Fantastic episode by Andrei Jikh talking about the master plan While I can see why Luke Gromen thinks a rising Dollar means the "plan" is failing, it's actually the opposite They've engineered a Dollar shortage precisely because they are creating a global sovereign debt crisis. Global debt is denominated in Dollars. An oil shortage + Dollar shortage forces nations to sell their U.S. treasuries before maturity, significantly below face value. This forced liquidation of US Treasuries will allow the Federal Reserve to print and take them out of circulation, thus reducing the total outstanding debt of the United States.

Were you here when that happened? You remember that this actual tactic of shutting down the government in order to get a negotiation on an ancillary issue is one that has been with us for some time? Republicans have repeatedly used it to shut down the government during a Republican administration.
