2/ When it came to Saudi Arabia bombing Yemen and trampling women's rights, your government wasn't even speaking out. You said, well, some countries have “very different views and political backgrounds,” and “important policy differences, including in the area of human rights.”

3/ Your FM never even publicly condemned Saudi Arabia. Instead, he said the UN allowed you to “discuss differences.” Asked about Saudi war crimes and 4 million Yemeni women and children suffering malnutrition, your FM invoked “dialogue” and “sensitive work in confidentiality.”

No loud condemnations, no moral grandstanding - just excuses about "dialogue" and "confidentiality." But when it’s Israel, suddenly the megaphone comes out.
