You are absolutely wrong! In fact 60% of belong to low/ middle income group. These children hv seen poverty and suffered so they make it a point to study hard. Also these boys learning through you tube , internet etc. We know what coaching class owners like Pawan Ojha and Divya Kirti teaches students. Also it may b true that out of this 60% children half of them is from upper caste and other half from other caste! What u say may b true 10-12 yrs back but not today.

There are not 2 criteria but 3. With 67% seats reserved on the basis of caste, education and finance are only a facade to shield the outright dishonesty called discrimination which starts from kindergarten. Don't fool people! 2/3 get selected on caste, only 1/3 get in on merit.

Bur reservation are given based on cast and maximum benefits taken by few selective caste within Categories like Gen, OBC, SC and ST which shows skewness of social qualities among various caste.

I had also qualified upsc exam in 2018.. but i got very low interview marks even after answering more than 95 % exam due to which my rank slide by a large margin.. thanks to Dr BR Ambedkar ji that i got opportunity to excel despite these all things..
