basically, Sarepta propagandized extremely desperate patients [9,15] -> They used miraculous snake oil promises and patients believed them -> Remember that this is life or death for patients, and they are extremely vulnerable -> Sarepta also professionally trained some patients to give testimonials to FDA and congress [15] -> The patients then went to congressmen who don't have time to understand the science [15] -> They gave emotional stories to congressmen [15] -> The result: -> Letter from 109 House members [15] -> Letter from 24 Senate members [15] -> And a media circus documented in the New York Times [16] -> Patients screaming at scientists during meetings [9] -> 2,792 emails written to FDA urging approval [12] -> One of them: "Dear Dr. califf: How is it that everyone in and around DMD understands this simple Idea and the science geniuses at FDA don't? You stupid fckers are costing each and every DMD kids days of their lives with your Moronic Dystrophin dance. Time to get a fcking clue" [12] -> Upon approval, a journalist for Reuters wrote: "owing to pressure from patient advocates, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Monday approved a treatment for Duchenne muscular dystrophy even though an outside panel of experts and the agency's own reviewers questioned the drug's efficacy" [17] -> A commentary in Nature Medicine was also published called "Railroading at the FDA" [9] -> Its author wrote: "In the words of one FDA committee member, Exondys lowers the agency's evidentiary standard for drug effectiveness 'to an unprecedented nadir.'" [9] -> A highly critical commentary was also published in Science, titled "Sarepta gets an approval - Unfortunately" [18] -> The article's author pharma veteran Derek Lowe wrote: "The company... called up Duchenne-affected boys and their families to plead with the FDA, and won over Janet Woodcock, and that appears to be enough. Is this going to be the new way to get a drug approved? Run a trial in a dozen people, generate unconvincing data, and then lobby Janet Woodcock? I share the worries that this might open the floodgates, because after all, Sarepta got their drug through." [18] -> One FDA reviewer ended in an equally grim note: ". Approval of this NDA would send the signal that political pressure and even intimidation – not science – guides FDA decisions, with extremely negative consequences. The public is well aware of this development program: the meager size of the study population, the marginal (at best) effect size, the Division’s dim view of the efficacy data, and the robust activism of some members of the DMD community. Many would be amazed at an approval action, because other DMD drugs, recently turned down for approval, appeared to provide stronger evidence of efficacy. ...The ramifications here are profound. The public will perceive that it was their unprecedented lobbying efforts that made the difference and earned eteplirsen its accelerated approval. For the future, this will have the effect of strongly encouraging public activism and intimidation as a substitute for data, which is one of the worst possible consequences for communities with rare diseases. This type of activism is not what was envisioned for patient-focused drug development." [12] -> A new era was born -> Activism had replaced data -> Facebook had fried people's brains -> And now Facebook-fried brains had fried FDA too -> FDA's credibility as a regulatory agency would now be hollowed out -> FDA's Facebook age had begun -> But the worst was yet to come Sarepta approvals: 2016 to present -> Three more drugs were approved from Sarepta on the same shoddy basis, proving Califf's promises that Exondys 51 was an isolated case empty [8,14] -> But things would take a turn for the worse with Sarepta's newest drug Elevidys in 2024 [19] -> At last a rigorous clinical trial looking at actual clinical outcomes was published [19,20] -> All would be put to rest -> At long last the issue could be resolved with HARD CLINICAL DATA -> There was only one problem -> The trial failed to show any benefit according to the primary outcome [19,20] -> The surrogate biomarker of micro-dystrophin meant absolutely nothing; it wasn't actually helping patients [19,20] -> What did FDA scientists do? They voted against approval. Of course [19] -> How could they not? The drug didn't actually work in the clinical trial [19] -> It's the only thing that made sense, since FDA is a scientific agency -> AND THEY WERE OVERRULED AGAIN BY PETER MARKS [19] -> YES THAT'S RIGHT, OVERRULED YET AGAIN -> PHARMA WINS AGAIN -> HAHAHAHAHAHA PHARMA ALWAYS WINS YOU FOOLS -> What happened is that Marks crossed his eyes somewhat, trying to make the words on the page blurry -> He prayed really hard, "my god please give me a sign, something, anything, I need this for my career" -> lzzosolsolzzolzozlslzolosllslozllzlzl -> Marks was trying really hard to see SOMETHING, come on come on, give me SOMETHIGN he said -> And he said: wait, look, there are these secondary, exploratory endpoints and a two of them look pretty good, I'LL APPROVE [19,20] -> AHAHAHHAHAHA YES PHAMRA WINS AGAIN -> And Marks said, "Thank you pharma go- I mean god, not pharma god, why did I just say that, FCK" -> The trial was explicitly designed for what Marks did NOT to happen [20] -> Once the primary endpoint was not met, the secondary endpoints couldn't even be statistically tested [20] -> And the trial explicitly said that they could not be interpreted the way Marks interpreted them [20] -> They were not adjusted for multiplicity and they were, like expression of dystrophin, simply bad endpoints [20] -> These two secondary endpoints were time to rise from lying on the floor and the 10-meter walk/run tests [20] -> Subjects who received the Elevidys performed, on average, about 0.5 seconds better than placebo recipients on these tasks [20] -> However several facts must be borne in mind when interpreting these: -> 1. At the time of testing, patients receiving the drug were receiving more corticosteroids than placebo