First of all, we here at AMGI want to thank you all for being on this journey with us. We have been extremely busy. Over the last few weeks we have delivered a huge early access patch to My Pet Hooligan, delivered a new on-chain governance solution with WinVote, brought back NFTs in game, started testing the Street Kred system, made some new hires, delivered a new site for AMGI Studios and smashed the largest gaming event in the USA, PAX West. What does all of this mean and importantly what is next!.... PAX West You have seen the videos, you know the vibes were on point, but let's dive deeper into this and what the key takeaways are. PAX West was completely different to the WAGMI Crypto events that we are mostly used to in this space, although these are always fun and important, when creating gaming products, it is also important to get directly in front of people who have a passion for gaming. That's what PAX West was, hosting over 100,000 gamers who just want to play games and have fun. PAX West was a great success for us on many fronts. It confirmed that we have something special in our hands. Gamers loved both the brand and the game and were eager to get involved. It opened up new exciting opportunities with gaming and hardware companies. It was a blast seeing event goers from Day 2 onwards wearing the My Pet Hooligan t-shirts around the city. It was great to see parents playing the game together with their kids. The choices to not include blood and gore made a huge difference and have opened some new unexpected doors for us. If we truly believe in the progression and adoption of this industry we need to move beyond degen products and into real life consumer products that people can truly enjoy. That's what we are here to do, no matter how difficult it is, and no matter what the current ‘meta’ is. We have been here for many years grinding day in and day out and are still here today delivering like we are the new kids on the block trying to prove ourselves. The Game PAX West marks the end of a phase of the project, whilst we now posture more into continued efficiency, growth and retention. The game is not feature complete by any means yet but the foundations are strong. There are a number of features still being developed, including a progression system, consumables system, further build out of questing, token utility and more. As these are continuing to be developed we also continue on our journey to make the game more accessible. This will start with Steam and then Consoles. A Microsoft rep at PAX told us “we are going to make it”, who are we to disagree!... Lots of new ideas, lots of new feedback to work from and a renewed drive and hunger which are only going to help make this an even more compelling and fun game. The Web3 Marketplace In the coming days, Version 1 of the My Pet Hooligan Web3 Marketplace will be going live. Version 1 for now will allow for the trading of My Pet Hooligan NFTs, OG Hooligans and Zuckbots for $KARRAT. It will also serve as the marketplace for all of our upcoming in-game blockchain assets. This will eventually become part of your online My Pet Hooligan central hub and will include features such as rentals and subscriptions. It's been a long time coming but it shall be here very soon. Everything's coming together, one step at a time. It is important to note that there are many pieces of a complex puzzle that must come together in order for us to succeed. Between payment solutions, L1 & L2 blockchains, wallets, distribution platforms and the laws of the land. We are in uncharted waters and continue to do things in the most flexible ways possible to ensure we have strong resilience with our operations. The MPH website is next on the list for an uplift too as well as an overhaul of the user accounts system UI/UX. Team We continue to strengthen the team bringing in new hires and stepping up individuals from the community. Some of the new resources being brought in include a new Game Producer, Senior Game Engineer, Senior Blockchain Engineer and the former Dean of the Epic Unreal Fellowship Programme. Collectively bringing in experience from Epic, Solana, Blizzard and more. There are also some community role changes and new advisors that will help with social strategy and web3. As well as new marketing efforts through new channels of distribution that we are exploring. More to come on this… WinVote V1 Governance isn't sexy but building tools for the benefit of the space that others can license is. Governance is a key part of the industry and a need for most of the foundations in the crypto space. WinVote has started its trial with the KARRAT Foundation. Whilst the trial continues it will continue to be built out with an aim to be the premier tool for on-chain governance in the space. Access to WinVote for other communities and organizations wishing to use WinVote will be secure through licenses that utilize $KARRAT. We still have much more at work here in the studio, such as continued R&D, The Others, AI, Feature Development and more. This list is long, but we are grateful to get to do it. F.A.Q. Is at risk of being killed? No. But I saw some twitter account placing last in Supercell games revenue 😱😱😱 Here we go again 🥲 At the moment, we have 99 priorities. Revenue ain't one. I understand the concern, but to reiterate once again: We're keeping our player base small, collect player feedback, analyse player behaviour with the game, and improve based on that. Once we're confident, we'll scale the game. So far we did close to zero effort into player acquisition. We ran a small campaign in the summer mostly to test things out and it produced great results! Right now, as we're pivoting the game, we've paused our efforts. Low revenue is expected in the