I have it down my right side and I'm only 54. On top of that add Arthritis, and bloody Spondylitis in my neck. I need putting to sleep LOL 😉

Charlie have you tried an epsom salt bath? Once a week or even fortnight should help the general situation.

Try Pilates. After some physio, I started some gentle pilates and it honestly does work. I've not had sciatica for 6yrs. I'm a young un though aged 61yrs 🤣🙏✝️🇬🇧
