They teased a potential feud in 2014 I believe. That would’ve been the perfect time to do it. Lesnar beat the streak and Batista came back that year. So much could’ve went into it

Brock missed a rivalry with Edge, Jeff Hardy, prime Batista (05-09), early prime Orton (05-11), early prime HHH (02-08), prime Taker, HBK, Flair & Austin

When rumors briefly hit of Brock’s return in 05, this was the first feud that came to mind as Batista was fresh WHC. Woulda been amazing to see