patients, biasing the results [20] -> 2. Blinding might have been broken because those receiving the drug experienced lots of nausea and vomiting from the drug (~70%) [20] -> 3. These differences were tiny and may be attributable to chance, since the natural course of the disease varies widely [20] -> Marks knows this but who cares? Pharma I mean Facebook needed to be placated Elevidys: the drug -> To understand why this is so messed up, one must understand a few things -> On a Bayesian basis, one must assume that Elevidys is harmful until proven otherwise, for two reasons: -> 1. All drugs are potentially "toxic", but some toxins heal: by default you must assume it is a toxin that does not heal because this is what is actually usually the case; you need evidence that it actually heals -> 2. Elevidys IN PARTICULAR must be assumed to be harmful until proven otherwise because of the very nature of the drug -> Let's do a breakdown of the basic science of Elevidys that supports this (Bayesian) hypothesis: -> Gene therapy that permanently integrates into human genome [21] -> Meant to replace dystrophin, the protein that these patients cannot produce themselves [21] -> Preferentially targets muscle but gets expressed everywhere [21] -> Killed three people this year [6,21] -> Costs $3.2 million per injection [21] -> Truncated version of the protein it is supposed to replace [21] -> 3X shorter than the real protein [21] -> Has to be truncated because the technology cannot create the full protein [21] -> Because it's an abnormal protein, it's foreign, so immune system attacks it [21] -> Patients injected with drug are basically given an autoimmune disease [21] -> Patients have to be given anti-inflammatories to fight the disease that the drug causes [21] -> Causes terrible muscle inflammation [21] -> Inflames the heart, heart walls thicken because of the inflammation [21] -> Blows up the liver, causes acute liver injury and death [21] Drug should actually be assumed harmful, not beneficial -> Given all of the above, since the drug failed to meet its primary endpoint, it should actually be considered harmful by default, not beneficial [19,20] -> In other words, what we would actually expect if we added more patients and did an even larger study... -> Is that the drug would do worse than placebo, i.e., patients taking the drug would do worse than those taking placebo -> Why isn't this the default interpretation? -> They are reading the study with an intervention bias -> An intervention bias is natural, which is why "do no harm" is such a central tenet of medicine -> If I may put forward a thesis: most of Vinay Prasad's 500+-paper body of work has been dedicated to demonstrating the "do no harm" principle empirically [22] -> Rose-colored glasses study interpreters are simply not applying this principle properly and are thus failing scientifically in the most fundamental way -> Incomprehensible -> Back in 2016, scientists were adamant that the approval of Sarepta's first drug indicated the profound deterioration of scientific standards [8,9] -> But this latest approval is even worse: actual clinical data is now being overruled -> No standards at all are being enforced anymore; anything can now be approved based on any evidence whatsoever -> What Vinay was trying to do was simply to stop the unrelenting downslide -> And his firing punctuated that downslide for what it was The WSJ segment -> When Elevidys was approved, former FDA chief scientist and one of the original reviewers of Sarepta's first drug Luciana Borio said: -> "I don’t know what to say. Peter Marks makes a mockery of scientific reasoning and approval standards that have served patients well over decades. This type of action also promotes the growing mistrust in scientific institutions like the FDA." [23] -> To return to this video, these two WSJ reporters show an incredible level of ignorance and arrogance -> Finley says that the drug is "clearly" beneficial by misreading the secondary endpoints, just like Marks did -> An FDA memo from last year says about these endpoints: "Under these circumstances, they are misleading and cannot guide any stakeholders—including patients, family members and caregivers, and prescribers—in making informed decisions about the potential benefit of treatment with ELEVIDYS." [20] -> It really doesn't get any clearer than that -> But these two journalists are overruling the actual scientists, just like Marks did -> One of the most incredible comments during this interview was the complaint that "90% of clinical trials fail", as if that's bad thing [1] -> It's actually a good thing; most drugs suck; failing in clinical trial actually allows us to use only the drugs that don't suck -> These people don't understand the most fundamental purpose of the clinical trial -> They think clinical trials failing is a bad thing, as if it means that patients now won't get to use a useful drug -> No, it's a good thing, because it means that patients won't be exposed unnecessarily to a useless drug that might harm them -> The level of ignorance really is unbelievable -> What's worse is that these "journalists" defend their decision -> But what they did is exploit social media hysteria caused by Laura Loomer [1,7] -> Following up on her heels with editorials, using her as pharma attack dog [1,4] -> This is a huge blow to WSJ's credibility, and they know it -> Unbelievably shameful Where do we go from here? -> The Vinay Prasad firing creates a serious crisis of credibility at FDA [2,6] -> Up to this point, we could call these approvals a difference of opinion, but as we've seen, that's a huge stretch -> But any illusion of that is now shattered: the firing shows that drug regulation is explicitly political -> Janet Woodcock: approve, keep job -> Peter Marks: approve, keep job -> Vinay Prasad: block, transparently fired -> Make a decision that is anti-pharma and lose your job: that's the message -> Who can trust any decision at FDA anymore? -> RFK Jr. and Marty Makary both stand behind Vinay Prasad [24] -> Trump went along with lockdowns, he went along with mask mandates, he went along with all of the Covid pseudoscience that he now decries -> He should reverse course and not go along with this -> Trump has created a profound crisis of credibility at FDA and needs to fix it

