@SpeakOnFS1 Coming from a medical professional- there's absolutely no such thing as a "fast healer". There's very reliable timelines for certain injuries. If you're practicing 2 days after an "injury"... you just weren't injured. You cannot accelerate muscle/ligament recovery that much
