Meal prep is so easy with a Weber that I just use the leftover heat from cooking my dinner. I will place brats or burger patties away from the heat, add a piece of apple wood over the coals and put the lid on with the vent open. 20-30 minutes later, voila. That’s why the Weber is so big. Indirect heat can make just as tasty, and sometimes better looking food than direct heat.
