Firstly this is a deep state narrative to disturb upcoming winter session of parliament where waqf bill will be tabled to be amended. Secondly, all the states and timelines mentioned were ruled by congress. Thirdly, Biden Administration is trying to jeopardise the India US relationship to make things tough for Trump. Fourthly, the court says inditement not guilty. Fifth, the judge is someone who was backed up by George Soros.
