I wanted to share this now because next week… I’m stepping back on stage again. 🏆 But this time, it’s bigger than me. I want this journey and every show that follows to represent something more than trophies or physiques. To show what’s possible when you rebuild yourself from rock bottom and decide to rise again. You’ve seen me fall time and time again. But every time, you’ve also seen me get back up — stronger, sharper, and more grounded. 🧸 i used to…i think i’ve talked about this a lot but i’m someone that gets very very nervous 🧸 i get very nervous that even me leaving the stage for a bit during the ments used to be because i’d get really nervous so i’d take some time to be alone and come back but i think in recent times, i’ve always had very fun and happy times during the concerts 🧸 so these days, i’ve been trying to perform while leaving behind feelings like “what do i do if things get hard?” “what do i do if it gets too overwhelming?” and just trying to enjoy myself 🧸 making a mistake while performing is really stressful, of course…it makes me very stressed, makes me feel bad and it’s hard but i think i’ve become a little more gentle with myself…just a little 🧸 i think i tell myself off less than i used to…instead, i just fix the things that need to be fixed

#BREAKING- SHARE HAARP is positioned perfectly right around Florida. It does seem to be activated at as the whole state of Florida seems to be needing to prepare from wants to come. Hopefully, this thing takes a turn, but please if you can try to get how to Florida or to go higher ground. This video is very eye-opening and it had it for a while, but it just seem to hit me more after I have been watching hurricane Milton’s path! HEIDI

I’ve been wanting to share this footage for a while. It was from when I was going in bloc. I think it’s important to have out there because it shows how out-of-control and dangerous this area is because it’s not being policed. A local live streamer was very close to pulling his gun on someone who was pretending like he had a gun. But he actually had a baton. I had no idea if he had a gun or not but could see he had what looked like a sidearm.

A message to anybody who suffers from anxiety, depression or addiction or who knows anybody who does... Any time I am in a dark place I can end up doomscrolling on my phone looking for any sort of inspiration to get better. I’m very lucky to be feeling good at the moment so I thought I’d just walk into the sun and make a little video of hope that might just be seen by one person who needs it. 😞 I do much better now but even 3 weeks ago I had a really bad 4-5 day spell. The dark mist returned. This is a constant battle for us all. 🏃‍♂️ I’ve been back running and eating healthy and doing all the things to make myself healthy and it’s amazing how quick it makes a difference. It’s also amazing how quick you can slip with as habits. I always found Mondays tough. It’s a day when the world moves on and everybody can be seen going about their business. I would often be anxious popping a pill to get through the day or sipping on wine in the evening. If people only knew how many people sitting or working beside them on any given day are in agony and dreading the world. The one thing I wanted to get across is things do change. The sun does shine again. You can beat this. It is possible and ok to feel “normal”. Dont beat yourself up if you can’t beat it immediately or if it never seems to be ending. It took me about 43 years to get a grip of it and as I said I still struggle. It’s totally fine to admit that. Whoever you are in the world I hope you have as good a Monday as is possible. You are not alone. ❤️🙏

Show me your papers! This is what Garlic Girl has to go through every time she wants to come in and out of her property. This is dystopian on its face but it is actually one of the more calm and cordial checkpoint experiences she has had, much of that due to the officer with the long hair who has taken time to talk to her and has developed a working relationship with her. Almost all of the other experiences going through this checkpoint have been far worse, I will be sharing those next.

Life update - I’ve had some nagging hip pain for a handful of months and after some time off and worsening symptoms, an MRI showed I had a disc problem that needed to be treated. I had a successful microdiscectomy performed yesterday at Hospital for Special Surgery in NY and have already been released from the hospital. I’m so grateful to the doctors and staff there for all their hard work and support. My next few weeks will be a lot of resting before the rehab process begins. I have a great team behind me who I fully trust to get me back to a better place than I was before! Before you ask, I’m not putting any tournament on the calendar or specific time for returning. While I will miss some events in the beginning of 2026, I want to be very smart and patient in letting my disc fully heal so it isn’t an issue again. I’m very lucky that the game of golf allows us to play at a high level for a long time, and that’s what I plan on doing - this procedure will allow me to do that injury free in the future. Can’t wait to see y’all back out there ❤️