BOOM!!! 💥💥💥 Dr. Aseem Malhotra's testimony was delivered in the Helsinski District Court on April 12, 2024, with the understanding that any deviation from the truth would constitute perjury. This clip was immediately banned by YouTube so please share widely. I've trimmed the clip, removing the interpreter's segment for a smoother listening experience. Here's the first hour of the testimony. ---------------------------------- My name is Doctor Aseem Malhotra. I am a consultant cardiologist. I've been a qualified doctor since 2001. I have held various roles both in academic health policy. In England, in the United Kingdom, and of the various roles, I won't bore you with all the details. I think three of the most relevant and prominent are the fact that I was an ambassador for the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges for six years, which represented every doctor in the UK. I served a full term of six years as a trustee of the King's fund. I was the youngest member to be appointed to this body which advises government on health policy. I was a founding member of Action on Sugar and a first science director. And through that role I'm considered the lead campaigner on bringing about a sugary drinks tax in the UK. And also, finally I served for five years as visiting professor of evidence based medicine at the Bahiana School of Medicine in Salvador, Brazil. In early 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic I was most vocal doctor on the mainstream, making the link very early on between COVID and those who are vulnerable to suffering serious complications from COVID In fact, in March 2020, I was asked to go on Sky News to explain my initial research findings of the link between especially obesity and COVID, but also to give people an opportunity and to suggest to the government this was a great time for them to implement public health policy to help people enhance or optimise their immune system, which could happen within just a few weeks of dietary changes and optimising vitamin D. This was later also backed up by medical journal publications a few months later. And I was first to mention on the back of an article I published in the Daily Telegraph newspaper, which became a front page commentary and was picked up by BBC News and Good Morning Britain, where I had said that it's likely our prime minister, Boris Johnson, was hospitalised because of his weight. As a result of that, the then secretary for health, Matt Hancock, and this was publicised in the news, had asked me to advise him on the link between COVID and obesity. ...before I explain my journey and in many ways U-turn on my understanding in terms of the benefits and harms of the COVID vaccine, my experience in this area over the last couple of years has made me realise more than ever that even for that the greatest barrier to the truth are not factual or intellectual barriers, but psychological. I think all of us as human beings are vulnerable to these psychological barriers and we should have compassion for ourselves. And I will just very briefly summarise those three psychological barriers before I get into my detailed account of what I was involved in in regards to the COVID vaccine. The first psychological barrier is one of fear. And many of us understandably, and I still remember from early on in the pandemic, we were all scared. We did not know what we were dealing with. The issue with fear is that when people and populations are in a state of fear, we are less likely to engage in critical thinking and we are more likely to be compliant. Although COVID was particularly devastating for vulnerable groups in the elderly and I even have managed and still manage people with long COVID, the fear was grossly exaggerated. And one of the examples of that is that when we had good information on the mortality rate of COVID in the United States, one survey in 2020 revealed that 50% of Americans believed that if they caught COVID, the risk of 19 hospitalisation was 50% one and two, when the actual figure, certainly an average for people in middle age, was less than 1%. The second barrier to the truth, which I think is very relevant to the situation we find ourselves in now, is one called willful blindness. This is when human beings, all of us, are vulnerable to this, turn a blind eye to the truth in order to feel safe, avoid conflict, reduce anxiety and to protect prestige and fragile egos. Some examples of this include, on a personal level, willful blindness can occur when a spouse turns a blind eye to the affair of their partner. On an institutional level, some great examples of willful blindness include Hollywood and Harvey Weinstein, the Catholic Church and child molestation. I believe the current situation we find ourselves in, with much of the mainstream narrative and the medical establishment and policy makers not acknowledging quite horrific, serious and common harms from this vaccine, is another example of willful blindness. And I also say this with full empathy, because I was one of those people that was for a very long time, willfully blind to the harms of the COVID vaccine. In January 2021, I was one of the first people to take two doses of the COVID mRNA vaccine because I volunteered in a vaccine centre. I still believe that traditional vaccines are some of the safest amongst all pharmacological interventions in medicine and I could not conceive of any possibility whatsoever of this vaccine causing harm. As a public figure and respected doctor in the UK, I have built relationships across the board with many other public figures, including celebrities and politicians, who often come to me for medical advice. One of those people was film director Gurinder Chadha, who you may be familiar with