It’s important that all NATO countries increase their defense spending to a minimum 3% but there are also other things that urgently need to be fixed. This video of Canadian soldiers from Remembrance Day is an example of that. 🇨🇦

What a bunch of horse💩 Mark Carney: "We are not spending that amount of money, we are investing that amount of money." No Mark, you are borrowing money, that will cost Canadian taxpayers interest and will need to be paid back, on programs that you hope will generate ROI. In finance, it's called a leverage. He is trying to call this a leverage except that the government won't own any assets with this but hopes to generate additional economic spending that will cover the cost of this spending and the borrowing that will need to be paid back.

There are a lot of negative things in the world. There’s a lot of terrible things that are happening all over the world all the time. There are lots of problems that need to get solved. So, lots of things that are miserable and kind of get you down. But life cannot just be about solving one miserable problem after another. That can’t be the only thing. There need to be things that inspire you. That make you glad to wake up in the morning and be part of humanity. Earth is the cradle of humanity, but you cannot stay in the cradle forever. It is time to go forth, become a star-faring civilization. I find that incredibly exciting. That makes me glad to be alive. I hope you feel the same way. — Elon Musk

🇺🇸🇮🇷 President Trump: “NATO has proven that it is a ‘paper tiger’. They weren’t there to help at all. The interesting thing is that many NATO countries use the Strait of Hormuz — but we don’t even use it. We don’t need that strait. We were doing this to help Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and others.”

Netherlands’s PM Rob Jetten at NATO Summit in Ankara: We have tripled our defense spending, a lot of other countries have also increased it massively, and over the past few days we've seen many deals on military cooperation between European allies, showing that a stronger Europe is also in the benefit of all of us.

I met with EU HRVP Kaja Kallas. The key priority is unblocking the €90 billion financial support package for Ukraine. These funds are critically important and serve as a financial security guarantee not only for Ukraine but for all of Europe. This very package must ensure our defense and send a signal to the Russians that their war will be doomed to fail. This signal depends on Europe, and it is essential that this signal is sent so that the war can end sooner. We also discussed the need to increase pressure on Russia and the work on opening the negotiation clusters for our EU accession. I am grateful to Kaja Kallas for this visit of European ministers to Ukraine on the fourth anniversary of the liberation of Bucha from Russian occupiers. It is important that every Russian perpetrator is held accountable for all the pain Russia has brought to our people.

Wondering if you are “quad dominant” in your throw and if you should change it? Maybe you shouldn’t 🤷‍♂️ A coach’s post coming from Austin Roark 🚀⠀ -⠀ One question I get from a lot of athletes is whether they should change their lower half because their knee is over their toe during their loading phase down the mound. ⠀ -⠀ The biggest thing that I look for when trying to figure out if it is an issue or not is to see how they are able to get out of that position. Some guys are able to leverage and rotate from that position extremely well, which then I would say that it’s not an issue.⠀ -⠀ On the other hand, there are some guys who will get out of this position by driving extension out of their back leg, killing their ability to rotate their pelvis and get it in an open position into landing.⠀ -⠀ This is when I would suggest trying to make a change. I think a lot of people jump into certain ideologies that you shouldn’t do certain things because it’s “inefficient” or it looks “wrong”. ⠀ -⠀ Take a look at these pitchers shown in the video. All 3 of these high level arms have some degree of knee flexion over their toe. Now, granted, they all have insane levers to help them, but the way they are moving is what makes them efficient in how they throw. ⠀ -⠀ I think if you told Dustin May that he had to hold a vertical shin down the mound, it would be a disaster and mess a lot of things up upstream that would impact him in a negative way.⠀ -⠀ The big takeaway here is that there are no absolutes. One thing that may look inefficient to you could be the thing that makes someone else very efficient.⠀ -⠀ When trying to figure out if you should change something about someone's delivery, make sure to look at the entire unit as a whole and don’t jump into any quick changes.

BANNON: You got 1.8B Muslims throughout the world. There are plenty of countries that are taking the Afghans. Plenty of countries that didn’t happen to be the USA. Loyalty or not doesn’t matter. We were defending their country trying to bring their country back.

Grok 4.7 is coming on Saturday, September 12, which means there are only 4 days left. All we know so far is that it’s supposed to be a 2.1T parameter model and that it’s expected to outperform all other models.

This is next level irresponsible. It’s sad that things like this have to even be said, but liberals really need to stop bringing their children and pets to protests. These people are full of bad decisions and that’s fine when they’re the only ones who might suffer the short term consequences that they bring upon themselves, but there’s no need to involve the kids or dog.

this is all you need to see that will tell you all you need to know when SecDef Pete Hegseth announced in front of POTUS and the world that we are in a Continuity of Government Operation. how much more of this do you need to see and hear before you start asking yourself [and others] the important questions that really matter?

We need your help 😢. This video is not spectacular, but I am uploading it to demonstrate that our soldiers are trying to use VOG17 dropped from Mavic 3 drones as a counter-battery fire because we almost have no ammo left. This is sad reality that we are facing. But we can help 🇺🇦 soldiers by donating to our fundraiser: 🎯$19000/$60000 I would really appreciate it if you can like and RT this message, it's important for our troops.
