A woman spots this strange blue creature washed up on the sand, blue and kinda of translucent, moving, and looking like something straight out of another planet. At first she thinks it’s a jellyfish… but it doesn’t move like one? Some people are saying it could be a Portuguese man o' war (and those are NOT something you want to touch), I think it’s something even stranger.