some of her work, including the movie "Bend It like Beckham", who had asked me whether or not she should take the vaccine and had sent me blogs which I dismissed and regarded as anti vax nonsense. I was then asked to go on good morning, Britain because Gurinder Chadha, the director herself tweeted that I had convinced her to take the vaccine. The main reason for this TV appearance was to help tackle vaccine hesitancy, which was very prominent amongst people from ethnic minority groups in the UK. I made the point on that programme that I understand where vaccine hesitancy was coming from because of the history that I have been involved with over many years in highlighting the shortcomings of pharmaceutical industry influence over medicine. And I even made the point, if I remember correctly, that they have been found guilty of fraud on many occasions, that the third most common cause of death, prepandemic after heart disease and cancer, is prescribed medications. I, however, reassured the public and said that despite these figures, of everything we do in medicine, traditional vaccinations are amongst the safest. I still believe this to be the case. A few months later, in April 2021, I met with a colleague and friend of mine who I regard as one of the brightest cardiologists in the United Kingdom. I was surprised when he told me that he had not taken the COVID vaccine. He explained to me that he had concerns because he had seen in the supplementary appendix of Pfizer's original trial that there were four cardiac arrests in the vaccine group and only one in the placebo. These numbers were small and did not reach statistical significance. So this could be random chance, or his concern was it could represent a signal of problems in the future. And if this was the case, we are going to have a huge problem. He said he'd rather wait and see what happens before taking the vaccine. On July 26, 2021, my father, aged 73, who was a very prominent, well known doctor in the UK, including being the honorary vice president of the British Medical Association and had received honours from the Queen of England with an OBE, suffered an unexpected sudden cardiac arrest. I was particularly devastated by this happening and I was also I find it difficult to understand why my father, who was a fit and well man, I knew his cardiac history and his cardiac status, would suffer a cardiac arrest. But also my initial investigation was to try and understand why there had been a 30 minutes ambulance delay arriving to his apartment. Two weeks later, the deputy chief nurse of NHS England, a government health body, called me up. She was very upset, she knew my father very well and she was crying and she told me, Aseem, there's something I need to tell you. She in effect told me that throughout the country, for the last two months prior to my father's cardiac arrest in most regions of the UK, ambulances were not getting to patients in time for heart attacks and cardiac arrests. And there had been a deliberate, and I will use these words because I mentioned it, I've mentioned it before, a cover up involving the government and the Department of Health to withhold this information from doctors and the public. I worked with an investigative journalist with the I newspaper in the UK to write an article and a news story that became BBC News headlines a few months later, exposing this. Just before I exposed this, I messaged a professor of cardiology who I trust in the UK. He has a leadership role to explain to him what had happened and what I was about to do. I have text message evidence of this. He told me not to do this because it would make me enemies. I explained to him that I had a duty to patients and the public. I'm highlighting this as one example and I'll give you more examples of a cultural problem within medicine. The next part of this story is the post mortem findings of my father. They did not make any sense to me. I am considered a leading expert, maybe in the world, on the development and progression of coronary artery disease. My father had two severe blockages in his coronary arteries. There was no actual evidence of heart attack and likely there was a rhythm disturbance because of reduced blood supply that led to his cardiac arrest. Then in, within the space of a few weeks, around October and November, 3, different sources of information was brought to my attention that made me realise that there was probably a significant problem with the COVID mRNA vaccine. The first in October 2021. I remember I was giving lectures in Stockholm. I was contacted by a journalist with a Times newspaper who reported to me and said, Dr Malhotra, we have reports of an unexplained 25% increase in heart attacks in hospitals in Scotland and asked me what I thought was going on. I explained to her that at that time, with the evidence I knew in my own experience, I said that two likely contributory factors were lockdown stress. We know that when populations undergo severe stress after war, for example, there is an increase in heart attacks and strokes that can last for many years. She asked me whether I thought that there was a contribution. I was surprised when she asked me whether I thought there may be a contribution of the COVID vaccine to these heart attacks. I said to her, a good scientist should never exclude any possibility. But I felt at the time it was unlikely to be related to the COVID vaccine. But we should watch this space and keep our eyes open. A few weeks later, a publication appeared in the Journal Circulation, which is considered the highest impact cardiology journal in the United States that revealed a potentially very strong link between the COVID mRNA vaccines and acceleration in heart attack risk. Very specifically, in several hundred people of middle age, there was a plausible mechanism, by use of inflammatory markers in the blood, that increased the baseline risk of those people having a heart attack in five years, from 11% to 25%, just within two months of having the COVID mRNA