The Court of Session ruled in favour of For Women Scotland and made clear it was unlawful for biological males to be housed in the female prison estate. The Govt must ensure that it complies with this ruling and protects the rights and dignity of women in its care across the UK.

It’s never been about “trans people,” as the media, trans activists, and their pathetic handmaidens try to claim. It’s always been about *men* in women’s spaces. No one cares if a woman competes against men in sport, goes into the men’s change room, or is transferred to a female prison (not that they would)… it’s always been about *men* pretending to be women

Women challenged it. They went to court. And they won. 💜🤍💚 A women’s prison is for women. That shouldn’t be controversial. This is a major win for women’s rights, safety and common sense.