coming months. Then why was the game launched globally? Our launch strategy was very different from past Supercell games. We launched globally so everyone could access the game, regardless of their country. We didn't want to exclude anyone or have players using VPNs to play. Instead, we used an invite system to actually control growth and keep things small. We eventually lifted the invite system to make access easier once the launch frenzy slowed down. Yes, we launched globally, but that wasn't our big "GLOBALLLLLLL 🥳🥳🥳🥳" moment. I'm not even sure we'll have or need one. We want to grow progressively. What's working and what's not? We have very encouraging metrics, including the cosmetic-only monetisation model which is showing great results so far. We want to improve player retention which which isn’t yet where we want it to be, but nothing drastic or discouraging. Right now, we're working on revamping the game to address core issues, which would have been way more challenging if we'd gone big right from the start. Is neo moco ( revamp) a hit-or-kill moment for the game? lol no. It was simply a very needed revamp, as the current chapter system wasn't working. We're hoping neo moco will deliver a better experience, but also just the baseline to keep improving and making it more and more enjoyable with further updates. But the other Supercell game... Every Supercell game is its own team, following its own path. Game A is not discontinued or launched globally because of what happened to Game B. No one is demanding us quick results. We're not speed running success. You're killing the game by removing power progression/builds/that particular feature i really like. Nothing is set in stone. If we feel that re-adding some sort of progression will improve things, we'll do it. If we feel that classes need some sort of customisation, we'll add it. However, keeping the current system as it is would set us up for failure. Right now, we just need to put the new version out there, see how it feels with players and go from there. When will neo launch? We're very confident for first quarter of 2026, but that's subject to change. Will be the next Supercell global hit? Only time will tell. After regrouping with our investors and the team, I’ve made the difficult decision to wind down Hike completely. Our US business, launched just nine months ago, is off to a strong start. But scaling globally would require a full recap, a reset that is not the best use of capital or time. The Big Question → We could raise the capital, but the real question is: is it worth it? Is this a climb worth pivoting for? For the first time in 13 years, my answer is no. Not for me, not for my team, and not for our investors. Why? 1. RMG was never the destination. It was a way to test unit economics and traction in India while working toward a bigger vision. In hindsight, starting in India locked us into the model and regulatory headwinds, turning a temporary path into a more permanent one. 2. The Gaming Nation vision is real, but we may be too early. The world will eventually move toward a Nation-type model in gaming and Web3 - Company 2.0. But crypto regulation is still developing globally, and we don’t want to repeat India, where we hoped for clarity that never came. 3. And most importantly, if doing a full reset, is this where I’d put my own capital and energy today? For the first time, the answer is no. The world has changed in the last decade - and so have I. There are more important problems to solve and bigger opportunities to deploy brilliant talent and capital. Looking Back & Lessons The last 13 years have been immense. Hike Messenger reached 40M MAUs and became the 35th most loved consumer brand in India at its peak. With Rush, we built a brand new kind of Casual PvP gaming platform and scaled it to 10M users and $500M+ in gross revenue in just 4 years. Our execution was super, but we could never quite make it stick. There are clear lessons to carry forward, especially on market selection: 1. Be careful with winner-take-all markets. To win, you need to go global. 2. Don’t build for today’s tech constraints. Build on the spring/summer of new technologies. 3. Regulatory clarity matters. Risk is fine; uncertainty is not. More importantly momentum is everything. And build what your heart and mind are deeply excited about. It’s the conviction that carries you through. This is both a disappointment and a hard outcome. But I choose to look on the bright side: the learnings are invaluable, and my conviction for what’s next is even stronger. To everyone who has been part of this journey - our users, our team, our investors, and our community - thank you. The last century gave us mastery of fine matters and electricity, the next will move deeper, at the intersection of science and spirituality - into what yogis call divine magnetism and physicists call the quantum world or electromagnetism. From there will come technologies that today feel impossible to imagine. 