These people have lived in this neighborhood for over eight years. A new family moved in with a dog that is causing havoc. It is allowed to roam freely and is very aggressive. In the video, it appears to be protecting the boy—which is what you’d want—but it does not show the bigger picture. What can be done about this? People should keep their aggressive dogs on their property.
