Micheal, this week I've been remembering 3 beloved people in my life: my dad on Tuesday, a young woman who was a patient of mine in London, England & died after 2 strokes at 28 and a woman who I knew from age 7 who was like a second mom. I've not been on Twitter much this week.

It is a very, very sad week for me. But this past weekend, I spent some hours putting together some thoughtful mail for you and also a card separately for you which both are in the mail and will probably arrive next week. I've been quite emotionally drained as hate this week.

I needed to prepare for this week and this year for some reason the 6 days my dad was so ill suddenly with H1N1 flu was like a count down for me and I needed to take care of myself emotionally as best I could before Tuesday. I didn't call anyone. So no need to feel slighted.

I have to say that it's scary creepy the way AI has encroached and that so many are stealing identities and creating authentic looking but fake videos. We all have gone through this to some extent, either ourselves or someone close to us. I hope the liars get bitten by Karma.

What a world we live in now that makes you doubt and question everything. Some inventions/progress is good, not others. Since Covid the world has gone mad in every way. Tbh I would rather go back to simpler times with less ‘things’ to worry about,although we hadn’t much, happier!