vaccines. Of course, this is one bit of data, but even if partially true, that is a huge increase in risk in a very short space of time. And for me now made me think and link back to why my father may have suffered a cardiac arrest six months after having two doses of the vaccine. I remember thinking and speaking to a colleague, that if this was true, then we were going to see an increase in cardiac arrests, heart attacks and excess deaths in heavily vaccinated countries for the next few years. Then within a few weeks, I was called up by a whistleblower at a very prestigious british institution. I will name that institution, which I have not done publicly before as a University of Oxford. This cardiologist explained to me that a group of researchers in his department had accidentally found, through the use of very specialised imaging of the heart, that there was a signal of increased inflammation of the heart arteries, which was there in the vaccinated, but not there in the unvaccinated. The lead researcher of that group had sat down, the juniors, and had said that we are not going to explore these findings any further because it may affect our funding from the pharmaceutical industry. At that point, with these three bits of information, I then felt it was my ethical duty to speak out. And I went on GBNews to talk about what I'd found what I'd heard and I'd asked for the Vaccine Committee of the UK on TV to investigate this, to see whether there was a real problem with the vaccine in relation to heart issues. Around the same time which I found very strange is that the Secretary of State for Health at that stage, who was not Matt Hancock, was Sajid Javid, had announced in parliament that we are going to introduce legislation to ensure that all healthcare workers are mandated to have the COVID vaccine. For me, this, by that stage had no ethical or scientific justification, because certainly after the summer of 2021, it had become very apparent that the COVID mRNA vaccine was not stopping infection and it certainly was not stopping transmission. It was understood that approximately 80,000 NHS workers had refused at this stage to have the COVID vaccine. And now they were threatened with losing their job if by April the following year they had not been fully vaccinated. Many of these people were very concerned and contacted me around that time, I was also conducting many interviews, both through the BBC and Sky News and GBNews in regards to what happened with my father's ambulance delay. And I used it as an opportunity on the mainstream media to call for Sajid Javid, the secretary for health, to U-turn on the introduction of a mandate for healthcare workers based upon the fact that I felt it was not scientific and it was unethical. I also received my own personal backlash from these comments where I was contacted by the Royal College of Physicians who I had an affiliation with, and they asked me to respond to anonymous complaints from doctors that I was spreading, in quotes, antivax disinformation. I felt with my own knowledge and experience of the healthcare system that this was a direct response probably fueled by a combination of willful blindness and institutional corruption. To elaborate a bit further, when I say institutional corruption, I mean that my view was that the complaints were likely being fueled by academics with financial ties to the pharmaceutical industry. I felt very concerned about the potential introduction of the vaccine, well, the vaccine mandate. And therefore I decided there were two things that I decided to do. The first was I made a phone call to the chairman of the British Medical Association in December 2021. I had a good relationship with him and he respected my opinion. And I spent 2 hours on the phone explaining to him everything that I knew up to that stage about my concerns of the COVID mRNA vaccine. He said to me, "Aseem, nobody appears to critically appraise the evidence on the COVID mRNA vaccine as well as you have from our conversation, he said, most of my colleagues are getting their information on the benefits and harms of the vaccine from the BBC". This was replicated by the former chair of the CDC in the United States, Rochelle Walensky, who in an interview later on had said that her initial optimism of the vaccine benefits came from CNN News report. I say this just to emphasise that we should all accept our vulnerabilities to where we receive health information. Even doctors, policymakers, judges and lawyers are all influenced on the public massively by mainstream media. The chairman of the BMA also agreed with me. There was no ethical or scientific justification for mandating the COVID vaccine. He said the BMA also did not support it. And he said because of my conversation with him, he would speak directly to the secretary for health, Sajid Javid. One month later, at the end of January 2022, the COVID vaccine mandate for healthcare workers was overturned. I at that stage, given the fact that there was some backlash happening towards me, I realised that because this is a very big issue and area, and not my initial area of expertise, I needed to carry out my own critical analysis of the COVID mRNA vaccines. I spent six to nine months critically appraising the data, including speaking to two Pfizer whistleblowers, three investigative medical journalists and eminent scientists from the University of Oxford, Stanford and Harvard. The most critical bit, the most critical research that was published on this issue, which I think the whole court should acknowledge in August 2022, was published in the journal Vaccine. That research was conducted by some of the world's top independent of drug industry influence academics. That research, we was able to reanalyze the original randomised control trials conducted by Pfizer and Moderna. They were able to do this because new information was made available on the FDA's website and Health Canada's website. The conclusions of that paper were really very disturbing. The original trials that led