3. Mastery of the Self → As AI takes on more of our work, a deeper question will rise: what now defines us? When productivity is no longer the measure of worth, humanity will turn inward. Man’s evolution will move from the intellect to intuitive attunement - a deeper connection with ourselves and the divine (which we’ll realise are one and the same). The tools, spaces, and guides that help us explore this inner world will be as transformative as any innovation in the outer one - unlocking the next level of humanity’s potential. If you put these together, a picture emerges: → the cost of intelligence trending to zero → the cost of energy trending to zero → and the cost of willpower falling lower and lower. Just imagine a future where willpower is infinite, energy is abundant, and intelligence is at our fingertips. We're bringing in some fun changes to Dremica this Sunday. Come try it out and see the progress. We can't have a Web3 game without degeneracy. Lokito's gambling antics have inspired a new way to play the game. On Sunday you'll be able to try your luck with your in game gold by spinning Big Boy's Wheel in an attempt to help you top the leaderboards. Also since we've added so much to the game it's time to look at the gameplay loop and its economy. Here's the changes I've proposed and my thoughts. Economic Simplicity We need your in game achievements to feel impactful. Dremica is designed as an MMO to give players freedom of how they play the game. Whether its killing monsters, leveling up tradeskills or playing with their gold. The common denominator for everything is XP (player levels). Even gold can be used to buy XP tomes from the shop to level up your skills. Now I propose we distribute our prize pool to players based on their levels. It's future-proof and allows us to add more features without breaking the core gameplay loops. All players will receive rewards from the SAMA prize pool based on their level obtained. Currently the Carnage prize pool is 100,000 SAMA so EVERY player will get a share of it based on what level they reach during the session. Your level / Total levels from all players * Prize pool = Your rewards. Also to keep that competitive spirit we'll be adding additional prizes for the top 10 on the leaderboard. When the Dremica BETA starts it allows us to simply add in a potential new tokenomic model and also allows PVP to plug into the system with ease. TLDR: More levels = more rewards. Why add in RNG-based mechanics (with the wheel?) Seeing the same people hit top 3 of the leaderboard each week isn't exactly exciting for new players. We can't have a stagnant monotonous grind, we need something dynamic. High-risk/high-reward scenarios change everything. Starting with Big Boy's wheel, we plan more exciting game play options including the new PVP zone in the beta. Personally I can't wait to see someone get super lucky and cause absolute havoc in the community. We're in the Alpha testing phase anyway, let's see how it unfolds. How can you make this sustainable? To make a Web3 game work, it needs to absorb more tokens than what are emitted. Dremica uses a fixed prize pool per session, if we can ensure enough utility that players spend their rewards and more than are emitted it can fund the gaming sessions indefinitely. Next month we're going to be focusing on pushing out the in-game SAMA shop where players can start spending the rewards they earn. It will be the first major step for Dremica to begin adding token utility. Additional utility is planned for the future whether its cosmetic-based rewards or unannounced mechanics. We've held back on planned tokenomic/ecosystem changes to focus on building the game first. If these happen there's only one chance to get it right. I think everyone knows gaming is one of the best use cases of Web3, just need to build a fun experience and keep people engaged. We've got enough time, runway and support to get Dremica up there in the Web3 gaming echelon. What else have you got planned? Each of the past months Dremica has been pushing out some hard-hitting updates and the game is truly taking shape. The team is working tirelessly to keep adding more features and improving the experience. Now that a lot of the core functionality required for an MMORPG is in, we can start to look at expansion. On Sunday you'll be able to try your luck with your in game gold by spinning Big Boy's Wheel in an attempt to help you top the leaderboards. Also since we've added so much to the game it's time to look at the gameplay loop and its economy. Here's the changes I've proposed and my thoughts. Economic Simplicity We need your in game achievements to feel impactful. Dremica is designed as an MMO to give players freedom of how they play the game. Whether its killing monsters, leveling up tradeskills or playing with their gold. The common denominator for everything is XP (player levels). Even gold can be used to buy XP tomes from the shop to level up your skills. Now I propose we distribute our prize pool to players based on their levels. It's future-proof and allows us to add more features without breaking the core gameplay loops. All players will receive rewards from the SAMA prize pool based on their level obtained. Currently the Carnage prize pool is 100,000 SAMA so EVERY player will get a share of it based on what level they reach during the session. Your level / Total levels from all players * Prize pool = Your rewards. Also to keep that competitive spirit we'll be adding additional prizes for the top 10 on the leaderboard. When the Dremica BETA starts it allows us to simply add in a potential new tokenomic model and also allows PVP to plug into the system with ease. TLDR: More levels = more rewards. Why add in RNG-based mechanics (with the wheel?) Seeing the same people hit top 3 of the leaderboard each week isn't exactly exciting for new players. We can't have a stagnant monotonous grind, we need something dynamic. High-risk/high-reward scenarios change everything. Starting with Big Boy's wheel, we plan more exciting game play options including the new PVP zone in the beta. Personally I can't wait to see someone get super lucky and cause absolute havoc in the community. We're in the Alpha testing phase anyway, let's see how it unfolds. How can you make this sustainable? To make a Web3 game work, it needs to absorb more tokens than what are emitted. Dremica uses a fixed prize pool per session, if we can ensure enough utility that players spend their rewards and more than are emitted