Just been sent this. Nothing new here. Just one of the daily videos I get sent of migrants harassing women and children. I get sent that many I don’t even share half of them. Whats more crazy is I’ll get actual Scousers who will attack me for sharing this. Hitting me with the “Tory” “wool” “Liverpool is a welcoming city” shouts. They hate me because I shine light on this and they don’t want you to see it. They want to keep you in the dark so it can continue. I still cannot understand why they are like this

I used to be jealous of people who can buy cream top milk because it’s just not very available in my area. My understanding is this is how all milk was sold back in the day. Then it occurred to me: why not just put the cream back in? Result: it tastes like a milkshake. ☺️ PS: I don’t drink milk often but when I do it’s A2. It’s a treat that is far better than any junk food.

Donkeys are among the most abused and neglected animals. 💔 Look at this helpless soul forced to stand in heavy rain with loads on his back, pushed beyond his limits… until he finally ran and hid in a small space just to feel a moment of safety. A compassionate lady tried to help, recording his condition so that someone would notice his pain. These animals endure unimaginable suffering overworked, beaten, ignored… despite having so many humane alternatives available today. They don’t complain. They don’t fight back. They just suffer in silence. It’s time we open our eyes. This is not normal. This is not acceptable. They deserve care, respect, and kindness not exploitation. #AnimalAbuse

Today I am weighing in over 2 stone lighter, I have the all clear from a cervical point of view and I’m just relaxing with my daughter. Feeling very content 😌 Beyond grateful for all the love! 🥰 It’s a marathon, not a sprint 🤲🏼 God is good. 🫶🏼