to the drug regulatory approval of these vaccines revealed that you were more likely to suffer serious harm from taking the vaccine, specifically hospitalisation, life changing event or disability, than you were to be hospitalised with COVID That rate of harm at two months was very high at 1 in 800. Just to give you some perspective, historically we have suspended other vaccines for much less. In 1976, the swine flu vaccine was pulled because it was found to cause a neurological syndrome called Guillain-Barre syndrome In one in 100,000 people. In 1999, the rotavirus vaccine was suspended because it was found to cause a form of bowel obstruction in children affecting 1 in 10,000. This was 1 in 800. In my view, it was very clear that given this information, published in the highest impact Vaccine journal in the world, peer reviewed, and has not had any significant rebuttals, that this vaccine now, in my view, should never have been approved for use in a single human being in the first place. In my view, this very important court case in some ways, actually is a distraction from the much bigger issue, which is there should be court cases around the world with a full inquiry into the pharmaceutical industry and an inquiry as to how we got this so very wrong. Of course, one could argue this is just one bit of research, but actually, unfortunately, there are different, many different strands of research that are showing a signal of considerable and common serious harm from these vaccines. From pharmacovigilance data that is reporting what we call yellow card reports from the public. We have plausible biological mechanism of harm. We have other research called observational data. We have autopsy data also confirming that certainly with the majority of people who died within a short space of time of having the vaccine in relation to the heart, was definitively caused by the vaccine. This is really a very, very, very horrific situation we find ourselves in. One would hope and expect that the regulators should be independently evaluating all medications. But of course, the evidence reveals this is far from true. There was an investigation by the BMJ, also published in the summer of 2022, which revealed that most of the major regulators across the world were taking most of their money from the drug industry. For example, the MHRA in the UK receives 86% of its funding from the drug industry, and the FDA in America receives 65% of its funding from the drug industry, A fact that most doctors do not know. And therefore, I would not expect members of the court to know this either, is that very, very rarely do drug industry sponsored research get independently evaluated. Clinical trial data can often involve thousands of pages of information on individual patients. The drug companies hold onto that raw data. They then give summary results to the regulator, who are then paying, who have an incentive to approve the drugs, and the drugs are then approved. I made these points in my peer reviewed article published in the Journal of Insulin Resistance in September 2022, where I concluded that we should pause and investigate the issue around the COVID mRNA vaccines. I have since then been campaigning and advocating for a return to ethical evidence based medical practise around the world. Some of the clear solutions moving forward would be changes in the law that are required so that patients, doctors, members of the public can have greater confidence in the information they receive to make decisions about their health. Two very clear, low hanging fruit solutions, which are both ethical, scientific and democratic, would be that the drug industry should be allowed to develop drugs, but they shouldn't be allowed to test them themselves. And they certainly shouldn't be allowed to design their own research to and hold onto the raw data. Their information needs to be independently evaluated. One other clear solution would also be that the medical regulators, again, should not be taking any money from the industry, as this is a gross conflict of interest. I also want to highlight for people to understand the bigger picture. Prior to the pandemic, I had realised that there was a big problem with the reliability of clinical research, where invariably the results of clinical trials on all drugs sponsored by the drug industry, grossly exaggerate their safety and benefits. I have taken this information to the European Parliament, where I spoke in 2019, and I spoke to very senior politicians in the UK government. But although they were sympathetic, they felt that the issue was much bigger than them as individuals, and therefore it also needed media attention to get public awareness on the importance of such an inquiry. Before we continue with further questions, as I've been speaking for quite a long time now I'll just finish with two references just for the court and the judges to understand just how bad this problem is. Prepandemic the man who I call the Stephen Hawking of medicine is Professor John Ioannidis from the University of Stanford. The reason I call him the Stephen Hawking of Medicine is he's the most cited medical researcher in the world and is a mathematical genius. In 2006, he published a paper which was entitled why most published research findings are false. In that paper, he makes a point that the greater the financial interests in a given field, the less likely the research findings are to be true. I say this in context of the Pfizer mRNA vaccine which has made the company $100 billion. The other point that he makes in a further paper in 2017 is, again, the reason the system continues as it is is most doctors are unaware of the information they receive when they make clinical decisions has been corrupted by commercial influence. The other credible name I will mention is the editor of the Lancet, Richard Horton, who I personally know. In 2015, he wrote an article in the Lancet in relation to a secret meeting that had taken place with himself and some of the world's top medical academics. In that, he wrote that possibly half of the medical published literature may simply be untrue. And he said that science has taken a turn towards darkness. But who's going to take the first step to clean up the system? I believe in this case and in this court today, this is going to be a very pivotal potential moment in history for that first step. ---------------------- Dr Aseem Malhotra H/T: Tiina Keskimäki 🇫🇮

