Hon. Rev. John Ntim Fordjour has accused President John Mahama of endorsing the actions of the gay couple who recently took photos at the Independence Square. He stated that if the president truly disapproved of the act, he should have issued a public statement condemning it. According to him, none of Ghana’s past presidents would have allowed such an act of disrespect to take place under their leadership without consequences. He added that even during the "Year of Return" under former President Nana Akufo-Addo, such incidents did not occur, implying that this is only happening under the current leadership of President Mahama.
