how do you make it more than a few seconds long? Do you take the last frame and continue from there?

It first generates the prompts for the images of each necessary character and environment (so in this case it generates the picture of the grandma, a picture of he minion, and a picture of the backyard) Then it uses these pictures as references in each scene where they are used. And whenever a character changes (for example when the minion has its eye removed), then it uses the last frame of that previous clip as the image reference