My Letter to Aaron Rodgers I'm writing this letter because I've slowly realized how difficult it is to impact change in the world. It requires influential people to see the paradigm shift. Recently you were asked by executive producer Al Dukes about Malaysian Airlines Flight 370. You responded indicating you were familiar with the videos. I understand your skepticism. Those videos aren't what anyone expected. It's frankly too much for most people to accept. The videos represent the largest conspiracy in history, the theft of a Boeing 777 and the suppression of gravitational manipulation. Where this science and technology leads is to Free Energy. I want you to know I'm just a normal guy who saw two videos, investigated them, the missing plane, and discovered we really are hiding 'magical' technology from the world. In a situation this profound you have to start by proving the lie. In this case it's the false narrative we've been sold on by the media of the missing plane. This was not pilot suicide and the United States knows exactly what happened. Planes don't crash without leaving massive debris fields. There was over 1000lbs of foam seat cushions and not one was found. The pilot didn't practice the route, the simulator data flightpath was of MH150 to Jeddah the pilot was scheduled to fly on Feb 4th. The simulator data was ruled not suspicious. The pilot was categorically ruled out by all parties including the officials, family, and friends. Florence De Changy got his medical records from his family and confirmed there were no red flags. Where the plane was lost from radar there was still five radars in range from three different countries, Indonesia, Thailand, and India. None of these countries have ever made their data publicly available. As you pointed out, Rolls Royce and Boeing also know what happened to this plane as Rolls Royce engine data transmits frequent updates. Rolls Royce has never made their data publicly available either. The United States military has a global persistent surveillance system known as SBIRS, the Space-Based Infrared System by Lockheed Martin. There's no possible way this system would not have seen the debris field of a Boeing 777 in the ocean. The military also has a system called SOSUS, the sound surveillance system which is a global network of acoustic detectors that can even pinpoint a tiny submersible implosion. Remember when the Navy heard the Titan sub pop and didn't say anything for five days? There's no evidence the plane crashed in the South Indian Ocean. There's also acoustic detectors in Diego Garcia and Western Australia both of which should have heard the plane crash in the SIO, yet a recent study by Cardiff University found no detections during the duration of the suspected flightpath. One candidate detection was found on one hydrophone almost an hour after the plane would have run out of fuel. Over the Horizon Radar can see for thousands of miles by bouncing signals off the ionosphere. Both Pine Gap and Diego Garcia should have been able to track the plane from take off to crash. The plane also flew directly past Cobra Gold/Cope Tiger military exercises between Thailand and the United States in the Andaman Sea. We're supposed to believe they weren't tracking a rogue plane? Why did the United States give up the search for MH370 after just a month? Ghyslain Wattrelos, French father and husband, was told by an intelligence source that the Americans know what happened and there were two AWACS (radar planes) in the area. As for the debris that was found, I believe that is from MH370. However, there's not enough debris to confirm a plane crashed and the debris washed up on the wrong continent. Drift modeling was done and the bulk of the debris should have washed up in Australia. It's actually impossible based on the currents for the debris to have shown up on mainland Africa in just one year. If you look at a map a much better location for the debris to have entered the water is the Maldives. The only reason we think the plane even went into the South Indian Ocean (SIO) is the Inmarsat satellite pings who has connections to US intelligence. The raw telemetry data was not released until March 27th, 2014, eight days after the satellite video was uploaded on youtube. This is important because there's coordinates in the satellite video that indicate the Nicobar islands, the same location the plane is believed to have turned into the SIO. What really happened to MH370 is an emergency event related to the 487lbs of dangerous lithium ion batteries onboard. This even is supported by at least 20 witnesses and the flightpath. Mike McKay saw the plane on fire briefly for a few seconds from his oil rig, nine witnesses along the coast heard loud noises as the same time, eight fishermen who saw it flying low ten minutes later, a man on the coast who saw it on fire, and Katherine Tee, who saw the plane in the Nicobar Islands an hour later glowing orange, with dark smoke coming out of the back of it, flying low and descending. Why did the Malaysian Minister of Defense say they didn't send up jets to track the plane because they knew it was commercial and not hostile? The only way they could know that is if they had communication with the plane. They simply didn't release all the communications publicly. China intercepted a communication from the US Navy that was only reported in the China Times of the plane disintegrating and attempting an emergency ditching, consistent with Katherine Tee's sighting and the MH370 videos. I spoke with Billie Vincent recently, former security director for the FAA. In 2014 even before