I don't understand this narrative. They are not coming after TicTok for the speech or messages on the platform. They come after X for that but not TicTok. The TicTok issue is about who can collect the data and who can manipulate the algorithm. If we allowed the CCP to take hold of a large portion of any other industry in America, you would be screaming that the government isn't protecting the people. Well the government favors Zuckerberg anyway cause they know they can manipulate him. Shutting down Tik Tok makes complete sense trying to ban a competitor free speech platform to force people to go to instagram or facebook which can be suppressed by the government again. We all know Zuckerberg will cave because he wants to be on whatever side is the in the best interest for him not free speech.
