When you hire incompetent people into public offices, you get nonsense. Good job, Scott, in exposing how incompetent the Lagos State housing agency is.

Going forward, whenever prospective buyers inquire from the Lascera Website about a certain property and it's discovered such property is unregistered, then the system should automatically escalate such property and sanction the developer heavily.

Scott lemme tell you something and let it sink into you. Whatever you are doing , however you are doing it please continue it and intensify it. You are doing a great job. So some real estate guys in Nigeria basically Periwinkle and Ace and others came to Maryland , Toronto and some other cities here to market their properties to Nigerians in Diaspora I was opportune to be in the one at Maryland and also Toronto and people asked so much about this whole stuff you are fighting against , without even mentioning your name but in their defence some of them called you the VDM of Real estate and a clout chaser , they danced around the issue (typical of nigerians) without answering the questions. As someone who used my hard earned money to buy properties in lagos at an inflated rate, I support your movement.

These government officials came to publicly display their ignorance and the State government's incompetence and possible complicity in the scams going on in the State. Very unfortunate.

I appreciate what your are doing, this movement is too big after tackling land ownership also task them to check the quality of houses delivered and their prices. For the cheapskate houses being sold, @followlasg needs to know if these people are making too much profit.

He came on air to disgrace himself and Scott ate him up. If a business isn’t a registered entity, selling land to the public is criminal activity. Two, if a registered company does not disclose to the relevant agencies that they have new development ongoing, it’s criminal!

The lack of transparency in Lagos real estate is a serious concern, and your movement is vital in addressing it. For those investing, remember that verification tools can be crucial in ensuring legitimacy. Let's hope this leads to real change.

Why won't they be aware of it since it is within Lagos state allocation land, Lagos state building agency have their staff that drove around any new development site to check if they've approval and others. How can they say they're not aware of P-One have other houses schemes within the same state. Thank you for bringing the General Manager of the Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA). Gbolahan Owodunni Oki to it. But that's a childish excuse from them.