the batteries were known to be on the plane he had deduced that a fire emergency event was the most likely scenario. He suspected this because of similar incidents such as UPS Flight 6 where the same thing happened. One pilot was knocked out from the smoke and they couldn't land because they couldn't see. The plane ended up crashing. Dr. Victor Ettel is an expert on the science and manufacturing of lithium ion batteries and he too is on the record theorizing that the battery fire could have knocked out the people on the plane. Expert Clive Irving agreed and said that MH370's turnback was consistent with the pilots trying to find the nearest airport. Lithium ion batteries were later banned as cargo from passenger planes. Why cover up a fire event? The MH370 videos are why. Just like how you are skeptical, those videos are not something the public is ready to accept even in 2024, let alone in 2014. I had a hard time accepting it until I spoke to government related engineers and started reading scientific papers. It's all real and it's hidden in plain sight. I'm not sure if the fire was an accident and we were trying to save the high value passengers, the 20 Freescale Semiconductor engineers connected to US Aerospace and Defense, or if it was a counter-espionage operation from the start. I expect the reason why we teleported the plane is multi-purposed. Retain the passengers if alive, retain sensitive cargo, and send a message to our adversaries. Don't F with us. Even if China/Russia knew there's nothing they could possibly say. No one would believe them. China leaked satellite imagery a few days after the plane went missing and it looks just like three orbs around a larger object. They also hacked Malaysia the day after the plane went missing and stole classified information about the plane. We have two military videos in perfect synchronization from two completely different angles without a discrepancy on a single frame. The videos corroborate the overall fire event. We see the plane flying low, descending, with smoke coming out of the back of it. We see a heat signature in the belly of the plane where the smoke is presumably coming out of the AC heat exhaust ports near the landing gear. Lieutenant Commander Edward C. Lin leaked the videos. The case against him is shrouded in secrecy and the sentence he got after a plea deal is disproportionate to the charges. The timeframe of his service with the spy plane squadron VPU-2 Wizards is damning, within one month of the plane going missing. His lawyer said the classified information in question is available on the internet and he was caught with flight manifests that include search and rescue code names. The science of the orbs is everything that ufo lore claims exists. Gravity manipulation, mass reduction, warp drives, wormholes, and zero-point energy. I was surprised to learn they're all directly connected by the same science. Spacetime is not empty. It is filled with energy in an equilibrium state. 'Gravity' is just an induced phenomenon based on relative energy densities. If you reduce the equilibrium state of the energy densities in a localized region you produce 'negative energy.' That's what the dark lines in front of the orbs are doing. That's why the orbs are simply falling into the geodesic path they're creating for themselves, and exhibit zero inertia. This is subluminal warp drive. The orbs are also showing characteristics of magnetic monopoles, which is why we see the odd shaped heat signature. They are made of plasma and we're looking at low energy nuclear reactions, also known as cold fusion. The field that creates the spherical region is the non-radiating barrier of the magnetic field. The zap itself is an endothermic event, an absorption of energy. That's why it's black and cold in the thermal drone video. As far as I know this is the first ever endothermic event on video. Just like folding a piece of paper and making a hole, this plane is 'teleporting' to a different location in Spacetime, faster than the speed of light from the observer's prospective. For the people going through the wormhole, it's like going through a doorway. Based on the plane flying East in the satellite video and the right hand rule in electrical engineering, the vector of travel for the plane is backwards, to the West. A fire suppression device washed up in the Maldives a few weeks after the plane disappeared and 15-20 islanders on a small island saw the plane in the early morning hours on the day of the disappearance. It's extremely suspicious that this evidence was dismissed without investigation. The only logical place to hide a the plane is at US military base Diego Garcia, isolated from all major landmasses, out of radar range, and not open to commercial traffic. This base is extremely secretive. There's people who accidentally washed ashore there a few years ago and they've not been allowed to leave. I could keep going. The satellite video is a Citrix remote terminal session logged into the real satellite database. The orbs displace the smoke trails with accurate fluid dynamics in the satellite video. There's a ton more evidence and it all points to the MH370 videos being the authentic true story of what happened to the plane. I don't want people to blindly believe me. I want them to make up their own minds based on the evidence. The only thing I can do is show people the door, they must walk through it for themselves. The videos and the science will be proven to be real with the passage of time. Science like this cannot be hidden forever. It is a discovery, not an invention. The scary question is, "why are we hiding it?" For that, I've reached a dark conclusion. This technology will lead to the eradication of our civilization. With this technology we can extract endless energy directly from the zero-point fluctuations. 'Free' energy. We can produce weapons of unfathomable destructive capability including a black hole. I push for disclosure because I want the world to understand the risks and choose our own fate.