it can fund the gaming sessions indefinitely. Next month we're going to be focusing on pushing out the in-game SAMA shop where players can start spending the rewards they earn. It will be the first major step for Dremica to begin adding token utility. Additional utility is planned for the future whether its cosmetic-based rewards or unannounced mechanics. We've held back on planned tokenomic/ecosystem changes to focus on building the game first. If these happen there's only one chance to get it right. I think everyone knows gaming is one of the best use cases of Web3, just need to build a fun experience and keep people engaged. We've got enough time, runway and support to get Dremica up there in the Web3 gaming echelon. What else have you got planned? Each of the past months Dremica has been pushing out some hard-hitting updates and the game is truly taking shape. The team is working tirelessly to keep adding more features and improving the experience. Now that a lot of the core functionality required for an MMORPG is in, we can start to look at expansion. For 2026, I am going all-in on one idea: 'Unfoulable' Possession Football. I see football development trending in two directions: - Individualize: Break the game into tiny pieces, improve them, then glue them back together later. - "Let them play": Just step back, and you'll naturally get creative and technical players. Both are valid. Both work. But I’m here to demonstrate a Third Way. I believe in football as a team sport first. The idea is simple: If we play better team football, the players have to adapt. It’s a byproduct of the system. In other words: Through our way of playing we force the players to get better. The core of our way of playing is 'Unfoulable Possession'. It’s exactly what it sounds like: attacking in a way where the opponent can't even get close enough to make a foul. It works so well because players learn not to rely on being faster or stronger. It forces them to get creative and technically skilled. It teaches them to play in a way that allows them to compete against stronger opponents: - Have a narrow structure so you have options to solve problems without relying on physicality or speed. - Hide your intentions with feints to put the opponent on the wrong foot - Think ahead to know what to do before you have the ball - To control the ball well so you can keep the ball in tight space. Players learn that as a byproduct of playing based on this idea - without teaching each component in isolation or by just letting them play and hope they’ll develop them. I’ve been refining this methodology for over a decade. My plan for 2026 is to keep going down this path and pass on the lessons to coaches who are interested in this approach. And while building this, I follow a code. Here are the rules: a - Build it my way. I’m ignoring the noise. If you listen to everyone else’s opinion, you just end up looking like everyone else. We’re sticking to the essence: Unfoulable. Everything else is just a distraction. b - Remove, not Add. Great football emerges not by adding more, but by removing everything unnecessary. We ruthlessly simplify the game. We cut every extra step, touch, or element. Simple isn’t easy. Simple creates more. The less waste, the more capacity for creativity. As Antoine de Saint-Exupéry wrote: “Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.” c - Mastery by repeating what you can, and not what you can’t. The common narrative is to push players out of their comfort zone to make them to grow. This approach focuses on what they can’t do. But there are infinite things players can’t do. If you focus on that, you won’t have the time to build up strengths. So, we focus on what they can do. And make that a bit better every day. Repeat this process over and over, and you’ll end up with powerful players. d - Master a few Core Games. We play the same few core games over and over again. This forces us to focus on mastering our way of playing instead of wasting time explaining and adjusting to new activities. / That's the plan. All that’s left is execution. For 2026, I am going all-in on one idea: 'Unfoulable' Possession Football. I see football development trending in two directions: - Individualize: Break the game into tiny pieces, improve them, then glue them back together later. - "Let them play": Just step back, and you'll naturally get creative and technical players. Both are valid. Both work. But I’m here to demonstrate a Third Way. I believe in football as a team sport first. The idea is simple: If we play better team football, the players have to adapt. It’s a byproduct of the system. In other words: Through our way of playing we force the players to get better. The core of our way of playing is 'Unfoulable Possession'. It’s exactly what it sounds like: attacking in a way where the opponent can't even get close enough to make a foul. It works so well because players learn not to rely on being faster or stronger. It forces them to get creative and technically skilled. It teaches them to play in a way that allows them to compete against stronger opponents: - Have a narrow structure so you have options to solve problems without relying on physicality or speed. - Hide your intentions with feints to put the opponent on the wrong foot - Think ahead to know what to do before you have the ball - To control the ball well so you can keep the ball in tight space. Players learn that as a byproduct of playing based on this idea - without teaching each component in isolation or by just letting them play and hope they’ll develop them. I’ve been refining this methodology for over a decade. My plan for 2026 is to keep going down this path and pass on the lessons to coaches who are interested in this approach.
